Founded by Lee and Emily Fergestrom, Fortuity Cellars crafts award-winning, small-lot wines sourced exclusively from premier Yakima Valley vineyards. Our peaceful property offers a unique opportunity to unwind among orchards, gardens, and sweeping views of the Rattlesnake Hills while experiencing one of Washington's premier wine destinations. Guests are invited to relax in our welcoming tasting room and enjoy personalized wine tastings featuring Rhône-inspired whites, Rosé, Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Bordeaux-style blends. Many of our wines have earned 90+ point ratings and recognition from leading wine publications. Whether you're exploring Central Washington, touring Yakima Valley's 90+ wineries, hiking nearby trails, cycling scenic country roads, or simply seeking a quiet evening beneath the stars, Fortuity Cellars provides the perfect blend of relaxation, hospitality, and wine country charm. A few things to know before your visit: Please plan to arrive during our tasting room hours whenever possible so we can personally welcome you and show you to your site. Fortuity Cellars is a working winery and agricultural property. Depending on the season, you may see vineyard, orchard, or winery activities taking place. Our tasting room is open Thursday through Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Wednesday visits are available by appointment. We encourage guests to enjoy a personalized wine tasting during their stay and browse our selection of award-winning wines to take home. Pets are welcome but must remain leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Please respect fellow guests, our neighbors, and the peaceful atmosphere by observing quiet hours after 10:00 p.m. Campfires and charcoal fires are not permitted. Propane fire pits may be allowed seasonally—please ask before use. We do not offer water, electrical, or sewer hookups. Please arrive prepared to be self-contained if camping in an RV. Help us preserve the beauty of the property by packing out any trash and leaving your campsite as you found it. If you have any questions before your arrival, don't hesitate to reach out.
