Permits provide access to forty acres of private timberland property. The waterfall is 205 yards from the end of the road. The last 80 yards is down a medium to easy grade hill. The Molalla River Corridor, Table Rock Wilderness Area and Silver Falls State Park are all close by.

- This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Last season I focused on chickens- for flocks (egg layers for backyard chickens) and freezers (meat birds- available for your camp dinner). Some cows and sheep roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm.
-My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful.
-There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site for 1 RV. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a composting TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot.
-There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs).
- There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for shade or for rainy days. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river.
- FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. If your dog is aggressive or timid, please consider other accommodations.

As a working 67 acre organic farm, the property is very rural, but only an hour outside Portland, Oregon.
The Farm is also conveniently located close to several towns including Mount Angle and the cool little town of Silverton, Oregon.
Silverton has several excellent restaurants, great brew pubs, a seasonal farmer's market, and shopping. It is also home of The Oregon Gardens, a world class botanical garden.
Crooked Finger Farms has great history. The Farm and surrounding acreage was homesteaded in the late 1850’s-1860’s. You can still pick the fruit from the original heirloom apple and pear trees! The farmhouse, historic barn and outbuildings were built as a dairy in 1915.

Jsm Ranch started in 2004 when we moved from Oregon City.
This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had fallen into disrepair before taking ownership.
In 2007 we planted 200 trees and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality.
From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands.
You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on

Ruah Ranch is situated on an old donation land claim and was also the site of nomadic Native American tribes. Abundant wildlife graces our acres as well as the beautiful Thoroughbred horses we raise. We had a great time. Ended up booking the entire place and it was worth it. Kids were able to fish for a while. Definitely want to come back during the summer time so we can enjoy the river. Host was really nice and barely noticed her being there. Between the river and the large hammock it was a win for the kids. 10/10 would encourage others.

From the moment we pulled into the property and were greeted by camp host, Christine, we knew we were in for a treat. The sites are all extremely well kept, there is a cute park area by the water for kids, you can have firewood and ice delivered right to your site! Incredible experience, 10/10. This was our 2nd time to visit this site. This time we had multiple people with us and it was just as wonderful! Close location to the water, clean bathrooms, nice outdoor kitchen area with vending machine and tables etc... James, the host, is always attentive, around if needed and responsive. Very nice place and we will be back.

Been here multiple times but always a great experience every time. What an awesome awesome place to have a campsite right next to the river. We got a sunny summer weather in October surprisingly! Didn’t miss that chance to enjoy the river, cold but feels relaxing. What a beautiful and well maintained sanctuary is Molalla Ripple. Jim as a host has always been responsive and accommodating. Our group rented sites 4 through 8. Jim is a very good host and stopped to say hi after he got off work. Property is continuously being improved and upgraded on. Hope to do this again with our group soon. We even had our 4 month old grandson and daughter with us.

Lori's farm is incredible. Both sites are very private, far away from anyone. We brought our dogs and like to let them wander off-leash; we always worry a bit about them bothering other people. There's no problem doing that here; you've got ~300 yards (3 football fields) between each campsite, and much farther than that to any other property. We were a larger group, so we actually rented both campsites; they're both great. The river is a 15-second walk from Site 1 (you can hear the river in camp; it's a literal stone's throw from where you sleep), while at Site 2 you're 10 yards from the river's edge. That said, Site 1 gives you a bit more room to explore a wooded area and has the pyramid (which part of our group liked sleeping in, so they didn't have to set up a tent).
I noticed only one negative review mentioning a "weird vibe with burned area"...I'm constantly astounded by people, to say the least. There was a small brush fire due to a city-owned powerline that #1 very fortunately got put out quickly and #2 you can barely tell occurred -- I think there are two trees that have black markings at the base. How that could bother anyone on a huge farm with hundreds of trees is mind-blowing. But hey, I won't complain about this place having more availability :)
My wife and I will definitely be back!

This was a fanatic trip! The late season meant we had the entire campground to ourselves and it was magical. We got to explore every nook and canny of the place and agree it's out new favorite place. We definitely plan on being back quite a bit next year. The creek is amazing and totally walkable. Bring able to purchase firewood and ice on site was invaluable. The host was very responsive and staff was super friendly. We really enjoyed our trip.

The complex is so cute and welcoming! The tent was wonderful, it would be chilly this time of year without a tent heater (which we brought along). Teresa and her husband are very kind. They ventured out in the downpour to welcome us and show us around.
