Brendon was such a cool host and the grounds were gorgeous! We arrived after dark but had 0 issues getting to where we needed to go, instructions were super clear and he was very much responsive and accommodating. Absolutely hoping to visit again and longer, it was a great experience.

Absolutely delightful spot. First ridge has a fire pit—a perfect, level site in a massive field with lovely views. There is another fire pit on the back ridge which we did not see until the morning for those who was something a little more secluded. Either way, a beautiful campsite and a responsive host for a great price. Perfect for breaking up a long trip from mid Atlantic to VT. Nothing but positive reviews from us.
This spot will be on our list for a revisit.

One of the most beautiful and scenic HipCamps we’ve boondocked at. We camped in the middle of a giant lawn with rolling hills and fall foliage surrounding us. Brendon was super friendly, responsive and accommodating; he allowed us to receive packages and check out late because my wife was digging a splinter out of my foot. Didn’t have to spend two hours chatting with the hosts which was nice. Kinda remote but not too far from Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls. But great value nevertheless. Highly recommend!

Michael is a gracious host. He gave me a walking tour of the property and showed me a few suggested spots to camp.
There is a spot off the right of the back yard that overlooks a pond. That's a cool area, but it's kind of close to the house. The other two suggested sites are off the road that goes into the woods off the end of the yard.
Off this road on the right, there is a campsite with a picnic table and fire ring. This looks to be their main campsite. There is another site at the end of the road. That's where I camped.
Road noise could be heard, but it quieted down in the evening. There are neighbors close up by the road that played music off and on that could be heard from my site. It wasn't loud enough where I could tell what songs were playing. I didn't mind it.
I had messaged Michael before booking about any noise restrictions, as I wanted to bring an acoustic guitar to play. He said that was fine, and it turned out great. I played during afternoon and evening, and nobody came by to tell me to stop.
It was a nice experience. I'll be back.

Jeff and Milton have a lovely property in a beautiful part of upstate NY. We chose it as it was a short distance from the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) for a show we planned to attend. We enjoyed riding bikes along the country roads and the pups had a great time playing in the lush grass. The 30 amp hookup worked perfecty and the well water was clean and clear. We also had a fun evening by the fire on our last night and highly recommend this spot for a unique private getaway in a gorgeous setting with wonderful and helpful hosts.

The campsite was awesome, private, quiet weekend was what I was looking for and I was not disappointed. The area was spacious with lots of woods to hike.

I returned because Michael was welcoming and accessible but not intrusive. I worked in Saratoga and ate at a local restaurant in Galway that was great. Then I slept soundly under the stars and woke to the birds… my alarm(hardly alarming) for work. I will return again.

We needed a spot for a one night stay and this site was perfect! Very secluded with lots of paths to explore. Communication with the host was great. The listing recommends 4WD and it did take a bit of maneouvering to get our camper van in a level spot.

This is an excellent HipCamp. Located in a beautiful setting surrounded by farmland. It is a quiet and well maintained property. The host (Jeffrey) was very responsive and even has a nice YouTube video with instructions on how to set up if for some reason he is not available. It is nice to not have any guess work or anxiety about ensuring you are honoring the host’s wishes. I highly recommend this HipCamp.

Had a great time at Brendon’s property! Wes attending a few consecutive nights of concerts at SPAC which ended up being about a half hour away. There’s no where good and quite to camp for SPAC shows so Brendon’s farm was perfect. We will definitely be back.
My only note is I picked the “Summit View” site, which based on the name I incorrectly assumed it would be at the top of a hill with a view. It’s more like at the bottom of a hill in a low lying area close to the road. Next time I’d pick one of the other two sites.

Jeff was an amazing host. We had initially booked a different Hipcamp which was very much not as described and we were panicking. Jeff accommodated us on literally less than 1 hour notice and the place was absolutely perfect. The place was clean and very well maintained. They were super friendly and answered any questions we had. The property was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely book again.
