Jsm Ranch started in 2004 when we moved from Oregon City.
This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had been fallen into disrepair before taking owner ship.
In 2007 we planted 200 trees and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality.
From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands.

Our campsites
are on two beautiful ponds with a seasonal creek in an old growth cedar forest with a few trails to enjoy the stillness and magic
of the woods.
There are 11 acres with a vineyard, fruit orchard, large garden, cob garden wall for lounging, fire pit at the vineyard with several picnic tables and hammocks, a big open field above the camping area, and the beautiful cedar forest.
We consider this land sacred. We are only caretakers passing through, and honor this place and the original people of this land: The Molalla, Clackamas, and Kalapuya tribes, who were "relocated" to the Grand Ronde Reservation in the mid 1800's.
Please be mindful of the energy of the forest, and all the people and animals who still reside and have come before.
The forest is home to beavers, coyote, deer, raccoons, salamanders, frogs, and many bird species.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Proceed down our long driveway to the bottom. Take a left at the sport court, and continue right. On your left is the woodshed with the "Calliope Farm" mural. You will see two parking spots to the left of the woodshed (Harmony Hollow parking) and two on the right (Hobbit Circle)
You can unload here and grab a cart.
Across from the parking, on the red barn, is the water station, and the hot tub sign up sheet.
You will be walking/carting your things down to the forest where you will pass the outhouse on the left.
For Harmony Hollow, after you cross the first bridge, take the path to the left and cross a second bridge and the campsite is on your right.
For Hobbit Circle, cross the first bridge and walk around the pond, which will lead you to the campsite.
The campsites are a short walk, (200 yards) but there is a decline, and
you need to be a little hearty to walk back up the hill with your things.
You will have a good amount of space and privacy for your group, but may encounter others visiting the forest as well.
Enjoy a social time while respecting that some come for quiet and reflection.
We provide a picnic table
We wish to all work together for safety, with intelligence, common sense, and fire consciousness.
OFFERINGS:
We have a cedar hot tub, massage therapy,
and an outdoor shower. The charge for the hot tub is $15 per person for 75 minutes
of hot tub
time.
You can schedule the hot tub for privacy at the sign up sheet on the barn.
If you would like to shower and not hot tub, the cost is $5 per shower, otherwise its included in the hot tub fee, and required for hot tub entrance.
If you, or anyone in your group did not pay for a hot tub ahead of time, you will find a Venmo link on the barn, or can bring cash.
HOT TUB:
The hot tub sign up sheet is on the barn next to the water station. It is first come first serve. If you are a larger group using the tub, consider choosing a later spot for water displacement.
If the hot tub is too hot, please add cold water from the hose to desired temp.
PLEASE do not turn down the temperature on the hot tub, but use the cold water to create desired temp, but not below 102.
If you are staying multiple nights and would like to hot tub again, the cost is $10 pp, instead of $15. Kids under 10 are $5
The hot tub is to the right of the house down by the garden. Your time is private, but we may need to visit/work in the garden.
PLEASE read and be mindful of the hot tub etiquette posted in the hot tub area.
VINEYARD:
~Silas Wines~ This is the original vineyard for Silas Wines founded in 2010.
Our Pinot Noir vines are 40 year old Wadensville clone planted by the Ritter family in the early 80's.
You are welcome to walk the vineyard, and explore the front of the property. Our neighbor Beth, to the west, is a master gardener, and loves to give tours of her gardens or you can wander on your own. (please inquire)
Dogs:
Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog. We and our neighbors have chickens that are penned and free ranged.
Please DO NOT allow your dog (or yourself) to roam on our neighbors property over the fence in the next field to the East. He is very friendly, and we have a good relationship, but that is his request.
Please pick up after your dog. Please do not lose site of dog, and keep them on leash in common areas.
Please do not leave your dog unattended at the campsite or anywhere on the property where they will bark and disturb other guests.
THE CARAVAN SPOT:
Please let us know if you are needing a van camping spot opposed to tent camping in the woods. We do have a few different options for car camping, and when booking select the "caravan spot". We also can split up your group if some are tent camping and others need van camping, but you would need to book the two different sites.

- This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Last season I focused on chickens- for flocks (egg layers for backyard chickens) and freezers (meat birds- available for your camp dinner). Some cows and sheep roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm.
-My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful.
-There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site for 1 RV. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a composting TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot.
-There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs).
- There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for shade or for rainy days. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river.
- FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. If your dog is aggressive or timid, please consider other accommodations.

The waterfall is 205 yards from the parking area. The last 80 yards is down a medium to easy grade hill. Direct access is also available to hundreds of acres of Port Blakely Tree Farm property. Find an escape on this small blueberry farm in Sherwood Oregon. Campsite is bordered by a small year-round Creek, there is lots of shade and privacy.
We also are located for easy access to local summer attractions, wineries, restaurants etc. Campfires and book reading have been very popular here at Bear Hollow! Check in before sunset for your best experience! (Late arrivals can be requested for an additional fee.

The property and common areas including picnic and fire areas were expansive and beautiful. The indoor kitchen/bath area was super convenient and clean. The sites don't offer alot of privacy but even with both spots taken there's plenty of space to have pets and although one spot is right in front of the house it was very quiet (need a long cord to plug into that spot). Would be a great tent camping location too. Dog barking is low tone didn't bother us a bit. Would definitely go back.

Amazing family experience! We easily parked our 40 ft 5th wheel and electric + water was a simple hookup. The night sky was beautiful and we loved sitting around the fireplace. Our 1 year old granddaughter loved the goats, ducks, and geese.

This was the perfect place for the maiden voyage with our travel trailer! The property is peaceful, charming, and offers beautiful countryside views. One of our favorite spots was the grove of magnificent old oak trees, complete with a rustic tree swing that was the perfect place to sit, relax, and take in the scenery.
Having access to the barn with a flush toilet and hot shower was such a welcome convenience after a day outdoors. Rachel was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome while also giving us plenty of privacy. It was the perfect balance. If you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway, I highly recommend staying here. We would happily return!

What a beautiful property! We had a lovely weekend camping with friends on Rachel's land. Rachel was extremely welcoming when we arrived or when we had questions, and she left us to ourselves otherwise. The "hall" was so helpful; we were able to do our KP in the big sink and lay out our dishes to dry. The bathroom with a wide counter was wonderful as well! We used the firepit one night and enjoyed having a campfire under the stars. We went to Molalla River State Park one day and Hoot disc golf course the next, and otherwise hung out on the property and enjoyed the peaceful setting.
The only thing that could be considered negative is that the guard dogs do, in fact, bark at night, but it was truly not a problem for us. Rachel is very up front about the dogs and even provides earplugs, which is fantastic. I did not use the earplugs and I slept fine. I always wake up several times my first night sleeping in a new place, and the dogs were certainly a part of that for me, but no more than any other noises. The dogs only woke me up one of the other nights, but I was able to fall asleep again right away. Unless you are a very light sleeper opposed to using earplugs, the dogs should not be a problem.
This would be a great place to camp with a group of friends or family - plenty of room for tents and trailers, and a big field in which to run around.

I stayed here while competing in the Beaver State Fling at Milo McIver State Park, and it was the perfect home base. The location is exceptionally convenient—just a 10-minute drive to the park—which made navigating tournament logistics a breeze.
Hospitality & Coordination:
Flexible Timing: Karissa was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to arrive early on Friday and leave late on Sunday, which was a huge help for my tournament schedule.
On-Site Guidance: She met me personally on Friday morning to provide guidance and ensure I was settled in.
Farm-Fresh Perks: I purchased a dozen organic eggs from the farm. They were delivered right to my camp after my Friday round and made for an incredibly luxurious scramble on Saturday morning.
The Site Experience:
Quiet & Spacious: Despite being a working farm, there was absolutely no disturbance. I had a ton of space to spread out and enjoy the surroundings.
Atmosphere: The "outdoor living room" setup was great, but the highlight was the night sky—it’s a beautiful open view with virtually no light pollution.
Amenities: I had reliable water and electric hookups for my trailer, which made "trailer life" very comfortable throughout the weekend.
If you are a disc golfer playing at Milo or just looking for a peaceful, spacious retreat in the Eagle Creek area, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back!

This was such a wonderful place for family time. It was really neat to see Karissa‘s space and inspiring to see all that she and her family + animals do. We loved being able to have our dog with us. The bathroom set up was fun to see. Both sites at her place were special in their own ways, one sunny and open with views of animals and one shady and wooded with a special, secluded feel. Karissa recommended nearby Milo McIvers park and the kids loved the relaxed fished off the dock near the dam.

Very quiet and relaxing spot. While it’s on their property it’s not in their way at all, and while it’s essentially a gravel lot with other campers everyone is very quiet and kind and you barely see any other people. The views are beautiful, the grassy area is great to play with kids. Easy to run water to fill tanks and power hookups are great. Would recommend.

We have REALLY enjoyed our stay at beautiful Grace Acres. We’re still here, we have decided to extend our stay. Paula and Ed are super friendly and kind hosts. Ed went above and beyond to help us out with an electric cord to use so we could have electricity. The rv spot is flat and on gravel, so no muddy paws on our Pooch. Plus the resident farm dogs, Maverick and Lucy are just wonderful and so gentle. The rolling green views are magnificent and the stars at night, look close enough to touch. Quiet with fenced acreage for our two dogs meant good sleeping and peace of mind with the dogs off leash. The hookups were clean and reliable. Friendly neighbors and good restaurants close by. I initially thought it was a bit far from the city but really the access to Hwy 99 was an ideal boulevard/conduit to the city! Great launchpad to many areas. We will definitely be back.

Camp Cedar Creek is a gem. It's just off 26, and super convenient to lots of hiking and amenities but it feels nice and remote. I van camped with my partner, and having the Blue Barn with a fully stocked kitchen, hang out zone, ping pong table, and clean showers and bathrooms was super handy. We loved walking down to the creek and hiking around the trails, and Jeremy and Lauren (and Juno!) were very welcoming.
