Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters. Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. Junipers Reservoir RV Resort was created approximately 30 years ago.  The RV resort sits at the end of a one mile gravel driveway, on the edge of a juniper forest overlooking the 200 acre Junipers Reservoir and its surrounding meadows. A large lawn and cedar buildings sit at the center of the oval shaped RV park, with the generously sized camping sites angled along the outside edge to provide the best views.  The resort boasts free fishing in the reservoir for trout, hiking and biking trails, rock-hounding, bird watching, wildlife viewing, horseshoes, and volleyball.  The view from the open air pavilion is spectacular!Learn more about this land:Located in the heart of a 5,000 acre cattle ranch. We have hot showers, laundry machines, restrooms, BBQ's, Covered Pavilion, park benches, and lots of lawns. Plenty of room for tent campers. We have an enclosed dog off-leash run area. Plenty of trees for shade, fresh air and blue skies. At night we are far enough from town that the dark night lights up with stars. Great place. I used the cabin to stay warm in the cold November time. Amazing host - explained and had an excellent map to catch all the waterfalls and mile markers. The site is great - extremely close to bathrooms and shower which are super warm inside and water. Small little cabin for the night but has loads of extras. Microwave and little fridge as needed.

I have no notes - Umquilla's Last Resort checked all my boxes at every step: my dog and I loved it. Our cute mini-cabin had energy-efficient heat, microwave, and fridge allowing more food diversity than I usually get on my annual Thanksgiving trip. The bed was comfortable and as a single traveler with a dog: the bunk bed gave us a lot of extra room to stretch out. The showers, restrooms, and dish washing area were spotless and warm. The staff was happy, kind, and showed visible support for LGTBQIA+ travelers. My dog loved that we could hike in the national forest without getting in the car which conveniently could charge via the EV charging station in the campgrounds. I mostly explored between the campsite and I-5 due to there being a charger at the campground and dozens of options in Roseberg (or on my trip in via I-5 South a good high-speed charger in Sutherlin.) Self-service paid internet access (24h, 72h, and 5 day options) provided suitable bandwidth for unexpected video calls and web browsing. It was all perfect, worked well, easy to spot from the road, and in a beautiful region with lots of activities. A true oasis for travelers just an hour east of I-5.

Weekend Trip to Umpqua's Last Resort

I absolutely loved staying here in my deluxe cabin! It was the perfect personal retreat I needed, the cabin was super clean and cozy, nice fluffy bath towels and the Wolfgang Puck coffee pods were a treat! The park was quiet and at night I could hear the river from my cabin, there is a nice trail down to the river and I was able to spend time by the river in the evening. The location is so close to many waterfalls! Toby and Dustin are super nice hosts! The shared restrooms were clean and the showers hot! I loved the small trails to wander on next to the park. I cant wait to return as this will be my place to stay this coming year, thank you for providing such a nice place to have a get away from the world! My only request would be to allow for a late check out if needed but I ended up leaving early to see more waterfalls!

This campground was perfect. We booked very last minute. We arrived after hours and easy set-up. The host was easy to communicate with even after hours. Very clean! The bathhouse was clean and heated. Nice rain head showers with plenty of hot water. Definitely recommend.

Best campground we stayed at on our entire trip through the Pacific NW! Host met us immediately upon our arrival with clear directions and recommendations for exploring the area. Showers/restrooms were super clean and well maintained. Grounds are beautiful and the campground is thoughtfully laid out giving each site privacy and easy access to ammenities.

This place is a must stay. We had an amazing time camping here, even if it was so freaking cold the night we stayed. We utilized the free canoe and it was well worth it. The store has everything you need, is reasonably priced, and everyone that works there is so nice. Would recommend and if I'm back around Crater Lake I'll be back for sure.

This was our first stop on a tour testing a camper van. It was a perfect start to our adventure. Spacious lots (and a wide variety of stay outings), loved the dish wash station and the showers (with heated clean bathrooms) were AMAZING! Great proximity to many different waterfalls. Staff were also incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The tent and bathrooms were spotless - possibly the cleanest hip camp I’ve stayed at yet! Beautiful and convenient location, thoughtful camp set up, and easy check-in / check-out. Having hot water in the bathrooms was really nice; Tracy also provided a small propane heater for the tent and there’s a very warm comforter on the bed. Would have loved to stay longer!
