Mt Hood Vanlife Oasis w/ Coworking!

We were just here for an overnight, but enjoyed it very much. It was nice to cook in the big communal kitchen rather than on my tiny van counter, we all had fun with the ping pong table in the rec room, wifi was fast, restrooms/ showers were nice and clean, and we enjoyed chatting with Jeremy over coffee! Our RAM Promaster struggled a bit to get back up one of the steep switchbacks in the driveway until we turned off the pesky traction control :) Thanks for a nice stay!

Hidden gem

Camp Cedar Creek is a gem. It's just off 26, and super convenient to lots of hiking and amenities but it feels nice and remote. I van camped with my partner, and having the Blue Barn with a fully stocked kitchen, hang out zone, ping pong table, and clean showers and bathrooms was super handy. We loved walking down to the creek and hiking around the trails, and Jeremy and Lauren (and Juno!) were very welcoming.

Really beautiful spot and great amenities for van campers. The entire campsite is clean, well organized, and meticulously maintained in a large, serene forest. The blue barn also makes the hipcamp so comfortable and a unique social experience. We’ll definitely be back again anytime we’re visiting mt hood

Favorite vamping spot yet!

Need a place to park the van, get into nature and have access to any amenities you need? This is the place! I've stayed here a few nights now and will be continuing to stay weekly for work in the area. The entry road and most spots are accessible with my 2wd 97 1 ton camper conversion van and there's special 4wd areas as well. The blue barn has everything you could need to make coffee, shower and relax, work out, work remotely and even cook a full meal like you would at home with the oversized kitchen. This place is a dream spot. 10/10

Perfect respite from the road

We loved our quick overnight at the Blue Barn! After spending a few weeks on the road in the rig, the hot showers, full kitchen, work spaces, and hangout spaces were such a treat. Lauren and Jeremy are incredible Hipcamp Hosts and I will certainly be back the next time I find myself between Bend and Portland.

This was a great place to stop over near Mt. Hood! Clean with all the amenities - I happened to be there when it was mostly empty which meant I got to do all my laundry and not worry about holding others up 😊 Lauren and Jeremy were very welcoming! Definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed by the barn in a car camping spot. Easy access with kitchen, bathrooms, gym area. I worked remotely one of the days and was quiet and a great setup. Walking to the creek also recommend:) Would stay again!

Crazy amazing property! The most kind hosts, who are so responsive. The barn is unreal, offered much more than I expected. Internet is fast, great for working and video calls. This place seems to attract very kind campers as well. All around, would highly recommend!

While this was my first Hipcamp experience, I've traveled, camped, co-worked, and AirBNB'd all over the world... and this place is excellent. The hosts Jeremy & Lauren are absolute professionals, incredibly accommodating, communicative, and friendly. If you're looking for well cared for campground with nature, space, and all the amenities, this is it. If you're looking for a place you can work and find friendly welcoming community, their co-working loft at the Blue Barn (has A/C too) is far better than the nicest coffee shop. Need a very dog friendly spot? Check. Traveling in your van and ready to rest, recharge, meet some people, enjoy a clean kitchen with everything you need, or take a hot shower? Stay here. Can't say enough good things really. The driveway and 4WD requirements for the campground next to the creek are to be taken seriously. If you're self contained in 2WD the van spots at the Blue Barn are accessible. And, this specific site can also be tent friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed car camping here! Lauren and Jeremy thought of everything, the place is pretty easy to get to with each site marked clearly. The barn is stocked with everything you could need with a full kitchen, dining area, gym equipment, ping pong table, lounge area, coworking space and 2 full bathrooms. I was able to use the fridge and freezer too and they provide tape & a marker to label what’s yours. Everything was clean and well maintained and organized. Also loved how detailed the check in instructions are. I cannot wait to come back here on my next road trip and cannot recommend this place enough!

We van camped in Site 4. Was perfect for what we needed, a night between mountain biking events. The barn had a really nice open kitchen that was handy for dish washing and two bathrooms. We also played ping pong and the gym set up is pretty cool. Very quiet at night and very dog friendly. I also liked how specific the description and guidelines were in the post. Read that first

The whole world property is lovely and the owners are great! We stayed in our van outside the barn, the dogs got to play while we worked or worked out, the bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need (baking cookies is extra special when you live in a van without an oven!). I definitely recommend staying here and will be back when we come through Oregon again

This was a perfect location to get out of Portland for a few days while working during the week. The barn was a fantastic coworking space and the stream through the property was a great respite between meetings. We were able to get our pop-up A-frame trailer in pretty easily. Note there wasn't electric or water hook ups but we didn't need it with the kitchen, showers, toilets, etc. all right inside.

For the Van Life people this is really an epic spot. Beyond his the van life of your a car camper or someone just finding a rad place to getaway to this spot is perfect. The spots up at the barn are a bit more close together less of the surrounding nature but you’re right next to the barn which is perfect. The spots down at the bottom along the creek are where it’s at though. Huge property along a beautiful creek and you feel like you’re really off the beaten path enjoying nature. For people who like the amenities though, you can’t go wrong here. The barn on the top of the hill has a kitchen, bathrooms and showers, laundry, exercise area and tons of co-working space. This spot really had it all and not too mention everyone on the property was super friendly with including the dogs and the owners were super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend as this spot has been one of our favorite hipcamps for sure!

We loved car camping on Lauren and Jeremy's site! The barn is exactly as described with several nooks to hang out in when needed, but there is so much to do in the surrounding areas that you might not get a chance to do so during the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need and so many interesting fellow campers. Showers have great water pressure and steaming hot water. Bathrooms are very spacious. The property is quiet and peaceful with a creek near the sites so you can sleep to the sound of water. So tranquil. There are walking trails and water all around the property. A fireplace ring is set up with communal wood if you'd like to have a fire going and we got to enjoy conversation and s'mores. :) We definitely hope to be back this summer! Thank you for hosting us!!
