Our first glamping experience was wonderful. Sally’s place was a well-equipped, spacious site in a very private, quiet & lovely wooded setting. Sally was very responsive and especially helpful in providing extra support for us to prepare for an especially chilly night during our stay! We recommend this site and appreciated the beautiful, rural VT setting to get there.

This is my second time back to Camp Moonset and I loved it again! Bill has a beautiful piece of land, summiting Mt Pelkey is always a treat- beautiful view during peak foliage all to ourselves! The camp is basic but has everything you need.

Such a treat staying at Bonnie Doon. We loved hearing the owls and coyotes at night and seeing so many frogs, newts, katydids, and deer tracks. The bed was sooo comfortable and cooking on the griddle top was such a breeze. We enjoyed our stay here!

2 nights at Secluded Glamping in the Woods

What a wonderful place! This was our first time glamping at the end of a long camping trip with our own gear. Everything was laid out so nicely and all of the electronic components were put together very thoughtfully to have a comfortable off-grid experience. The bed was so comfortable and it was awesome to lay in and listen to the hoot owls at night. Totally restful and totally what we needed!

3 nights at Scott’s Summit

Paige and I had a wonderful time at Scott’s site! The views were incredible, beautiful sunrises and sunsets were had. The site itself had a lot of great amenities and was well maintained. Scott was a phenomenal host who quickly answered any of the questions we had and gave us plenty of privacy. Plenty of great trails to hike around just a short drive away. Would highly recommend having a larger vehicle like an SUV to get to the site and navigate the terrain. I drive a Toyota rav4 and got around just fine. Would definitely recommend this site, we had a phenomenal time.

This spot was a gem! the campsite was spacious and having access to the outdoor kitchen and private hot shower was tremendous. the tent was sturdy in the rain and kept out the bugs. The hosts were very considerate and recharged our battery in the morning so we'd have running water. Thanks for everything!

4 nights at Scott’s Summit

We had a lovely stay at Scott’s tent. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the entire stay worthwhile! It was also such a perk having a flushing toilet and creek water for washing. If you’re thinking of booking Scott’s tent, a couple of things to note: Although there is a road that takes you close to the tent, you have to park in a designated parking area which requires about 200 feet of an uphill hike to get your things to the tent. The paths were a little overgrown and the road up was a little tricky. We had no issues in our Jeep Wrangler, but I probably wouldn’t want to drive the road in anything with lower clearance or a much wider body. You can hear the highway at the site, but we got used to it after the first day. There is a flushing toilet in a tent not too far from the main camp, which we loved having available! The site is also very private, which we loved! All in all, as long as you feel comfortable with the drive and hike up, this was a nice spot to spend a long weekend.

I loved the tent and the river besides it was so peaceful to sit outside with & when going to bed! The tent was very nice, decorated so cozy , & had everything you need on site! The drive to everything around was only 30min tops which was awesome and still got to go back to the peaceful woods after. Definitely going to be recommending it to friends and family!

2 nights at Camp Moonset

What a beautiful property! I had a great stay, Bill was super responsive and I had everything I needed in the cabin. It was a fun hike up to Mt Pelkey. The snow made it a true winter wonderland ❄️ The cabin was very private but close enough to the road that it wasn’t a hassle to get in and out. Great host, great property, highly recommend!
