Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina, event space, and camping area on the Adirondack shore of Lake Champlain.
Established in 2020 the Marina provides seasonal and overnight slips and moorings to boaters, fisherman, and lake-goers, three camp sites, and an on-site cafe.
Marina services are available May thru October each year, with other events and services available throughout the year.
The marina is set on 33 acres along Lake Champlain and hosts ~4150 feet of lake-frontage, it is accessible via car, boat, or via the adjacent Amtrak rail line.
Prior to becoming a marina in 1989, the property was home to a very large Iron Foundry, rail yard, and barge-loading operation known as Cedar Point. Cedar point, part of the larger Witherbee-Sherman Mining Company, operated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries smelting iron ore to be shipped throughout the world via the Lake Champlain Canal and Hudson River, and is credited with providing iron to some of America's leading projects at the time. Some remains of the sites industrious past can be observed throughout the property.
From Father's Day to Labor Day, the Marina hosts the Port Henry Waterfront Farmers' Market every Friday between 5PM and 8PM. The Market features farms, makers, artists, food trucks and Live Music every week

There is a four wheeler, dirt bike, snow machine trail right outside of our driveway which can lead you to the state trails not very far away.
The Great Sacandaga Lake is minutes away with a boat launch, beach, and bar/eatery right on the lake. Many things to do all around the lake.
We are about 1 hour from Lake George and Saratoga with horse racing and (SPAC), Saratoga Performing Arts.

Our campground is located along the BattenKill river. We are surrounded by mountains and the majority of our campsites are right along the river. The property has two waterfalls one with a cold hole for swimming or bathing. We cater to tent and RV camping. We offer tent, paddle board kayak rental rentals. We have over 36 acres of river front property. we also have train tracks that run right through the middle. The train tracks have not been operational for a long time so they are good for hiking. You can come by to enjoy camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and many more.

We had a wonderful time. The view was spectacular. The accommodation suited our needs. Having to outdoor compost potty with a scenic view was a plus for outdoors camping. We had heavy rain, but we were prepared. Mike had that wonderful pizza oven that we took full advantage of making so delicious pizza. We plan on returning to repeat our adventure.

The port-a-potty was pleasant, the sink with a hose made it easy to keep everything clean and everyone hydrated, and the fire pit and picnic table were fun additions to our afternoons and evenings. jThe spot felt special because of the river's morning fog and evening beaver. I'd recommend staying here and I'd stay here again.

This is my second time staying on James’s property at site 2 with my dog! We loved it just as much as the first time. James and Debbie are super welcoming and easy to reach if you need anything. Porta potty was exceptionally clean! There’s an outdoor shower as well which I didn’t end up using, and also a sink where you can wash your dishes, etc. Site 2 has the most direct views over the water, so that’s why it’s been our favorite. Hope to be back again next year!

My paradise valley. You have this whole valley to yourself, with a creek running through it, and a cool old stone bridge.
Amazing.
If you're at your camp, at night, across the bridge, and you see this furry thing that wants to cross the bridge. Don't freak out, it's just a beaver. If you keep still, even with a Headlamp pointed at him, he'll slowly cross the bridge. He'll keep an eye on you, and he will go his merry way. Friendly neighborhood beaver. If I didn't live so far away, I'd stay here again soon.

Absolutely beautiful site with useful amenities. Would definitely cone baxk and recommend. Only comment is that the pit toilet at West Mtn. site is visible from camp though it is a little down a path. A mild effort to put walls around it would greatly increase privacy.

This site was easy to locate. It is essentially a driveway off of the road, but it still felt pretty private. We arrived late and left early, so we only had time for a small fire and quick walk in the morning. A nice stop on our trip up North.

We were overwhelmed by the beauty and layout of Caitlin’s land and location. It was late September and we had what seemed like the entire place to ourselves. The quietness was magical. No road traffic noise just sounds of the forest and small little critters gathering up winter food supplies. If you’re not a fan of an outhouse, you’ll be surprised by the cleanliness and design of the two. Fresh water and hand soap at each house. The showers were just as nice. We definitely will return to Caitlin’s land.

Michael is a gracious host. He gave me a walking tour of the property and showed me a few suggested spots to camp.
There is a spot off the right of the back yard that overlooks a pond. That's a cool area, but it's kind of close to the house. The other two suggested sites are off the road that goes into the woods off the end of the yard.
Off this road on the right, there is a campsite with a picnic table and fire ring. This looks to be their main campsite. There is another site at the end of the road. That's where I camped.
Road noise could be heard, but it quieted down in the evening. There are neighbors close up by the road that played music off and on that could be heard from my site. It wasn't loud enough where I could tell what songs were playing. I didn't mind it.
I had messaged Michael before booking about any noise restrictions, as I wanted to bring an acoustic guitar to play. He said that was fine, and it turned out great. I played during afternoon and evening, and nobody came by to tell me to stop.
It was a nice experience. I'll be back.

The plateau is a perfect getaway spot. Quiet overlooking Lake Champlain and the sailboats moored up. The night sky was a beautiful view of the milkyway. Host is very accommodating. We will be back again.
