Our family has loved living on this property for almost 20 years now! Some of the things we appreciate about this land are the beautiful mountain views, the quiet peaceful setting, and the close proximity to all the things we love to do in the outdoors like lakes, rivers, hiking, fishing, camping, skiing...not to forget Mesa Verde National Park, Four Corners Monument, Mancos State Park, Durango, Telluride, and Cortez.
