A Frame to Rest In - a newer addition which is a tiny A-Frame structure close to, but separate, from the Fireplace site and shares a driveway. 3.) Easy Come Easy Go - right off 302 and has a circular gravel driveway easy for RV pull-in with a picnic table and fire ring. --------------------------------------------- Located in Bethlehem at the top of the White Mountains close to endless hiking and biking. Both downtown Bethlehem and Littleton are within a 15 minute drive, supplying many choices for food and shopping. Rainy and need more options? Take the beautiful 1 hour drive east on 302 to North Conway and visit the big outlet stores. If the weather is better, and you want a more scenic way there with hiking -- take the 25 minute drive down to Lincoln and travel the amazing Kancamangus Scenic Byway (Route 112). This is 35 miles through the White Mountains with no gas stations, so you might want to top off while in Lincoln. Thirty minutes east is the Mount Washington Cog Railway, and you will pass the historic Mount Washington Hotel on the way. Fifteen minutes south and you can be at Franconia Notch State Park.

Organic Certified veggies, herbs, medicinal s, and edible flowers are available, throughout the season. I have approximately 70 varieties foraged and planted. I am developing a garden of dyeing flowers, as well. Art classes and materials are available, for pottery [ beginner to advanced.] as well as sketching, fabric dyeing, plen air, or making mandalas. Contra Dance, music from Cabot Arts, or at the Den our local pub, are 2 miles away. The Bread and Puppet, Highland Center for the Arts, Barre Oprah house, art galleries, etc within an hour drive in any direction. A great place for children, I have swings and trees to climb, games, archaeological digs, scavenger hunts finding 10 different antique farm implements, and learning how they were used, to learning about mini microbe's and how to be friends with pollinators. Wandering Pines is a little slice of magic in the Great North Woods of New Hampshire. Our sites are large, private and offer field or wooded land. The sites are near our Small House on 5 acres but far enough away to feel private. We currently have 5 sites; 1 glamping site(opening soon) 1 large campsite, 2 primitive sites and 2 park and sleep sites. While the weather is changing, snow is melting and mud is present, some of our sites may not be available. Please message me before booking. We have a ton of space and can accommodate you somewhere! During the warmer months(Late March-Early December) all the sites have access to water and a primitive outhouse and handwashing/dishwashing station. All sites except the primitive sites have access to electricity. Firewood can be purchased. We have wetlands and overgrown fields so there may be bugs and other animals at any given time. Bug spray is recommended. Although black bears are generally shy and usually avoid humans, they are opportunistic and will search for human food supplies when natural foods are not available. Maintaining a sustainable bear population in New Hampshire depends on minimizing human-bear conflicts. It is illegal to intentionally feed bears in New Hampshire. Intentional feeding can create problems within residential areas and can result in fines. It also may threaten the life of the bear, if it becomes a nuisance animal as a result of this feeding. Please keep your food in your car when you are not at the site and when you are sleeping. The property has views of Mount Martha and the Presidential Mountain Range. There are easy walking trails throughout the property. There is a field to play games; Soccer, wiffle ball, corn hole and yard croquet can be used. Just ask We are within 25 mins of Lancaster, Jefferson, Littleton, and Bethlehem. Small town bars, restaurants, breweries and one of a kind views of mountains, lakes, rivers and wildlife. There is hiking galore and more than enough to do for all ages.

The property is composed of wetlands, agricultural meadows, old apple trees, and hardwood forest with 700 feet of elevation. All structures on the property are solar-powered and a rainwater system feeds the sink in the outdoor kitchen. There are a handful of individual camp sites available in the spring, summer and fall, as well as a communal outdoor kitchen with lighting, a fire pit, a stone pizza oven and a sitting/yoga deck. We also offer more of a "glamping" experience in our 14 ft yurt, which comfortably sleeps 2-3 people with wood stove heat and a solar battery for lighting. Four Springs Farm, Campground & Learning Center

Four Springs Farm is a working organic farm on a beautiful west-facing hillside in central Vermont. Walk-in tent camping sites are tucked away in private corners of the farm a reasonable distance from the parking areas. The centrally located Wash Houses have toilets and hot showers. A picnic pavilion, which has a spectacular view of the valley and the hills of the Green Mtns, is available for group gatherings and celebrations and has a sink area for guests to use. Visitors are invited to tag-along-on-chores and meet the poultry sharing the farm with all of us and explore the seventy acres of paths, fields, streams, and woods. Guests will be dazzled by star-studded skies, treated to spectacular sunsets, and entertained by the farm cat Luna. The farm is mosquito free but inhabited by millions of fireflies. It's nature's playground at her best. Our season opens the last weekend in April and closes around the end of October. Wildflower Tent Site is a mowed area in one corner of a hillside field. Hammock campers would have a woods location for their use. It is located near the Wash Houses with it's own back door path, Watercress Crossing, over a small stream. There are no lights on the farm and this open spot is perfect for star gazing. There is a 10 x 12 foot tent platform, picnic table and fire pit. Morning Sunrise is the largest site and can hold ten tents easily on a relatively level grass area. It is protected from the heat of a late summer day and open to accept the first sunshine hitting the farm in the morning. Groups of multiple families, friends celebrating a special occasion, cycling groups and scouting organizations as well as individuals use this site to be slightly set apart from the heart of the farm activities. There is a picnic table and a firepit with space around it for a gang. Hidden Meadow is the most isolated and smallest tent site accessed by it's own bridge and unseen from most of the farm. Though not in the woods it feels tucked away and is ideal for couples or singles as it has room for only one tent ( on a 10 x 12 foot platform) and has a picnic table and fire pit. Maximum guests- three. Plum Corner as indicated by it's name is accessed along a path through the plum orchard. It is tucked up next to an old barn site with a stately old yellow birch defining the corner. It is ideal for families because of it's spaciousness and multiple tent options. There is one tent platform - 10 x 12 feet, a picnic table and fire pit.

Sacred Nectar Sanctuary was absolutely beautiful! You can tell that Nick puts a lot of thought into this land. I would highly recommend staying here! We stayed here one single night on a rainy weekend, I wish our view was better but the rain made the fog and clouds still very picturesque! We will be returning, hopefully for longer than a single night and hoping for better weather.

Although it’s not exactly camping season yet— I was determined to spend a night out in the wilderness with my pup Koda. I am so glad Sacred Nectar Sanctuary was my first pick! I can’t imagine how much more beautiful and fun it is during the summertime!!! Such a peaceful and absolutely beautiful place, from the labyrinth and fairy forest to the sauna and community kitchen!!! This place has everything you could need. Views were spectacular and I had the opportunity to check out the secrets of the other campsites as I was the only one there. Nick was really nice and helpful answering any questions that I had, and it was great hearing of the plans that are in the works for the place!! Koda had a blast with Chaga, the owner’s dog, and he was such a sweetheart!!! I’m so glad my dog made a friend. We also enjoyed walking the trails on the property, and exploring the amazing woods of NH! I felt perfectly at home staying at my site and wish I could’ve stayed longer!! I will definitely be returning in the near future!!

I had an awesome stay on Cheryle's property! I had booked a tent site but because of the rainy weather stayed in the Whitetail cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. There was firewood provided and the pavilion was a huge bonus as a place to prepare meals and coffee. The camp in general is quiet, beautiful and relaxing. Ill be back for sure. Thank you!

We stayed two nights for a music festival near by. It was amazing..we have two dogs and our aussie and border collie were in heaven. The farm is just awesome with trails through the woods, orchards and open fields. Had our own fire pit outside our rustic comfy cabin. It poured rain for some of the trip and we were dry and had the best nap ever with the rain on the tin roof! We loved it and it would be great for a group needing central pavilion to hang out in as well.

Nick was very helpful and welcoming. This site had a great view and it was secluded. After several strenuous hikes, I used the sauna followed by a cold plunge in the river next to it. It was very refreshing. This is a lovely place and I’d totally recommend it!

Well received and taking care of. Located in a quiet street, far from city vibe. Main house is the hub for bathroom, you can use the amazing community kitchen for a reasonable fee. This farm is an hidden gem if you want to disconnect from the life of the city and see was really is a homestead. Can ride MTB trails, from the site directly. We slept in the bluebus, with minimalist equipment and a wood stove. That was super relaxing, surrounded by the woods. Highly Recommended

We stayed at the family room and it was very comfortable with grade mattresses and even shades to block out the light, which we appreciated. The library had a fantastic collection and we love spending a rainy day there. Ann Was super helpful and very kind and patient and showing us around and even allowing us to help a little bit on the farm. The kids loved it. Stephanie a great and welcoming space for anyone who loves Community. There was a lot going on, although it was only end of April and still early in the season.

We operate a small working farm on our 50 acre property. Approximately 7 acres is cleared fields where we grow hemp, pigs and chickens. We are at the end of a dirt road with private access and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. If you decide to stay with us we can guarantee you your own private tent site to get away from it all, or a beautiful spot to park your van, car or small camper, all while still being only 10 minutes to the amenities of town, 15 minutes to world famous mountain biking at Kingdom Trails, or 20 minutes to breathtaking Lake Willoughby. Learn more about this land: We have two private tent platforms located in a mature mixed hardwood forest on our 50 acre property, as well as one van/small camper/car camping site located on the edge of our field. Each tent platform site includes an elevated and level 10'x12' cedar tent platform, a picnic table, and more privacy than the car camping site. Parking is less than a 1 minute walk from the platforms down a well maintained woods road and gorilla carts are available to help haul your gear. Many guests who wish to stay right next to their cars choose to car camp on the edge of the field in the car camping site, either pitching a tent or spending the night in their small camper. The views from this site are breathtaking, but it has less privacy as it is located next to the communal firepit, and amidst our working farm so we will occasionally be around doing chores, (the chickens and pigs are early risers). The communal fire pit has a great view and a few chairs are provided. Seasoned firewood is available for purchase, and we ask that you please do not harvest or burn your own wood off the property. Potable drinking water and a portable toilet are also available onsite for our guests. Well behaved pets are welcome, but must remain on a leash to ensure they do not disturb our plants or farm animals. We are at the dead end of a gravel road and can guarantee complete privacy and seclusion if you are looking to get away from it all, yet still be located conveniently within 10 minutes of Lyndonville, 15 minutes to Kingdom Trails and East Burke, 20 minutes to Lake Willoughby, and at the doorstep to the beautiful wilderness of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom!

It gets a little tricky if you are pulling a trailer. A small one is OK but a large one - not so much....... The rd goes 1/2 mile to the rear of the land. Moose, deer and other critters visit too. We live 1/2 mile away from where you enter the woodlot. Our house is on Brownington Pond (200+ acres) & campers can use this site for swimming, boating & fishing. Three primitive campsites for outdoor recreationalists and bikers are situated in an unmowed field at the trail head of the Victory Hill Trail Club’s, a public recreational trail network on private land surrounded by thousands of acres of conserved land and State forest. Learn more about this land: Camp trailside in the heart of the internationally acclaimed Victory Hill Sector trail system. Open to mountain biking and public hiking in the summer. These primitive campsites are in a mountain field overlooking New Hampshire's White Mountains. Trail connections link the network with Kingdom Trails in East Burke and gravel routes to New Hampshire and the rest of Vermont.  Camp and ride: An ideal location for evening ride after you set up camp. Eat, sleep, ride ! Porta-potties are located 100 yards below the campsites.   Moose, bear, deer, coyote, snowshoe hares, grouse, woodcock, wild turkey and bobcat, can be seen occasionally as you explore this upland forest and the bottom lands heading down to the Victory Bog, a pristine wetland areas, known for canoeing, bird watching. Kayakers and campers can experience white white water during high water seasons on the Moose River which flows by the bog.   The access road to the campsites through the field is rough. Vehicles with extra clearance are recommended.   Campers should come prepared with fly, mosquito,  tick repellents without which you will be literally eaten alive in June and July. After mid-August the insects are less vexing.  Obtain drinking water from our office manager at 2428 Victory Hill Rd. and bathe somewhere in Weir Mill Brook, 1/2 mile from the campsite - if you need to get clean. So that means Sunday's are not available or evening's. The cabin is outfitted with a comfy bed, fridge, and microwave. We sell firewood to sit around a cozy campfire at night and stargaze! You can even purchase a S'mores package as well! Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine in the mornings. Bottled water is included as well and placed in your fridge upon arrival. Potable water also easily accessible. We will do our best to make you feel at home away from home. In a way that is never intrusive, we respect your privacy. Come and unwind with nature all around you. We are very pet friendly! And ask that all dogs are on a leash while outside. Also pets are not to be left in the cabins unattended at any time. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is nearby for bicycle or foot travel, and the Lamoille river is easily accessed for fishing, tubing, kayaking etc. We feature a full-size professionally built Disc Golf course, Elevation Chains, on property. Beautiful views of river and mountains and a secluded yet very accessible location make this an ideal property for camping.  Our campground features a fully functioning outdoor kitchen available to all campers.  Propane stove, running water and cutlery are provided to make food planning and prep easier.  It also features a large firepit and serves as a great center for community gatherings.  Outdoor shower (room temp only) and composting toilets also available.  Biodegradable soaps and hygiene products only please! Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electricity and another has electricity with nearby water. There is bathhouse with two toilets and two vanities as well as a shower with changing room. Potable water is also available from a spigot at the bathhouse. There are over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. We do not supply these adapters, and we cannot allow you to charge your vehicle unless you have reserved an RV site with full hookups. If you do not see an open site for the days you'd like to get away, please contact us. Sometimes we can make other arrangements, allowing you to stay.
