my husband and I acquired the property. We initially were going to be snowbirds and make this our winter
vacation home. After much thought and many winters in PA, we decided to sell our home in PA and make the move south. It was a difficult decision to leave our family,

Our property is located in Morriston, just off 41 in a quiet residential neighborhood with wide, well paved and maintained roads. Acreage is not fully fenced so drive up into the yard as you see fit while respecting these priceless old oaks. At this time we have potable water via a well system on site at 3 locations throughout the property but no electric or sewer is available yet. If you are planning to run a generator it must be turned off during quiet hours (11pm-7am) unless it is quiet enough not to disturb the neighbors. Dump stations can be found at the multiple truck stops off i75.

Weekend Trip to Happy Campers Rescue Ranch
We had such a great stay! Me and my husband had a lot of fun. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable and safe the entire time. Everything was clean and well taken care of. They also gave us great recommendations for fishing and nearby springs, which we really appreciated.
We would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again!

The turn off the main road can be a little hard to find but I promise it does exist lol. We had a blast with our 2 dogs! The sink is beautiful and so cool! We left the dogs in the tent to explore? It’s a bit too treacherous for them. A lot of ants around the property but you’re outside so it’s to be expected. Unfortunately there was a fire ban in place so we couldn’t have campfires but that was a city ordinance and not a decision of the host. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my weekend stay in the sculpture garden with their newly built screened in gazebo. Complete with lights and a ceiling fan. As well as an outlet to charge my devices. The picnic table and accompanying light for after dark was a plus. Unfortunately we were under a burn ban at the time and I couldn’t enjoy a campfire in the cozy fire pit area. The lush carpet of grass was a nice touch and felt wonderful on my bare feet. Lynn and David were wonderful - helping me park and get level. They even provided the scraps of wood to achieve levelness. Located right next to the chicken enclosure was great. The rooster didn’t bother me a bit as I’m a sound sleeper but something to make note of if that bothers you. Overall my trip was wonderful and I can’t wait to come back for a longer visit. Their dog Winnie was sweet too.

Great great host very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay there. He and his family made me feel like part of their family and their property. Anytime I needed anything. He was always there to help out and make helpful suggestions. We really enjoyed feeding his animals and thanked him for saving them. He runs a rescue for animals that are unwanted. He allowed us to feed his animals.
I’d also like to mention his wife Carla, who is also awesome and if you or your significant other is in need of a great manicure or pedicure, she was able to do that for us during our stay we thoroughly enjoyed that part of our stay. Getting your feet pampered is always a bonus during camping.
Thank you again Arcadio and Carla for your friendship and allowing us to stay on your property with our RV, we had a great time and we will definitely come back

My husband and I being beginner campers had a fantastic time camping at happy campers rescue ranch! It was a very well maintained camp ground that was super laid back and allowed for us to really make the camp site our own for the night. I highly recommend the forest nook site for a more private woodland camping experience!

Super easy booking. Flawless check-in. The site and RV were as described. Everything needed was included. Everything was labeled which was helpful. Joshua was quick to respond to any questions I had. RV was clean. Bed is definitely firm, but I prefer that. Basics like body wash/shampoo were included. Stores are close by if you forget anything. Campfire was wonderful. Right down the road from Rainbow Springs. We had beautiful weather and this RV and campsite was a 10/10 getaway that we needed.

Loved how easy it was to get from the Tampa Bay metro area.
The grounds were fun, well maintained and whimsical. Yvette is sweet and is there for you for anything that you might need but gives you the space to relax and be.
If you are a light sleeper I recommend you bring ear plugs as the birds start early and are very vocal. You also may want them to block off the occasional dog barking in the distance.

We had such an amazing stay at Michael’s place; truly one of those hidden gem spots in Florida. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and felt like our own private escape in nature.
The spring was absolutely stunning; super clear, refreshing, and such a unique experience. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space.
