We are a small private horse farm just minuted outside of Saratoga Springs, NY but you'd never know you're so close to town. Feel free to explore our 100 acres of mostly wooded land either on foot or by bike or skis or snowshoes. Take a short drive into town to experience some of the best restaurants in the area or spend a day at the historic Saratoga Racecourse. After a long day doing whatever you enjoy come back to a quiet farm setting, sit by the fire, relax to the sounds of the peepers, crickets or whippoorwills. The Saratoga area has so much to offer, outdoor activities of every sort, shopping, dining, horse racing, you name it.

Graphite Hill Site 2

Car Camping Near a Beautiful Barn!

Mike's farm was a great spot for us to car-camp for the night. Mike accepted our request on short notice and was a great host and communicator - even going so far as to check in to make sure we were OK when we arrived later than expected. The property is beautiful - with an active barn housing many horses. We parked in the soil lot in front of the barn and had access to the barn's bathroom (toilet and sink with hotel/cold water) and there was the option for laundry if needed. This location is just about 20 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs, which we really enjoyed exploring - great food, drinks, and cute daytime vibe.

Great stay at Graphite Hill

Enjoyed our stay at Graphite Hill very much. The hosts, Mike and Stacy made us feel very welcome. The RV site is spacious and quiet. The grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend.

Graphite Hill Site 2

Don’t let the lack of reviews fool you: Graphite Hill is a great place to stay, and you can expect it to be even better as the hosts continue developing their sites. Case in point: we were tent camping and there was no fire pit, which we needed to be able to cook. Mike built us one right then and there, in a matter of minutes, without hesitation. That’s the kind of going-above-and-beyond that’s going to make this place a go-to destination off the beaten path in the Saratoga Springs area. Can’t recommend more highly!

Equine energy

Very cool place close to SPAC and yet feels like a million miles away. Filled with equine energy. Lots of space for tent camping. Easy in/out. Hosts are super kind!
