Lake view site
Michelle's campsite is quiet, clean, restroom conveniently located near the entrance gate. The restroom and shower facilities have a hot water heater for immediate access to hot water. Solar lights provide nighttime illumination. Cell phone signals are partially available, with mostly LTE and 2G coverage for T-Mobile users.
We had a fantastic time with friends and family at Michelle's property and highly recommend it. The only minor issue was with the restroom door, which didn't close properly. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Lake view site
Level and private area to camp with our van. The lower campground had a view of the lake but we changed to the upper site to have more privacy. If you’re renting the barn the upper site is right next to it. It was quiet and peaceful all times of the day.

Great Memories Made Here
The Pepperwood Ranch was a great place for our trip. Clean facilities and a barn to hang out in (small extra charge, but well worth it). Our campsite was super spacious, the boys had enough space to play soccer. Michelle was a great host.

Spacious Camping and Great Views
This was our first trip using Hipcamp and our group had a great time! The tent area is plenty spacious, the view of the lake is great, and the sunset and skies on our particular night was amazing. The barn was an awesome place to play board games and try out our ax throwing equipment too.
If we needed any help or had any questions, Michelle was prompt and super helpful. Would definitely recommend this campsite! ⛺
