Many different birds, osprey, bald eagle migratory birds etc. The campsite is situated privately on a working farm that has been in the family for 220 years. Me and my two young kids and grandmother live at the farm . We raise pastured angus beef, grain, hay and vegetables. Campers are welcome to walk the trails around the fields and woods and visit the animals. We can also provide campers with fresh beef and sometimes eggs.Learn more about this land: Enjoy peace, nature, and agriculture while overlooking your own private lake. 500 contiguous acres to explore on this working farm that has been in the family since 1797. We are a small family farm that has a hidden lake and 100 year old orchard at which camping provides privacy and freedom while still being a short walk or drive to amenities. Someone will always be at the main house about 3/4 of a mile away for any of your needs. Most of the time cars or r.v.s can manage the gravel and dirt road back to the campsite, assistance or a truck will be provided if a large rain storm might occur during your stay. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails. this is basic camping area with no hookups but an electric generator is available. There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like. There are many areas to spread out individual campsites for large groups if desired. we have added a large porta potty.

2 RV sites tucked away on a paved county road 3 miles off of Route 414 in Lodi, NY. These sites are close to the NY State Wine Trail with the closest winery a 10 min drive away. Lodi Point State Park is also 5 miles away with public access to Seneca lake. Lodi Point features a boat launch, nice playgrounds and swimming areas. As we are located in beautiful Fingerlakes, you can also find many other state parks including Sampson, Watkins Glen, Hector and Taughannock, all within a short drive. Taughannock Falls is a must see with its 215 foot plunge waterfalls. Each of our RV sites has a 16ft x 45ft stone pad and full electric hook ups with a 110v 20 amp, 30 amp, and 50 amp service. A picnic table and campfire ring are on each site, but there are no water or sewage hook ups available. There is no bathroom on site, you must bring your own. Sampson State Park is the nearest dump station. If you’re Looking for a quiet spot to spend a night or two, this is place for you.

A very nice camp site (#2). This is located down a rural road that is a little rough. The area was quiet. Nathan stopped in after we got set up and talked to us about some local attractions, which, unfortunately, we were not able to visit. There definitely will be a next time. Very easy access to the site with large gravel drives and pads.

This was a great spot!! Nathan and his family were so wonderful. Google sent us to the wrong spot and Nathan was very quick to answer the phone and direct us to the campsite. A wonderful spot on a quiet road that goes right to the lake. Very level site with electric hookups, picnic table and fire pit. Pitcher pump on the property was a bonus. We had the full moon the night we were there and it was amazing. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night and we had a problem with our dogs so we didn't get to explore as much as we would have liked. We will definitely be back.

Amazing peace and serenity! Located on a lake access road with very few lake homes made for very little traffic. Far enough from city lights made for awesome star gazing. No hunting down firewood. Nathan has wood available with easy access and super fair price. Perfect location for us, as it is easy access to many wineries, and a few distilleries and craft breweries. Short drive to Walkins Glen for great scenic hiking with waterfalls in a nice town. Road bikes and enjoyed the challenging rolling hills. Peaceful with only two very large sites, both immaculately maintained, with nothing else near them. Cute little creek and a large open field behind the site. We always appreciate sites with level pads, and the pads are nice and wide for for our 35 ft 5th wheel. Always a bonus, as many private campgrounds struggle, but the electric hook up is well done and checked out perfect with my tester. We had no issues camp not having water or dump station. Coming from the North, we utilized a free station at an RV dealership nearby. Amazing spot to get away from society, yet still be able to do things life offers!

My wife and I loved the spot we ended up requesting an extra night. The area was so peaceful and the lake nearby is beautiful with an amazing sunset would definitely recommend. Will say if you’re in a 42’ 5th wheel like us it is a little tight but if you’re a seasoned driver should be no problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Little Spring Haven! Nathan’s two-site setup is nestled in a peaceful rural setting, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location on the east side of Seneca Lake is ideal for day-tripping and exploring all the sights in the Finger Lakes area. Nathan and his family are truly welcoming hosts. They took the time to explain how the old-fashioned pitcher pump works—be sure to arrive with a full fresh water tank. If you need more water during your stay, you can pump and funnel it into your tank. Firewood is also available, and we enjoyed multiple cozy evening fires. Lodi State Park is just 5 minutes away and offers water access, a boat launch, and a playground. We’ll definitely be back—this is a unique and inviting Hipcamp site - thank you, Nathan!

Perfect location too - short drive to Robert Treman and Taughannock Falls State Parks, so lots of amazing hiking trail options close by. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Definitely recommend if you want great nature access without any hassles!

We loved how quiet the road was and that we had the entire area to ourselves.! The campsite size is extremely generous and the host checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed. Surrounded by a farm we felt very safe and cozy. Completely level and well laid out gravel driveway and the electric hookup design was very nice! ( I always give points for cute design work) There is water on site from a hand pump which is super cool, it’s considered “non potable” but still a perk! And a dumpster close by. Our favorite RV stay so far! Wish we could have stayed longer! The pictures don’t do it justice!

This place is GREAT! Nathan did such a great job with the campsites, just fill your fresh tank before you get here and you’re set. The sites are beautiful in a very quiet setting less than 5 mins to the Seneca Lake front at Lodi State Park. I love Site 2 bc it has a semi-circle drive and is right in front of the old pilcher pump and spring this place is named for. Our family will definitely be back, it’s a favorite for sure!!

What a wonderful stay!.. These folks are absolutely “Salt of the Earth”😊… made sure I was situated and gave me some excellent recommendations on local hikes.. site is fantastic.. very level and nice hookups..there is a fire ring and wood as well as a place for trash close by. Peaceful and quiet …Highly recommended! I’ll be back next time through the area for sure 👍🏻
