Great little farm and host was super nice and friendly. Unfortunate for me I didn’t check the weather so it was pouring down rain the whole time. I ended up getting a cheap Airbnb to escape the elements. I would def stay there though if it weren’t raining!

Rick made a nice RV spot, nice level gravel and a little cement pad with a picnic table on top. Would be a bit tricky to pull in (or back in) for a large trailer or RV but worked well for us. If certain country smells bother you, this spot may not be right for you, cows right across the street.

Weekend Trip to Windy Basin Ranch Camp

Raychel’s little ranch was a Perfect spot for my son and I and our sprinter van and puppy! She was incredibly accommodating and friendly and had already built us all the supplies for a nice cozy campfire. We really enjoyed meeting the goat a dog and a horse and pony. It is really a special place and we are looking forward to coming back another time thanks again for everything!

This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces." Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. Lots of large groups have reserved multiple or all sites for their large groups and for more privacy. However please keep in mind the place still needs to be cleaned up upon leaving. Private camp area close and easy access to Forest service road 4517 that has ATV, dirt bike and snowmobile trails in amazing Cle Elum's Little Creek and Granite Creek area. Can take ride ORV from campground to Forest road, but no trail riding in campground or surrounding gravel roads. Vehicles must have spark arrestors. Quiet and private for groups to hang out and enjoy the area, hiking, exploring, and enjoying the night sky. We often kayak at Easton State Park or at Cooper Lake and then come back to this private camp area away from the crowds. Huge parking and camping area where 10+ vehicles and RVs can easily drive to and park before heading out on the trail or use as a base camp to enjoy the peaceful mountains around you and explore are area around you. You will enjoy the peaceful hills and unobstructed views of a stary night sky. No electrical or water hookups. This is not a KOA, it's a very private rough campground area with beautiful views. There are no manicured lawns, but lots of rocky areas and often wildlife walking about. Deer and turkeys often are seen and grasshoppers when its warm. Forest Road to campsite often is bumpy with good sized potholes. The internet service via T-Mobile is incredible on 4/18/2024 I was getting the following at the entrance of the camp area: 80 - 181 Mbps Down 5- 10.2 Mbps Up

The Yakima Valley is well known for its large concentration of wineries, found both right in the town of Yakima and in the nearby Red Mountain and Rattlesnake Hills areas. However, even RV teetotalers will find plenty to do here, from learning about the valley's Indigenous and pioneer history at the Yakima Valley Museum to taking advantage of the ample hiking and mountain biking trails and 109 lakes in the surrounding East Cascade Mountain Range. RV sites can be found within Yakima's city limits, both at privately owned RV parks and resorts and in the riverfront Yakima Sportsman State Park, which also offers a dump station. Privately owned, RV-friendly Hipcamps also exist in and around town, many of which feature sweeping vineyard views, bathrooms, and picnic tables.
