On our farm we grow veggies and flowers. We raise Nigerian dwarf goats, chickens, and honey bees.
You will be staying in a 16ft Pacific yurt built on raised deck that has a covered deck for shade and rainy days. There is plenty of space for additional tents and RV campers to join! There is a fire pit, picnic table, full propane grill and composting toilet. There is also a wonderful warm wood stove for staying cozy! You can swim in the creek right next to the site or walk over to the North Fork of the Alsea River where there is 1/2 mile of river access and great winter steelhead fishing too.
Close to the farm is world class mountain biking, hiking, fishing, waterfalls, great views, and surfing on the Oregon coast. The camp spot is a very private grassy nook nestled next to Honey Grove Creek.
There are nature trails on the property with blackberry bushes. We offer farm fresh eggs, firewood bundles, and as the garden begins to ramp up- we will offer all the veggies to campers including goat cheese! We can do cash or Venmo payments.

This was a great place to stay while in the area for some wine tasting. Property was as described with a nicely mowed area for the car and camper. We had a wonderful quiet evening seeing a rainbow over the fields and peaceful morning sipping on coffee while watching the sun rise above the fog. We were even able to grab a couple apples from their trees (with permission) that we cooked up with our pancake breakfast!

Weekend Trip to The Vintages Trailer Resort
Such an easy drive from the Portland area, and a romantic atmosphere with the way it’s lit up, and the fire pits. The bikes at each site are a nice touch, and the pass they give you to get discounts at nearby vineyards. Some tips if it’s your first time - consider bringing mainly microwaveable food as that was the only means of cooking inside our RV. The grill outside wasn’t covered and we would have gotten wet if it were raining. It was very private inside the RV but the site outside isn’t very private. It’s pleasant and has comfy chairs, though, and people give a friendly wave as they walk by. Also it’s very close to town so maybe treat yourself to a meal out while you’re there. :-) I would recommend this as a low-key, easy weekend getaway.

Fantastic! We booked last minute and arrived after dark. We had such a comfortable stay, and were in awe of the creek right behind us in the morning light. The bed is incredibly comfy, and we were perfectly comfortable. This place is moments from mine and my kid's favorite place to go catch crawdads. I would absolutely book again.

Melissa and Kenneth are kind and welcoming hosts. They were accommodating and generous to our group. The space is beautiful. The camp space is clean, well kept, open, but private for camping. Great stars and sunrise. The location is central between towns, wineries, and restaurants. We highly recommend booking here.

My girlfriend and I had a great last minute stay here. You could say; in our time of need we found paradise.
We didn't have a chance to explore much of the property there were white signs and some of them were labelled "hipcamp."
We parked by the number 1 were weren't sure if that's where our campsite was, if it is it's very close to several others. We may have parked in the wrong area though.
The portapotty when we got there was full of spiders, not a big deal for us, and as we were leaving saw that someone, was cleaning it.
We got in late so we did not get to meet with the hosts unfortunately, as we left we got to wave goodbye and exchange pleasantries with a friendly man with a magnificent white beard and a delight accent. I would love to visit again with more time.

Our stay at Jeremy and Dana’s place was outstanding! The yurt was super cute and clean, very comfortable bed, and nice deck. The property, the views, and the peacefulness were even better! We walked to the river, enjoyed the sound of the creek behind the yurt, had fires in the fire pit and absolutely loved our stay. Will definitely be back!

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for in our group gathering. Having the creek behind the yurt balanced out the hot, direct sun in afternoons and no bugs at night was excellent.

Such a great stay!! The yurt was very secluded right next to the creek. Our pups had the BEST time being able to be off-leash without worry. I was initially worried the farm animals would be close by (and one of our dogs is a herding dog who I wouldn’t trust lol), but they were far enough away that we were worry free! We were able to visit them though, the goats were SO cute and friendly.
The bed was seriously SO comfortable, I had to take a picture of the mattress before we left!
The composting outhouse was super clean. The whole property was just amazing and we had the best time! Also super close to Alsea for some great hiking and mountain biking. We will certainly come back!

Another wonderfully relaxing weekend at Yurt by the Creek! Our sensitive doggo loves it here and is so excited to visit the goats and pigs each time we come. We love the quiet, private area to relax, go for a splash in the stream and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Dana is welcoming and great to communicate with, and leaves us to do our thing. The super clean outhouse also deserves a mention!

such a sweet and beautiful little space! dana and jeremy were very friendly; provided lots of information pre-check-in and made things as smooth as possible. the baby goats are a super adorable plus! so nice relaxing by the fire as the sun sets, listening to the trickle of the creek as you fall asleep. stars are UNREAL, made the little jaunt to the outhouse oooooh sooooo worth it! the bed is also SO comfortable (disclaimer: had been sleeping on a sleeping pad in a sleeping bag for a 1.5 weeks, but was STOKED that their bed was the first one i slept in again). and i learned a lot about garlic! got some inspiration for future garlic farming adventures...?!?!? we will definitely be coming back! thank you so much for hosting us :)

The yurt was exactly what we were looking for. Jeremy and Dana were helpful and extremely gracious hosts.
We loved the privacy and proximity to the soothing sounds of the creek during the evening. We also stayed warm and cozy and enjoyed meeting all the animals. They even notified us when the goats had babies so my daughter could see them before we left. Also, the composting toilet was easy to use and clean, even for a 5 yr old…
