I'm sorry no tents at this time.no car camping...campers and rvs only..No frills just a beautiful place to stay and rest. We have walking trails, biking trails too.. You can actually see a rocket launch from our property! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Back to nature, a great place to take a breath!

So we are located 6 mi north of Folkston..Not far from the Okefenokee national refuge, and the Okefenokee swamp park, and the Folkston train funnel. 35+ miles to the east coast. Lots to see and do here. St. Mary's, GA is directly east. for shopping and downtown waterfront that we love! Fernandina bch/Amelia Isl Beaches, FL and Jekyll island/St. Simons, GA..

Our campground was founded in 1980 on a family owned estate established in the mid 1800. We are just a short drive off of I-95 in Coastal Ga, near Brunswick,Ga; only minutes from the beaches of the Golden Isles of Ga, Okefenokee Swamp Park and Northeast Fl. Our large campsites will never leave you with concerns about invading the space neighboring campers. Many of our guest are content with watching the river roll by without hearing the noise of automobiles or emergency vehicles. There was a lot of room and privacy for each site. We walked around and to see the river. I noticed one campground with canoes, so some must be enjoying the river.
Internet connection is sketchy, but we were able to stream using my phone as a hotspot.
The host was friendly and helpful.

Ann-Marie and Mark were so kind and welcoming. Their property is close to town and in a great location, but also so quiet you don't hear the busy road traffic. The animals were terrific and we loved having the opportunity to enjoy their little farm.

Nice location on the St. Marys river. If you are tent camping, it's probably wise to check if the nearby mudbog pit (Soggy Bottom) is planning an event, otherwise noise could be an issue. Also, the gravel drive is pretty steep. Be careful to get a rolling start when exiting the gate

Peggy is a great host. The location was very convenient and easy to find, yet quiet, shady and very relaxing. The blooming Azaleas and resident Gopher tortoises were a wonderful bonus. It's a great place for dogs to get a break from campground restri lions and be welcomed by Sophie , the host pup.
