Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina, event space, and camping area on the Adirondack shore of Lake Champlain. Established in 2020 the Marina provides seasonal and overnight slips and moorings to boaters, fisherman, and lake-goers, three camp sites, and an on-site cafe. Marina services are available May thru October each year, with other events and services available throughout the year. The marina is set on 33 acres along Lake Champlain and hosts ~4150 feet of lake-frontage, it is accessible via car, boat, or via the adjacent Amtrak rail line. Prior to becoming a marina in 1989, the property was home to a very large Iron Foundry, rail yard, and barge-loading operation known as Cedar Point. Cedar point, part of the larger Witherbee-Sherman Mining Company, operated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries smelting iron ore to be shipped throughout the world via the Lake Champlain Canal and Hudson River, and is credited with providing iron to some of America's leading projects at the time. Some remains of the sites industrious past can be observed throughout the property. From Father's Day to Labor Day, the Marina hosts the Port Henry Waterfront Farmers' Market every Friday between 5PM and 8PM. Our property dates back to the early 1800’s where it began as a family farm and was operated that way until the 1960’s when it became a tree farm. In 1986 is when it entered our family. Much of our property remains a Red Pine tree farm with modern improvements along the way. We also have luxury cabin rentals if you need comfortable lodging but want to be closer to nature than you would be in a hotel. We have seasonal RV sites available for those who like to escape for the weekend and relax or just like to be close to the action for the summer season. We have several tent sites as well as cabins and rv sites! 3 Night minimum for Holiday weekends including July 4th and Labor Day. 2 night minimum on weekends, but sometimes we can make an exception if it's short notice and there are sites available.

Lake Harris, the lake for which the campground is named after, is beautiful, and even on the warmest of summer days there is only a very minuscule crowd. Plus, the campground has most of their sites directly on the lake, so most every campsite is waterfront!

3 nights at Fall Water Farm

This little cabin was a nice retreat away from home for a few days. Having bedding provided was a nice touch and the bed is very comfortable. The parking is not far from the cabin (maybe 50-100ft) and the driveway was even plowed very shortly after a few inches of snow fell during my stay. There’s a fair amount of yard space available, great for playing in the snow this time of year, and the steam right outside the cabin door is a pretty sight and sound every time you exit. This cabin is also perfect for anyone who doesn’t like dealing with a wood stove to keep warm, instead a gas radiator controlled by a digital thermostat keeps the cabin warm exactly how you like it, a very surprising but much appreciated bonus I found out after arriving. Overall, this cabin was fantastic, warm, and cozy, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for somewhat easy cabin camping in the winter.

Lori and Ray are the BEST hosts! The site is very well maintained, clean and spacious! Their driveway is wide enough to accommodate even a large motorhome. When you get here Lori and Ray will be there to welcome you and are a wealth of information to the area and all the things to see and do. The site is set up to easily reach everything from your water, power, sewer and trash. The property is very private but yet a stone throw from town and just a 30 min drive to Lake Placid, Plattsburgh etc and some of the best apple orchards in the United States! The views are stunning and hiking trails galore. If you come here expect to see lots of wildlife grazing nearby and the night sky is amazing. We spent a month here and we can’t wait to come back, Ray and Lori were the perfect hosts, friendly, accommodating, and just the nicest people ever. Every year this will be our “go to place” and our hidden gem to escape every day life. We can’t recommend enough! They get five star rating from us!

A great, convenient, and thoughtfully laid out site. I stayed two nights while exploring the trails and really enjoyed the view over the field with their horses during the day and the stars at night were amazing. The outhouse was convenient and clean as well. I definitely plan on returning someday soon!

Lori and Roy were fantastic hosts at Adirondack Magic. Upon arrival, they were very welcoming, and walked me through all the steps to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. They also provided me with information on what events were going on in the surrounding area which made me feel very connected to the surrounding community. After introductions, they were very respectful of privacy, and only reached out if there were important updates to be shared. They're proximity to the main hiking areas is so ideal, and its such a short drive into town to stock up on supplies if need be (hardware store, groceries, gas ect.). Lori and Roy even arranged an outing with myself and fellow campers, and drove us to a local brewery to enjoy some local beer, pizza and live music. such a fun experience! hope to be back soon!

The open secluded space provided was amazing and having firewood on site was top notch. Very beautiful view to wake up too and the trails were great and the trees was so beautiful. Would definitely come back again!! The host was great and showed us where our campsite was when we got there late, 😅 she was nice to wait up. They have hot showers which was great and a cute little farmers market where she had the veggies and eggs there to purchase. Plus there were cows there to see, so cute! Thanks again and would definitely come back again!!

My family (7 year old daughter, husband and dog) had the most wonderful time tent camping at the Hops site on Heather and Paul's beautiful farm. It's such a special, expansive place with so many cool spots to hike to within the farm that we didn't feel like we needed to leave the property. We loved the peace and privacy of the Hops site but next time we'd like to try to Oak tree site which has stunning views. My daughter loved drinking directly from the spring behind Heather's house, and visiting the pergola near dusk. The highland cows against the backdrop of rolling hills and the beautiful slate structures look like paintings. I'd definitely recommend taking the tour of the property to orient yourself. Heather is a lovely person and a knowledgeable and engaging host.

Weekend Trip to Mt Baker Tiny Cabin

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sara & Matt’s cabin! It’s tucked away in the woods and feels private, but it’s still close to downtown Saranac Lake (4 min drive). Make sure you follow the directions provided, Google Maps wanted to bring us the wrong way (do not turn left down Ledge Lane). There are little HipCamp logo signs that help guide the way at the end of the Saranac Lane when it turns to dirt. The cabin was very clean and inviting. It was cold the first night as the cabin is not insulted or have heat, but between the blankets they provide and the blankets we brought we were comfy. Really appreciated having drinking water provided! We will definitely be booking a return trip to this cabin in the future!

Lots of privacy despite being less than 5 minutes from down town Saranac Lake! The cabin is a great middle ground camping experience- no plumbing or electric but you still get the creature comforts of a bed. The blankets provided kept us warm despite low temps in the 40s. Only downside is the solar shower does not heat up when there’s no sun, but we made it work.

Stayed at the Oak Tree Site on Heather’s land and I can’t recommend it enough! The site the peaceful, secluded, and on the opposite side of the road and up the hill away from the main farmhouse and other sites. The site had a picnic table, fire pit, a grate to cook over the fire, a charcoal grill, and an outhouse. The site is an open area with a beautiful view of the Milky Way on a clear night. Make sure you’re driving a 4x4 vehicle up to the site - bit of a climb. Heather is a lovely host and is available for any questions or recommendations - lovely hiking trails onsite (go sit at the quarry!)

My husband and I stayed in Sara and Matt's tiny house the night after our wedding for some relaxation in the woods. It was truly an amazing place to stay that was beautifully crafted and VERY comfortable. The house is minutes from town where we had amazing meals at Blue Moon Cafe and Campfire and did some fabulous shopping. We enjoyed coffee on their porch and while we didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, it is very quaint and picturesque. Their outhouse is also very well crafted and thoughtfully stocked. Thank you for the wonderful stay to start our married life! We can't wait to visit again!
