We are located on a greenbelt off a dead end street. Enjoy the view of the city lights right outside your van or say hi to our two friendly goats. You might spot our resident coyotes or friendly bunnies during your stay. 10 minutes from the city but feels like you are out in your own private forest! Hose hook up and standard power outlet (15amp) available during your stay. Plus hot tub on site!
Only a 10-15 minute uber/taxi to downtown or 5 minutes to nearby restaurants/bars. Not the most walkable but just a short car ride from most things! (Downtown, Alki Beach, Georgetown, Airport)
We live in an urban setting so you may encounter noise from nearby vehicles, airplanes, fire trucks, etc.
This site can only accommodate camper vans or class c motor homes no larger than 25ft. Driver will need to backdown our long driveway to park in the designated site on the side of our house. Please no more than three people and one vehicle. We may be able to make accommodations based on your situation but please message us first!
We can only accommodate towable rvs no larger than 20ft in total length including trailer tongue. You must be able to backdown long driveway and park tow vehicle on street.
Campfires are welcome in the designated fire pit at the bottom of our hill. Please note there are quite a few steep steps to get there. Please request using this area in advance.
Option to purchase farm fresh eggs from our neighbors chickens. Half dozen are $5.00 and can be requested in advance.
We operate our rental business out of our home so you may encounter driveway traffic during your stay.

The water at (shallower) Dockton Park (about a 6 min drive away) gets warm from swimming in summer if you prefer it to 54 degree deep water here!
Please clean up after your pet. Dogs must be leashed AT ALL TIMES in the field. If no one is around at the beach, they can be off leash, but leash up if anyone approaches until they pass. Please never leave your dog unattended outside where barking will disturb the peace.

The camp sites are clean, private, and have fire pits, and benches provided. We took the roped trail down to the creek (bring gloves its a bit steep) and saw large groups of salmon swim upstream. This time of year is magical with the dropping leafs and lush moss/fungus sightings. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick getaway from the city to connect to nature. Jerrett was a gem, and his campsites are just as groovy as he is. We are so fortunate to have had a weekend out at his very PNW property with our puppy before camping season really hits - had the whole place to ourselves! We will be visiting again. ❤️ The sounds of the water, the starry sky, easy access to a coffee stop, and thoughtful amenities Jerrett placed around the sites made our stay peaceful and something we are looking forward to, again. Everything was considered for us beforehand. I am thankful for those nights in the trees and I’m looking forward to visiting again. I will remind all campers to pay for the wood you burn ❤️ and perhaps bring some of your own bundles, too, just in case of late evenings - it’s easy to want to stay up with a campfire crackling in a beautiful place like this.

I really liked the forest with trails leading to Soaring Eagle Park. Lots of hiking opportunities. I found the Rockin Z to be very peaceful. I only needed water and electricity which were conveniently located in the large sites. Hearing and seeing the horses was a nice bonus. This was a very nice place to camp while visiting family.

Wow! This property is absolutely fantastic! If you are looking for an unforgettable view, huge private area, beach access and peace and quiet this is your dream come true. I think the only thing we heard was planes arriving/departing from the airport, certainly not enough of an issue to affect our stay.
One night is not enough to fully appreciate this site. The host, Lisa, was very kind when we interacted. The one thing we didn’t get to experience is a campfire, on the land or the beach, so we can’t speak to that, but I don’t think it affected the stay in any way. Incredible place. We would love to stay again if we are ever in the area. Enjoy!

The world’s sweetest cat kept us company. Porta Potty was super clean. Would have loved to have spent more time here. I’d definitely stay again.
