Located in the Willamette Valley, where route 240 and 47 meet is the small town of Yamhill. just 3 miles out of town there is a 66 acre farm with forest covered hills, rolling hay fields and a small seasonal creek. We welcome you to come enjoy some peaceful rest on our farm. We have 2 camp sites available and more coming soon nestled in the trees across the open hay field where you can watch wildlife. each site has access to the composting toilet, has their own picnic table, fire ring, access to water, and some extras like hay that can be used for under tents, kindling to help start your fire, a fire extinguisher, access to a propane fire ring during fire danger season, and a few yard games. we do have fire wood available to purchase as well as farm fresh eggs. the camp sites are seasonal and most will be closed for the wet winter months. they will be open from June to September, depending on the weather we may need to adjust the access to the sites. at times they may be walk in only (about 200ft walk) or four wheel drive access only as they are in a low area of the farm and do not wish anyone to get stuck. if access has been changed I will notify you as soon as I can with an update. you are welcome to walk around during your stay, pick some blackberries, apples or plums but please be aware and careful as we do have some poison oak on the property. I encourage you to stay on a path. please message me if you would like a tour of the farm we have a horse boarding stable, rabbits, chickens and goats ( for your safety please do not enter any barns or pastures without permission , preferable accompanied) you can see and hear some of the animals but most are far enough away that they are not disturbing.

The RV site backs up to Southwest Community Park, 41.9 acres, an undeveloped nature park in the Southwest Gresham Neighborhood (East Portland). The Park is partially wooded and slopes east towards 19 acres of Fairview Creek Headwaters. Views include Grant and Jenne Buttes and Mt. St. Helens. The Park contains a large Western Red Cedar/Mixed Tree Grove and a Douglas Fir Grove, both of which are identified on the City’s significant tree list. The Park provides valuable wildlife and fish habitat, and will be preserved, protected and enhanced as part of the City’s conservation effort. Learn more about this land: This is a great neighborhood spot to park with full amenities just outside of Portland, while having immediate access to 40 wooded acres with walking path and .7 mi to the Springwater Trail for biking/running. 25 mins to downtown Portland; Easy day trips that are ~30 minutes drive to Waterfalls along the Columbia River Gorge (Bridal Veil, Multnomah Falls) or under an hour to Mt. Hood for time in the snow!  Fenced in backyard for any of your 4-legged friends to stretch. Gas fire pit, gas grill and patio table + lounge chairs are all open for sharing. Our previous homeowner had a trailer and set up this nice pad with built in hookups. We have grandparents with a 27' RV that come visit a few weekends a year, but we would love to share this corner of the woods with others looking for an accessible home base to access Portland/Mt. Hood/Gorge +.  Note: Our driveway entry is steep, but navigable. We limit the trailer/RV length to 27' in order to avoid bottoming out. Novice trailer drivers may want to avoid.  For quick bearings if you are booking while on the road, we are located just off 26 (Powell), 5 miles from I-205 or 11 miles from I-5 via the Ross Island Bridge. If you are traveling along I-84, we are 4 miles south from the exit.

Close to area cities, but private and beautiful. Campsites are along the woods in an open meadow. We have a tasting room onsite where we serve cider, perry and wine that we make here (open Fri-Sun, 3-9pm in summer). Lots of great bird watching, beautiful gardens and great backdrop of the coast Range. We host a summer concert series, usually on Saturdays, so those days are blocked. You may still be able to come though- just shoot me a message!

Kim is great! Welcomed us and helped get us settled in a perfect spot. Water is easily accessed to fill up a camper, and there are bathrooms on site. Wifi is strong and consistent. The Hipcamp site is beautiful, quiet, and away from it all but not too far from McMinnville where you can see a movie, or grab a meal or walk about a cute downtown. And the stargazing is amazing!

Was honestly such a beautiful place to spend the night! You are about halfway between Salem and the coast, so it gets nice and dark. There is a bit of light pollution from a logging plant a couple hills over, but still very beautiful at night. I absolutely will be staying here again in the future, just next time, I will be more prepared for how cold it can get! Lol

I loved camping here so much. Not only was it beautiful, but the hosts are wonderful people and so fun to connect with. I hope to make it back again sometime in the near future. It was beautifully maintained, I felt very safe, and they were also so sweet to my dog. Location was great if you’re planning to do some winery visits in the area as well. 10/10 ✨

So welcoming and we even got to spend time chatting with her under the beautiful awning and in the garden filled with flowers, in the evening. Their wine is truly delightful, as well. Amazing stop for me when I was biking from the Oregon coast back to Portland! The host were so friendly and helpful! The tent and RV sites are on top of a beautiful hill with a panoramic lookout of the sunset! If you have a chance to try some of the cider they grown on the orchard nearby it will be worth it! So good! Lots of outdoor seating space and lounge area with plenty of charm! The cherry on top is the hidden cabin on the West of the hill that surrounded by wild berry trees.

Loved the expansive views and wide open space. Sweet tasting room/sitting area. Beautiful garden spaces and cleanest restroom ever (featuring some of Kim’s magical artwork)! Super fun, friendly hosts and a great night sleep— would definitely come again— hopefully when there’s live music!
