We do not have WiFi, but we do have 5g service throughout the 11 acre property. Our camping sites DO NOT have electricity These are hike-in only campsites ☺️ Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water). We have two primitive campsites these campsites are first come first serve, they are not assigned when booking. Plesea see pictures. Our Glamper tent is a 10x12 canvas furnished full size bed with bedding, pillows and enough floor space for two sleeping bags. The tens are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent. Closed toed shoes are highly suggested as well as plenty of lighting with batteries or solar charging capability. This is a rugged, fun and serene camping experience. A comfy twin mattress bed can also be provided. Enjoy relaxing and watch the river flow by from the swivel rocker recliner. Climate controlled AC/Heating unit. Wall mounted swivel TV for easy viewing 200 channel Dish TV. Wi-fi available The cottage has a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and dishware. BBQ grille located on outside deck and propane is provided. There is a gas fire pit on the north river deck and a wood burning fire pit along the riverbank, wood provided. The space River Rise Cottage is set up to offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience to make lasting memories. The cottage has large windows with outstanding river views and a walk around deck that you can fish from. Should it rain, you can enjoy the sound of the rain on the metal roof. Several feet from the cottage is a screened porch overlooking the scenic river, with plenty of comfortable seating and a daybed... should you want to nap. From this location It's not uncommon to see wildlife. A wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening bug free. Take a swing on the open porch, sit riverside at either our propane fire pit or have a campfire (firewood provided) which is also along the river nestled in the woods. We encourage guests to use the outdoor seating areas for the ultimate relaxation experience and to find your favorite spot! Bar-B-Q with our easy-to-use propane grill (utensils and grill pans provided). Our fish station makes cleaning your catch a breeze! Also available a full-size fridge located on the screened porch in addition to the mini fridge in the cottage. Guest access Large open deck with ladder access to the floating dock which is perfect for mooring your boat or launching kayaks. Kayaks are available for guest use. Provided are (2) single person (1) fishing single person and (1) two-person tandem kayaks with life vest. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for the 5-mile downstream Aucilla River to the Gulf of Mexico trip. This can be scheduled after your check-in. Use of the kayaks are at your "own risk" with no host liability. We encourage guest to enjoy the common areas porches at back of main house. Camp chairs are provided and can be used at the fire pit and along the riverbank. A public boat ramp is located within 300 yards north of the property and we have ample storage for you boat trailer during your stay. Other things to note: House rules for children staying at the cottage. We gladly accept children with the understanding that all children thirteen and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times outside the cottage due to its proximity over the river and being in a very natural wildlife environment. This is a strict requirement that will be compulsory. This is for the safety of your children while staying at the River Rise Cottage. We are pet friendly but do require that your pets are not left alone in the cottage. We have different size crates available, and these are provided at no extra charge in the event that you should leave the cottage and choose not to take your fur baby with you. There is a $50 non-refundable pet deposit fee for 1 -2 pets. A guest’s animal must not be: Out of control Unhouse broken. Left alone at the listing without prior approval. We offer kayaks and life jackets that can used at your risk. Scheduling is required . We have 3 singles, one being a fishing and one two persons. Furnished cottage with large river view windows and a walk around deck. The cottage is an open floor plan with king size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. A comfy twin mattress bed can also be provided. Enjoy relaxing and watch the river flow by from the swivel rocker recliner. Climate controlled AC/Heating unit. Wall mounted swivel TV for easy viewing 200 channel Dish TV. Wi-fi available The cottage has a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and dishware. BBQ grille located on outside deck and propane is provided. There is a gas fire pit on the north river deck and a wood burning fire pit along the riverbank, wood provided. The space River Rise Cottage is set up to offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience to make lasting memories. The cottage has large windows with outstanding river views and a walk around deck that you can fish from. Should it rain, you can enjoy the sound of the rain on the metal roof. Several feet from the cottage is a screened porch overlooking the scenic river, with plenty of comfortable seating and a daybed... should you want to nap. From this location It's not uncommon to see wildlife. A wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening bug free. Take a swing on the open porch, sit riverside at either our propane fire pit or have a campfire (firewood provided) which is also along the river nestled in the woods. We encourage guests to use the outdoor seating areas for the ultimate relaxation experience and to find your favorite spot! Bar-B-Q with our easy-to-use propane grill (utensils and grill pans provided). Our fish station makes cleaning your catch a breeze! Also available a full-size fridge located on the screened porch in addition to the mini fridge in the cottage. Guest access Large open deck with ladder access to the floating dock which is perfect for mooring your boat or launching kayaks. Kayaks are available for guest use. Provided are (2) single person (1) fishing single person and (1) two-person tandem kayaks with life vest. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for the 5-mile downstream Aucilla River to the Gulf of Mexico trip. This can be scheduled after your check-in. Use of the kayaks are at your "own risk" with no host liability. We encourage guest to enjoy the common areas porches at back of main house. Camp chairs are provided and can be used at the fire pit and along the riverbank. A public boat ramp is located within 300 yards north of the property and we have ample storage for you boat trailer during your stay. Other things to note: House rules for children staying at the cottage. We gladly accept children with the understanding that all children thirteen and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times outside the cottage due to its proximity over the river and being in a very natural wildlife environment. This is a strict requirement that will be compulsory. This is for the safety of your children while staying at the River Rise Cottage. We are pet friendly but do require that your pets are not left alone in the cottage. We have different size crates available, and these are provided at no extra charge in the event that you should leave the cottage and choose not to take your fur baby with you. There is a $50 non-refundable pet deposit fee for 1 -2 pets. A guest’s animal must not be: Out of control Unhouse broken. Left alone at the listing without prior approval. Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest. Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control. Please clean up after your pet My wife and I live full time in the main house; however, we respect our guest’s privacy and our interaction is catered to each guests preference. This was an amazing little gem! The owners were amazing! They greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us around the property! They checked in on us throughout our stay and provided some extra firewood as we needed it! There were chickens running around and we were able to have fresh eggs in the mornings! We were able to set up a tent to accommodate some extra guests and we brought our pup who loved the property! We made some incredible meals and the camper has all the cookware, dinnerware, and seasonings you need! They also left us stuff to make s’mores! We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the bathroom was surprisingly clean! We will definitely be back and we would definitely recommend!

Absolutely incredible stay! The Treehouse Cabin Retreat exceeded every expectation the perfect mix of comfort and nature. The property is peaceful, surrounded by towering trees and the soothing sounds of nature. We loved the outdoor shower under the stars, the firepit for s’mores, and the hammocks for lazy afternoons. What a wonderful place tucked away next to the bay. Our host was very helpful and nice. 2 Adults and 3 kids stayed in both of the glamping tents. The camping experience by far was even more pleasant than we had imagined. Navarre beach and a several night at here will be something we do again. Bring your kayaks and explore the East Bay river. We had such a great stay in this camper! Everything was thoughtfully prepared and made the experience really special. The host had it well-stocked with everything we needed, plus some extra touches like firewood and s’mores supplies that made evenings by the fire perfect. One of the highlights was the chicken coop on site — we loved being able to collect fresh eggs in the morning. The camper itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with all the essentials ready to go. The setting was peaceful and quiet, and at night the stars were absolutely incredible. It felt like the perfect balance of comfort and connection to nature. We’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

What a beautiful place to relax and let the noise of the world fade away. The property is spacious, with plenty of shade and room to run and play, plus a lovely walking trail that leads down to the creek. Though the creek is narrow, it was perfect for walking the full creek bed with our dog as he learns the river. Along the way, we found several swimming holes that were just deep enough to cool off, but never too deep to be safe. The fire pit is beautifully laid out and makes the perfect spot for morning coffee in the shade. The house itself is neat, clean, and tidy, with everything thoughtfully put together — it truly feels like a cozy cabin in the woods. We especially appreciated how private and dog-friendly the property is. Our pittie boy had the best time exploring, swimming, and enjoying the simple pleasures of the private beach and creek walks. It’s exactly the kind of secluded getaway we’re always searching for, and we’ve already added it to our trip planner for future visits. Mary was so very pleasant, patient and accommodating. The place used to be a campground and also on the property is a restaurant. The place was very popular, but unfortunately somehow it got closed. Now we brought it back to life and we are ready to welcome everyone to come and enjoy this beautiful peace of property on the Suwannee.
