Welcome to one of the most magical places in Kittitas County. Here you will be the ONLY campers on this 1 acre site! The spot has a crystal clear 80/gpm well and power. There is plenty of room for extra tents (can be rocky) and parking. The driveway can be challenging if you are new to trailering. I suggest walking up the driveway prior to entering. There is a turn around for backing up but it is not a pull though. See photos ;) Here you will feel a world away but a 15 minute drive down the mountain and you are in downtown Cle Elum. The property is minutes away from the Yakima River, Hwy 10, I-90 and the Teanaway Forest. Fly fishing, rafting, hiking are all nearby. When the sun goes down get your chair ready. Sunsets are breathtaking and with little light pollution, the star gazing is incredible. This original 24 acre parcel and surrounding area was destroyed by the Taylor Bridge fire in August of 2012. The fire destroyed 61 homes and 36 square miles. BURN BAN as of 07/07/2026, so please no fires. Well socialized dogs are ALWAYS welcome to run and play. The owner has a very friendly Aussie who “sneak out” to say hello. If that is a problem please let us know. *** Note, the whole Kittitas Valley can be windy, so come prepared just in case. Amazing views and good water pressure. Very nice to have both water and electrical hookups. The hill to get up to the site was pretty steep but we were able to make it without issue.

Top 5 night sky veiws I’ve ever see

We went tent camping here and loved it! The host was so chill and had such a sweet dog the veiws of the sunset and starts were amazing. Definitely read the description and being an air mattress if you want to tent camp. Such a great place to stay!

So I clicked on no I wouldn’t recommend, because I’m selfish and would want to keep this magical place to myself. It has a fantastic view, was quiet, fresh water and surrounded by nature. But seeing as I can’t book 52 weekends, go ahead and enjoy this gem of a site.

This is an amazing spot! So quiet and peaceful and an incredible view. It works perfectly for our teardrop trailer. Getting to the site’s well marked driveway is a long gravel road, which was pretty steep in some spots and we put it in four-wheel-drive, as we did spin out in one spot. It’s not a rough road by any means, but if you’re at your max tow capacity, you might have a hard time. the host was great at communicating and everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay at the top of the world. Great views, terrific host, private flat lot, power and water. Close enough to Cle Elum for restaurants and great hiking opportunities in Tenaway and Salmon La Sac. Will be back.

First and foremost this land is gorgeous. There was a wonderful view and the area was very well cared for. The directions were very easy to follow and took me straight to the site (Apple Maps). I had a bit of hiccup with a flat tire and Jackie could not have been more helpful. She assisted me in this issue and that was the biggest act of kindness. I would’ve had to pay a lot for a tow and this was avoided by her help! It is nice to know that you’re booking with someone who genuinely cares for their property and for the people camping. Thank you again Jackie for your kindness, sharing your property and just being overall amazing. I cannot recommend this site enough!! :)

We loved this site! The views are phenomenal. So peaceful to wake up at sunrise and sip coffee in the ariondeck chairs. Big open space, clear, prompt, and kind communication with the host. We saw deer! I would highly reccomend and I would love to visit again!

Communication with Jackie was excellent. I was unfortunately unable to complete the trip for personal reasons - life happens to our best laid plans. But Jackie is a warm and welcoming host. Lord willing and the creek don't rise, I will be camping on the top of world soon. Thank you, Jackie!

Peaceful, Private, Perfect

Oh my goodness this site was perfect: private and peaceful. We just loved staying here and I wish I could come back every weekend. The views were incredible. Sunset, sunrise, stargazing. It's completely dry camping (which we enjoy) so just know that ahead of time. It was the best of both worlds: the assurance of a reservation but not being surround by dozens of other campers. Communications were always prompt and welcoming.

This camping spot was wonderful! It started with great communication with Jackie. We got to the site easily with the clear directions and it was nice that it was so close to town, but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing. There is plenty of room to park and set up camp. The views of the mountains were spectacular from the site. All in all, a great visit!

Great views and solitude

I needed a place to for the night to break up travel days. This was perfect. Jackie is super friendly and responsive. The site is conventionally located from I90, but serene, and the view was exceptional; a lovely sunset followed by a full moon rise. I’m glad I chose this spot and hope to visit again.
