The water at (shallower) Dockton Park (about a 6 min drive away) gets warm from swimming in summer if you prefer it to 54 degree deep water here!
Please clean up after your pet. Dogs must be leashed AT ALL TIMES in the field. If no one is around at the beach, they can be off leash, but leash up if anyone approaches until they pass. Please never leave your dog unattended outside where barking will disturb the peace.

We are located on a greenbelt off a dead end street. Enjoy the view of the city lights right outside your van or say hi to our two friendly goats. This site can only accommodate camper vans or class c motor homes no larger than 25ft. Driver will need to backdown our long driveway to park in the designated site on the side of our house. Please no more than three people and one vehicle. We may be able to make accommodations based on your situation but please message us first!
We can only accommodate towable rvs no larger than 20ft in total length including trailer tongue. You must be able to backdown long driveway and park tow vehicle on street.
Campfires are welcome in the designated fire pit at the bottom of our hill. Please note there are quite a few steep steps to get there. Please request using this area in advance.
Option to purchase farm fresh eggs from our neighbors chickens. Half dozen are $5.00 and can be requested in advance.
We operate our rental business out of our home so you may encounter driveway traffic during your stay.

Manchester State Park features a beach, sand dunes, and flat grasslands, with nearly 18,000 feet of ocean frontage. The beach line curves gently to form a "catch basin" for sea debris, which accounts for the volume of driftwood found here. Five miles of gentle, sandy beach stretches southward towards the Point Arena Lighthouse.
One of the main attractions is the excellent steelhead fishing in the park’s two streams, Brush Creek and Alder Creek. The park features a variety of coastal wildflowers, including sea pinks, poppies, lupines, baby blue eyes and blue irises. The park provides habitat for tundra swans. The San Andreas Fault runs into the sea at the park.

This is a stand alone structure that is separate from our main house. There is no shower in this dry space, but there is a camping sink that functions like a normal kitchen sink with hot water capacity. The shed has an easy to use composting toilet with clear instructions if you’re a first timer. Also, “Ms Pacman's Backyard Glampsite” is a converted shed, so be ready for some lower ceilings and narrow spaces. The lofted full bed is cozy, so don’t bob your head on the way out! The bed has a six inch memory foam mattress with extra blankets and pillows available. Everything is washed with free and clear laundry detergent for any sensitivities.
We provide a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove with pots and pans for light cooking, coffee making supplies (reusable keurig pods or pour over coffee along with creamers and sugars), wine openers, dishes, and more. We have 2 tables where you can enjoy meals and games either indoors or outdoors.
You will be one block away from Highland Park which has a tennis court and baseball field. Less than a mile north, you can explore the West Duwamish Greenbelt Trails. Only two blocks south of the property is Westcrest Park that hosts a community garden, a dog park, and small trails in their greenbelt. You’re also walking distance to downtown White Center, which has a microbrewery, a roller skating rink, a gay bar, a plant store, and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants.

You'll see bald eagles, hear owls and watch deer pass through your camp. But you are only about a 5-10 min walk from town! This does mean you'll often hear music from events on weekend evenings, and plane traffic does fly overhead. Vashon is quiet and full of nature, but you're not out in the middle of nowhere! Jerrett was a gem, and his campsites are just as groovy as he is. We are so fortunate to have had a weekend out at his very PNW property with our puppy before camping season really hits - had the whole place to ourselves! We will be visiting again. ❤️ The sounds of the water, the starry sky, easy access to a coffee stop, and thoughtful amenities Jerrett placed around the sites made our stay peaceful and something we are looking forward to, again. Everything was considered for us beforehand. I am thankful for those nights in the trees and I’m looking forward to visiting again. I will remind all campers to pay for the wood you burn ❤️ and perhaps bring some of your own bundles, too, just in case of late evenings - it’s easy to want to stay up with a campfire crackling in a beautiful place like this.

Wow! This property is absolutely fantastic! If you are looking for an unforgettable view, huge private area, beach access and peace and quiet this is your dream come true. I think the only thing we heard was planes arriving/departing from the airport, certainly not enough of an issue to affect our stay.
One night is not enough to fully appreciate this site. The host, Lisa, was very kind when we interacted. The one thing we didn’t get to experience is a campfire, on the land or the beach, so we can’t speak to that, but I don’t think it affected the stay in any way. Incredible place. We would love to stay again if we are ever in the area. Enjoy!

This Hipcamp is the most beautiful Hipcamp that I've camped at. The view is incredible at sunset and sunrise. The campsite is huge allowing big RVs and group camping. It is also really private. Highly recommend!
