High Camp Yosemite w/ Wooden Tub
After spending a day hiking in Yosemite it was so nice to get back to Barbs camp to make dinner. What a sunset, better then any sunset we had seen in s very long time. We were there over Thanksgiving and were able to make a small Thanksgiving dinner, Barbs place had plenty of pots and pans, plates, everything we needed. There were three of us and it was a bit crozy, but as long as you like who your staying with definitely doable!

Everything about Barb's site was fabulous! The views were immaculate, the stars were breath taking & it was pretty easy following her directions. I'd recommend camping at Barb's again in the near future!

This weekend at the HipCamp site proved to be a delightful getaway, tucked away in a secluded haven that promises tranquility and comfort. Basked in an abundance of direct sunlight, the site offers a golden retreat for sun-lovers, although it can get a tad too hot even on just warm days, so come prepared with sunscreen and hydration measures.
The host deserves a shoutout for the impeccable instructions that made everything straightforward and easy to find, contributing to a hassle-free camping experience. For those seeking a sunny, serene escape with no complications, this is your go-to spot. Remember to pack for the heat, and you're all set for a splendid time in the great outdoors.

This place is very special and beautiful especially if you are stargazer, sunset or sunrise lover. It was very clean and relaxing after a long day of hiking in Yosemite - it was only an hour and 15 from The Valley !
Def would recommend arriving before sunset to get the camper set up - this spot is rustic and do it yourself- for example setting up the solar power, water, gas, and hot tub (we couldn’t get the hot tub working with the charcoal). The walk from the car to RV is not ideal if you have a lot of stuff, so pack lightly. Also, The door did not lock well from the inside which made us a little timid about safety, but regardless this spot was great and It has a lot of potential and good vibes.
