We have been campers for 10 years and know how hard it can be to find a site nowadays. That is why we decided to share our slice of paradise with you. We hope that you too can enjoy the peaceful serenity we find when we come to this enchanted oak paradise. Learn more about this land: Spend a night, the weekend, or stay even longer under our spectacular centuries old live oak canopy in a quiet countryside neighborhood. The weatherman might say it’s 95° out but under these trees you’d never know. 3 acres of cleared flat live oak forest will invite you to kick back, relax, and let your cares drift away. Plenty of room to drive in, around, then pick your favorite vantage point. Florida has so much to offer so why not camp where your “what to do” options are endless. Our property is located in Morriston, just off 41 in a quiet residential neighborhood with wide, well paved and maintained roads. Acreage is not fully fenced so drive up into the yard as you see fit while respecting these priceless old oaks. At this time we have potable water via a well system on site at 3 locations throughout the property but no electric or sewer is available yet. If you are planning to run a generator it must be turned off during quiet hours (11pm-7am) unless it is quiet enough not to disturb the neighbors. Pets that are noisy, vicious, dangerous, disturbing or intimidating to other persons or pets, or which damage resources, are considered to be nuisances and will not be permitted to remain on premises. Dogs, cats and other pets must be vaccinated as per Chapter 828, F.S. Florida Law.

Enchanted Oak Paradise
It’s a nice little site, I’ll probably stay again. I was a bit surprised at how close it was to some other homes. Also I recommend arriving during the day if possible. With all the trees and saplings I got pretty nervous that I’d hit something.

If you’re looking for an easily accessible Hipcamp to park your RV or camper van, and appreciate majestic live oaks, Enchanted Oak Paradise is an excellent choice. This Hipcamp boasts a relaxed atmosphere in a clean, neighborhood environment. My husband and I enjoyed the peaceful simplicity of this property. We lodged in our car camping set-up under a sprawling canopy of glorious oaks. The property was quiet and came with some welcomed additions such as a full-sized picnic table and water connection access. In the morning we found that citrus trees had dropped a healthy breakfast for us to enjoy. My husband and I enjoyed our evening spent at Enchanted Oak Paradise. Thanks to our host, Valerie, for her hospitality and great communication! We appreciate it!

The lot is huge and the oak trees are big and beautiful. We enjoyed the shade and quiet nights. The empty lot was a bit sandy for my heavy class b van but we parked towards the front and were fine.

Enchanted Oak Paradise
We had a lovely stay at Enchanted Oak Paradise. It was a great location for day trip. We got to visit Jenny spring and do tubing. We went to Rainbow spring/ k p hole and did some kayaking and fishing. Valerie is a super-host. I also got a dozen farm fresh eggs delivered the day of our arrival. They were yummy. This was our first time hip camping and would recommend it.

We needed a last minute place to stay with a late after dark (almost 8 pm) arrival. Valerie responded immediately to our request and told us everything we needed to know to get settled in for the night. We were very appreciative.

Enchanted Oak Paradise
We truly enjoyed our stay! There is lots of wonderful shade. The well water is very high quality for drinking. The hosts were so gracious and even gave us a bag of citrus from their trees....yum. The hot showers are amazing. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you Val and Carlos.

Enchanted Oak was the perfect overnight for us. It was easy to get to and Valerie’s directions were right on the money. The camp site was very easy to get into and out of and setup was easy for our overnight. The site was flat, isolated, and quite.

Enchanted Oak Paradise
Enchanted Oaks Paradise is beautiful and ever so peaceful. The property is lovely and our host Valerie is sweet and very helpful. Her property is located near several state parks and quite helpful to have as a plan for a restful nights sleep after heading home from Orlando. We truly enjoyed marveling at her large oak trees. Our 37 ft. Motor home and towed jeep cruised right into place without hassle. We appreciate Valerie opening her property as a hip camp and we'll definitely plan on staying at Enchanting Oaks in our future. Thanks for offering this service Hip camp!

RV camping under the oaks
Enchanted Oak Paradise
An exceptional place to retreat. Any size RV will fit perfectly under the spectacular oaks. It is very private and spacious, kids and/or animals have tons of room to run and play. Did i mention the spectacular oaks... literally mesmerizing. If i could suggest anything, it would be to offer a movable fire pit to accommodate any parking spot and keep fire off the ground. But that took nothing away from our experience here. The location is beautiful and Valerie was the perfect host. We definitely hope to come back sometime.

Valerie was so fine! And her place is worth 5 stars! It s very beautiful You are under the giant trees .. It s countryside. So quiet! There is a big picnic table and a very good hot shower. You are like at home! We will be.back if we can :) Thks Valerie.

Get rustic get away from the chaos

Enchanted Oak Paradise
The lot was beautiful, open with big mature trees. You could park where you chose on the acres, water was available you can fill your tank and park were you please or bring enough hose. Quiet, and dark enough to see stars. There are 2 cold showers and large enough like 4x8 foot each. No electric so we used a inverter generator. But if you have 12v that’s good enough you need your own toilet in your rv or a port a potty. Great roughing it spot. Don’t come and complain it is not the Hilton just leave it for us in that case. Valerie and her husband are so accommodating.

Nice place! The oak trees are magical, its a pretty big area too. The hosts werent on site but she gave me a bunch of recommendationa for springs to visit in the area, was super helpful!

We had a very nice stay under beautiful Live Oak trees.Lots of room and quiet.Location was perfect with charming communities nearly as well as all shopping needs.We enjoyed our time very much .

This space was sweet and safe. Valarie was attentive and i felt like i knew exactly what to expect, which is a real blessing when you're travelling. This was a great home base from which to go.and explore!

Nice canopy
Enchanted Oak Paradise
It was a pleasant, tree covered patch of land. Directions were easy and you could work your way to the back of the area and enjoy the canopy above.

Nice and relaxing.
Enchanted Oak Paradise
New camper here. Valerie was very helpful and responsive to all my questions, even giving me great tips about local spots and how best to access Rainbow River for the day. The campsite is basic but nice and quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and relaxed with the county farmland vibe but is close enough to so many springs. They only have water hookup right now but that’s all I needed for a single night. The showers were a great unexpected treat! I will be back.
