We took great care to make sure each campsite is PRIVATE (parking on-site*) and the trails are easily navigable. Our 'Welcome Shed' is equipped with a compost toilet, local information, (newly added) Hot Water Station, first-aid kit, charging station, bug spray etc. and is located in a safe, well lit, open area on the property. Each site is equipped with a fire pit and comfortable seating with tables, chairs, and/or picnic tables and tripod grills. Firewood is available on a donation basis. There are State Parks and places to hike one of the many gorges around beautiful Seneca Lake and surrounding area. Take a tour of the many wineries and breweries which our region is famous for. Enjoy hiking, swimming, biking, kayaking, and many historical sites to see. Our reviews tell it all. We know you'll love it here :) *PLEASE NOTE: Our sites are custom made for TENT or CAR camping. This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. There is sold ground for a small size camper or any size tent. The lookout tower us for all to use. I am 25 minutes from Wellsboro PA and the Pa Grand Canyon with a 62 mile rail trail, bike and kayak rentals are 40 minutes away, one hour to Finger lakes, locally there is lots of hiking, fishing and exploring. 4 wheel drive maybe needed in winter for my driveway.

Our 'Welcome Shed' is equipped with a compost toilet, local information, (newly added) Hot Water Station, first-aid kit, charging station, bug spray etc. and is located in a safe, well lit, open area on the property. Each site is equipped with a fire pit and comfortable seating with tables, chairs, and/or picnic tables and tripod grills. Firewood is available on a donation basis. There are State Parks and places to hike one of the many gorges around beautiful Seneca Lake and surrounding area. Take a tour of the many wineries and breweries which our region is famous for. Enjoy hiking, swimming, biking, kayaking, and many historical sites to see. Our reviews tell it all. We know you'll love it here :) *PLEASE NOTE: Our sites are custom made for TENT or CAR camping. Because we have "parking on-site", Large RVs, Campers (over 16'), and any 5th-wheel campers are very difficult to place since there are no easy ways to back in or turn around. This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. Valley View is a convenient spot that's close to much of what the finger lakes has to offer. Chris was a responsive and friendly communicator. As stated in the description, it is rolling pasture, so finding a level spot with our 24' RV was tricky, but possible. Our friends in their vintage Westfalia van had a little trouble getting up the first hill. It was dark and a little frozen, but they DID get up. Get there before dark if you've never been. The interior roads are windy and very rolling. The spots give some privacy with the distance, but you can still see each other. If in a tent, you can pitch in a more secluded spot. V-View is perfect for those who want the feel of camping out with a big sky, yet close enough to civilization. Viewing the valley town and spotting the Montour Falls off in the distance is a treat. Bring your binoculars! We didn't get the best sunsets during our stay, but I imagine they can be spectacular from these sites. It's very rustic as described. We saw deer and there is proof of them all around the property, so don't be surprised. ;) Since our trip was in November, we were disappointed that the Gorge trail was closed, but we did the Rim Trail and it was still beautiful. Visiting and exploring the local towns was easy with lots of art and craft galleries, brew pubs and college town vibes. All in all, a good stay at a great price. Thanks, Chris!

Great place! Really well-maintained and clean, it's clear that Alicia takes a lot of pride in this property. Very close to the road, but very little traffic so it feels private. As someone who exclusively boondocks, having the 30 amp service was a real luxury! No joke about the lack of Verizon service though - make sure you pay for the Wi-Fi box unless you have T-Mobile or AT&T. Looking forward to coming back.

We spent 2 nights and had a nice stay. It was cooler weather so not many people camping, nice and quiet. Rus who manages the campground was awesome. Friendly, helpful, fun guy. Some feedback for the Hipcamp listing, all we got was an address which lead us to a cabin a mile or so away from the actual site. We had to knock on someone’s door to get help figuring out where to go. I had messaged the host early in the day to let them know when we’d be arriving. No response.

It is also within driving distance from the Finger Lakes and wineries, Watkins Glenn, Corning Glass Museum, Leonard Harrison and Colton Point State Parks, Hills Creek State Park, Mansfield University, Tioga Boar Hunting Reserve, and the adorable town of Wellsboro. There are no lights on our property and is very dark at night. It is best to arrive during daylight, for easier RV hook up. However, due to the darkness, stargazing is spectacular. Finger Lakes: In just 10-20 minutes from this location, you will find an abundance of waterfalls including Ithaca Falls, Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Falls. Cayuga Lake is great for Sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Lake swimming is available at Myers Park in Lansing or Taughannock State Park outside of Trumansburg. Jump off a diving board into the pool at the bottom of Lower Treman Falls or hike upper Treman to Lucifer Falls, possibly the most beautiful short hike you’ll ever find. The area has hundreds of incredible hiking trails to choose from. Plus, Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes Wine Trail are just a bit farther west! We are a working blueberry and flower farm near the town of Tunkhannock, in the Endless Mountains Region of Pennsylvania. We also have nature and some fun recreational opportunities both on property and close by. On our property we have an 18 hole disc golf course (more info can be found on Udisc or Facebook page "Campsite Disc Golf"). The course has all PDGA approved chain baskets with wood chip or grass tee boxes. We are constantly upgrading the course, it gets better every year! We have some beautiful places for walks (or easy hikes) including walking the course even if you don't play disc golf....it makes for some nice clear trails through the woods. There is a 2 1/2 acre pond where you are welcome to kayak, canoe or paddleboard. A 10 acre swamp, a small creek (that does often dry up in the summer....it's beautiful in the spring), and bountiful wildlife. Nearby are many more recreational opportunities. Within driving distances varying from 5 minutes to an hour (most things within 20 minutes) are a river, two creeks, several lakes (all with public boat access, some with swimming), hiking and biking trails, wineries, brewery, restaurants, a movie theater and shopping (grocery stores and the small downtown are less than 10 minutes). We can provide more information and directions for any activities you are interested in. Our private road which leads to the areas available for camping has only one resident who lives past (with access rights to use the road to get to his property) so it is secluded with no traffic. It can be very dark on moonless nights which is fantastic for stargazing. Intrepid winter campers will find the sky is most crisp clear and incredible in the winter....but the summer is still quite spectacular. Blueberry season is all of July and spilling into August (although winding down by then). During that time the Grassy corner site is more out of the way and quieter. The Most Convenient Woods is close but separate, no one except a passing disc golfer can easily look into your site. You will hear activity in the blueberry field during the day. Possibly including a noise maker that makes a periodic boom in the mornings to keep the birds from stealing all the berries (we are looking for quieter bird scaring options for the future). We try to keep that to a minimum especially if campers are present but can't promise silence. The noise maker is turned off as soon as customers are present so it is just a little while in the morning.
