Quiet, beautiful spot with easy access to downtown Littleton. If you don’t camp by the brook you will be rather close to the nearby houses, but everyone was polite and nice. Great spot if you want to spend time in Littleton and the mountains.

Craig's land is a nice setup. It has good privacy from the road and town, but is a quick trip to Littleton, Franconia, and Franconia Notch.
There is ample flat space to set up a tent and there are suitable trees for a hammock setup down by the brook. A comfortable fire ring with good firewood and the composting toilet and shower setup made it quite comfortable.
Craig is a pleasant host who is helpful and allows you to have as much privacy as you would like.

This was an amazing getaway. The cabin had everything you could need. Craig and his family were really hospitable. Always kept great communication. The cabin is insulated and kept us warm throughout the night. Craig gave us extra blankets and was kind enough to set up the hot water shower for us. The instructions to get there were pretty exact. The location is amazing. 15 minutes to Franconia Notch. Quick 5 minute drive to downtown Littleton. Lots of options to eat there and Bethelem. (Try the skirt steak at El Mirador Restaurant or the Thai Donuts at Taste the Thai). A power generator is available in the cabin for charging your stuff as well.

My wife and I enjoyed our tent stay on Craig’s land. We saw deer when we arrived. Craig gave clear instructions and was good with communication. Would stay again if we’re camping in the area.

The cabin had everything I needed. It was a comfortable bed in a solid little shed. The property was nice, though the outdoor spaces could have used some organizing/feng shui. I would not want to stay here to spend quality time on the property, but as a home base for hiking and checking out surrounding areas, it worked great!

The mini-cabin is really outfitted quite well, with a two-person bed with very comfortable mattress and pillows, battery-based electric for smaller loads, and insulation. It was quite comfortable once I was in it and adjusted the airflow.
The property itself is not that scenic, but provides easy access to outstanding outdoors activities and scenery in the surrounding areas.

Deer Bear Glamping Cabin
The property was lovely although less private than I would have liked. I would book again as long as the property was vacant and feel it would be too crowded if hosts were home. There are so many beautiful places to hike and it’s a really relaxing cabin to stay in.

We were asked to pitch the tent right next to the driveway and house. There was a lot of activity in and out of the house. Basically, there isn't any privacy. The firepit and availability to firewood was nice. The compostable toilet was cool too.

Craig was an extremely responsive host...often responding in a few minutes. He stopped by for a bike ride and to show me around the campsite. We stayed in what was a storage shed outfitted with beds, chairs, solar USB charger, a dresser and a 5 gal. water cooler. It was hot and stuffy in there, but we brought a battery powered fan which kept us cool. The shed was extremely clean. We used the composting toilet, which worked fine. There are picnic tables, a fire ring and a fire pit. There is also a gas grill that we did not use.
Campsite is a 15 minute drive from Franconia Notch State Park and 5 minutes from downtown Littleton, which has plenty of eateries, a movie theatre and retail stores.

Craig is a fantastic and accommodating host! I had a fantastic experience camping and spending time on his land. Easy drive to several popular hikes including the Franconia Ridge loop. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thanks Craig!

Craig was a wonderful host. He met me when I arrived and showed me around, and then let me keep to myself for my stay. I stayed in the cabin, and it had good amenities. It was a very quiet peaceful place to stay, and I got to see lots of wild turkey which was fun. I plan on returning if I stay in this area again in the future. Thanks Craig!

I love staying in the shed on Craig’s land. It’s very cute and cozy! It was super cold, but the propane heater kept me warm. I feel like I would have enjoyed myself a lot more, if it was warmer outside, I could’ve used the outdoor shower. I would definitely stay again! But it really is a great location. Three minutes from downtown Littleton and within half an hour to the Franconia notch and Crawford Notch.

We loved camping at Craig’s place in Littleton! The location was amazing and close to everything. Craig had a fire going for us when we arrived even though it was late. We stay in a rooftop tent and were able to park in the meadow next to the fire pit. There was less privacy than we wanted, but Craig and his family were respectful and friendly. Thanks!

Craig was very welcoming and the cabin was clean, there was water, heat, bedding. It's an off the grid setup with solar panels and batteries and works great. The property had a beautiful view of the night sky and is near Mount Washington.

Had a great time staying with Craig. Was very communicative and everything was as advertised, regarding the site, amenities, and ample firepit and picnic bench space. An added plus was how close it was to Littleton and other areas for hiking and seeing the sights. Would stay here again anytime!

Amazing spot! We car camped on the lot and it was perfect. Hosts were extremely welcoming and kind, told us about a fresh water spring nearby and built a beautiful fire every night. We felt very comfortable. Super close to Littleton and tons of hiking in Franconia Notch! We would stay here again.

Craig has setup a really convenient camping location near Littleton. Plenty of spots for pitching a tent. Shower and compost toilet are enclosed for privacy. Potable water and picnic table was also nice. Overall I would recommend this stay to those looking to relax after a days activities.

The site is wonderful. The description and photos are up to date. Craig has a deep sense of welcoming. The cabin is a lovely place. We went hiking to the Franconia Notch State park 30 minutes away from the place. I highly recommend.
