We are a family that travels in our RV fulltime and have created this private oasis for travelers to unwind. This location is in a quiet area in the rolling hills of Morrisville. Our property is a rolling hill with views from the top and a pond and flat area at the bottom, we don't actively mow the hill and large field area, the camping area is mowed. We are 5-10 minutes from a couple of small lakes for boating and fishing and 15 minutes from larger Cazenovia lake. We are also close to Delphi falls that has hiking and a really nice waterfall to visit and walk in. There are other local parks and hiking in the area for things to do. We are only 5 minutes out of Morrisville and 15 minutes to the town of Cazenovia and Hamilton (weekend farmers markets). There are plenty of places to visit that are close including local wineries and 3 casinos within 30 minutes. My boyfriend and I loved tent camping on this land! Lisa was very try accommodating and accepted our request in short notice. Site #2 was beautiful both during the day and at night. It was well maintained and the portable bathroom was clean. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying again in the future.

Lisa was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed as far as the campsite goes. The platform was a huge plus with it being a bit rainy during our stay!! 10/10 experience!! We recommend Laughing Goat! The only downside for us was no time to really enjoy the space. We arrived at dusk and we were off by 8:00a the next morning for a special tour at Cornell Lab’s Sapsucker Woods with some expert birders. We are not experts but highly recommend a visit to Sapsucker Woods. Now back to Laughing Goat where our space was level and our little 20ft., Class B fit easily. Water, fire ring, wood and an exceptionally clean toilet provided everything we needed. The night sounds soothe the soul and waking up to munching goats was fun! Wish we’d had more time to meet the hosts and explore the farm. Thanks for clearing driving instructions also!

Great spot! We watched the full moon rise over the trees and it was amazing. The campsite had everything we needed. We had shade on the platform by about 2pm. Make sure you take the tour!!! Lisa is so lovely and we really enjoyed meeting all the animals. Oh… and very clean porta potty!

Laughing Goat Fiber Farm was incredible! My kiddo and I chose the platform site, which had shade in the afternoon and hundreds of fireflies at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful. Ithaca proper was only 8-10 minutes away and many waterfalls were even closer than that. The bathrooms were well-kept, even being serviced during our 4 night stay. It is a truly wonderful place!

Weekend Trip to "She Shed Retreat"

Camping at Julie's place was awesome. The site was perfect for our little camper but easily can accommodate larger ones. It had everything we needed and then some unexpected extras! The location was gravel and level with easy access in and out. Power and water were right there and the She Shed had the bathroom and sink plus a refrigerator fully stocked with drinks. There is also a deck with chairs out front of the shed which was great to get out of the sun. Julie and LJ (husband) were very accommodating and had great communication. They allow dogs off leash and out Boston terrier had loads of space for him to run around. There is a fire pit with wood next to it and lots of seating and a table. We wanted for nothing there. It was a great view and experience!
