Even prettier than last time. Very quiet although Fourth of July Fireworks in town took place this week. Very natural mountain setting with tons of birds and mature trees. Love that the commute is easy and the host couldn’t be nicer. Booking again today. Close to Riverscene County park swimming hole.

This was such a sweet little spot. In a very peaceful area, far from any busy roads or crowded areas. The communal area was very nice. I especially appreciated the BBQ, stove, dishwashing station, and ample picnic tables. The bathrooms were surprisingly nice and clear for camping! We stayed at the Cedar Grove site, which felt nicely tucked away. The bed was surprisingly comfy - even for two tall adults and a dog. While the Big Dipper tent looked cool, it is right in the midst of the communal area. So I wouldn't stay in that tent if care much about privacy.

We had a wonderful time camping on this property. It’s expansive and peaceful. We played frisbee in the grass and it was wonderful having so much space for my children to explore. Beautiful walk down to the water. Great beach with exquisite rocks. Water had about 25 ft visibility. Morning sun and afternoon shade at the campsite. Nice and level for the tent. Lisa is wonderful and even helped us find the best fireworks show! She also let my two daughters meet her horse and pony. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed camping on Andrew’s land with our dog! It was our dog’s first ever camping trip. Since she is dog reactive, we don’t feel comfortable taking her camping at state parks, etc. Once I learned about the privacy Hipcamp camping can provide, I found Andrew’s land and figured it would be perfect for us; and it was. The babbling brook was soothing, and we loved all the Salmonberries and butterflies. Andrew even introduced me to Thimbleberries when we first arrived. Great for people and dogs! Perfect place to relax, read a book, and spend quality time exploring or being still.

Fantastic match for vancampers or Class B. Easy to find, incredible hosts, good Verizon signal. I work remotely and enjoyed the added outdoor space to knock out a project without all the urban distractions. I would easily recommend and stay again.

Great first camping experience, felt like real camp experts! Good communication with host and everything was easily accessible except drive up was a little tough but manageable. Had plenty of space for our pups to stretch and run around. Close to many activities we went a couple beaches and to Olympic national forest! Overall great time :))

4 nights at The Landing At Lake Ploenta

This is a beautiful piece of property to bring your RV to. Believe they had tent sites as well. Never talked with host and that is fine. Had bunches of walks to the back 40 on the trails that are well marked in the woods. The host has put a lot of effort into making this 60 acres and oasis to go stay at. Never got to fish but the pond (lake) is very nice and am sure with the lilies a plastic worm would have tore up the bass. I do have a couple very small negative comments that would not be a deterrent to stay again at all. The B-1 through B-4 Rv sites were not all the same width. Not knowing this going in, we rented at B-4. With slides out and where we had to park to clear these from obstructions, picnic table, arborvitae, power and water island, our stairs to our door stopped at the base of an arborvitae. Not a big deal like I said, I would stay in this same spot tomorrow if we were in town. Also, it is awesome they have a dump on site, majority on hip camp do not. However, it is on the wrong side of the driveway. The four sites B-1 through B-4 either have to pull out of their site and back around the corner to the dump or pull out with the rv dump on wrong side compared to dump and run multiple lengths of dump hose or pull out of site and do a circle coming back into the rv space to dump. I might be wrong but most if not all rv/campers have the dump on drivers side. Please note that these two last comments are uber picky. I highly recommend!!!!

This was so easy to find. Quick and easy to find a spot that was level and shaded. There are super friendly horses and goats that make your stay even more fun. Bring some carrots and apples for them! I accidentally let one out when I was pulling into the gate and Will and Michelle were so nice about helping me get him back in and gracious about my mistake. Had a great convo with Will and really am looking forward to coming back again when I stop through the area again. Also if you need a place to stop for the night short notice and peaceful sleep with instant book and easy to find at night this would be a great place for you. There’s also a paved path to the river that’s gorgeous. This is how Hipcamps should be!

This camp site is very private and peaceful! We will be open from May 1st through September 30, 2025. We have a 3 night maximum stay per booking. (Starting 10/1/2025, we will be making improvements to our property and doing some re-seeding.) The site can accommodate up to two RVs or 3-4 tents depending on the distance apart. We allow up to 6 people per booking. The firepit and the Snoqualmie River are about 150' away from your tent or RV. We have a porta-potti at the camp site and also a picnic table. Pets are welcome at our HipCamp, but we do require that you clean up after them. Near North Bend there are several hiking/biking trails including the trail up Mt. Si., Si View Park, and the Rattlesnake Ridge trail system. For shoppers, we have shops in town and the Factory Outlet Mall. For dining, there are several restaurants in North Bend. Dean’s Campground

FIRE BAN IN EFFECT ALL SUMMER - mid to late June, until rain starts again. Bring an alternate source for cooking, ambiance, heat. Eight minutes off SR 18 lies 11 acres of mostly undeveloped land. Dean's is a beautiful, bare-bones place to rest. Our main driveway is CLOSED this year for repairs. We have alternate arrival instructions for you after you book. These instructions add about 7 minutes (totaling 8 minutes) from SR 18 to the campground. Our location is convenient. We are just minutes from Auburn city limits. Road noise, planes, Pacific Raceways, and freight trains are audible here even if muffled by the trees. Our distant neighbors occasionally indulge in target shooting. We have a brand new neighborhood in construction on one of our property lines. In order to provide safety and peace, hosts live just outside the campground and closely manage happenings. All our sites have 2-4 persons occupancy in hopes of deterring parties. Our quiet hours are 8pm-8am so we can rest up for the next day’s adventures. Propane stoves are welcome during fire bans. We do not have a check in cut-off time. Reservations do need to be made before midnight. We have zero tolerance for hateful, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward people, belongings, and wildlife. The 40+ year old trees and distance between the campsites provides space for you to bring and create your own vibes. Hosts should only approach you with safety or quiet hour concerns.
