Our property is 15 minutes South, from I75, 10 minutes from any restaurant or publix. We are a 2 mile drive down a dirt road, through the state forest. We offer 2-3 acres of a choose your own spot camping area. Located within the Picayune Strand State Forest, full of peace and quiet, and plenty of birds. We have a facility building that runs off a generator for running water. With that, we have a washroom, that consists of a large shower, and 2 bathroom stalls. we have then propane heated hot water for a nice hot shower. The sites are very " free range". Nothing that is too designated, so you have a free choice of where to pitch your tent, or park your camper van, or your RV. Come and stay within the Evergaldes in Naples, of SWFL. A special private place like no other. You may have the place all to yourself, or share with others. It is not populated like other campgrounds. Weekend Trip to Magical Pond On Flitterbug Farm

A beautiful wide-open glade with a serene pond nearby made this spot absolutely perfect. We enjoyed a small fire right by our tent and camped beneath gorgeous trees that offered welcome shade as the day warmed up. The outdoor kitchen was great for cooking, and the firepit added to the classic camping experience. With virtually no light pollution, the night sky was incredible, stars everywhere. Trina, the host, couldn't have been kinder and even shared some fascinating history about the land. It's and ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in nature while still being conveniently close to groceries and other essentials. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be returning.

I really enjoyed Trina's place; I loved that she let my dog Bandit, play ball off leash. I think Bandit liked her too because he was right behind her "he normally doesn't leave my site" anyway you are provided with the necessities, a 2-burner propane stove, sink where you wash your dishes, she even filters the drinking water and puts it in a glass jug." how sweet is that" there is an out-house, oh and if you want to soak under the stars, there is an old cast-iron tub, you get to experience the way they did it back in the old days, by building a fire under the tub.! " hot tub "and a fire pit where you can hang out and meet new friends. let's not forget the shower also under the stars. " don't worry you have some privacy there" anyway it was my first hipcamp, Bandit and I had fun. stop by the Flitterbug Farm and tell Trina Norma says hi.

Super cute homestead with good vibes all around. A communal setting with a compost toilet, a shower, water, kitchen, etc. We camped with our 2 dogs and parked right by our site which was nice. Lots of roosters and dogs in the surrounding areas, but the site was pretty peaceful with a nice big tree to pitch our tent under!

Loved camping here ! Trina was a great host. We arrived late. She made sure to show us around even though it was late. The coolest part was seeing all the chameleon's. We will stay again!

Super cute little vintage camper! Their assortment of trees are beautiful and you MUST get a bottle of the cherry juice that they offer! Definitely bring some gallons of water because the well water smells like eggs. The pool is refreshing and the quietness is super pleasant 🌴 🧘🏼‍♀️

The property was nice and peaceful, many trees, we seen a baby gator. The camper was nice, dont let the outside fool you. It’s an older style camper. Many people on here complaining about bugs and how the property looked, but keep in mind you are camping at someone’s house and they have children. We are in southwest Florida so bugs and fire ants are expected. George was very responsive with questions. Thanks for allowing us to share your property for a night away

Camping went smoothly. I really enjoyed seeing the plant nursery at this site, and connecting a bit with folks who used to work at Echo, just before taking a Global Village tour of the Echo gardens. If I'd had a little more time on my hands, and planned further in advance, I think I would have also really enjoyed helping out a bit at Healing Tree Homestead.

4 nights at Magical Pond On Flitterbug Farm

Trina was a lovely host. The area around the pond is very Beautiful. I really enjoyed the beautiful trees and their hanging moss. The most the trees were like old souls on that property.! The host was so welcoming. I felt immediately safe and at home. The only difficulty I experienced was there does happen to be a rooster farm next-door and I am sensitive to the sounds of birds and captivity. Outside of that everything was lovely and did a great price. The host was so kind and gave me some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens when I left. I felt very safe being a solo female 🏕️camper on this property and would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful two days camping. Our 4yr old loved the Zipline and farm animals. If you have an interest in foraging, homesteading, food forests etc this place is absolutely for you. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable while still being respectful of your space. We look forward to visiting again.

1 night at Orange River Getaway

We reserved the drive in movie spot but did not watch any movies. Good site, level and dry next to the river. Kyle was nice guy and good host, his partner, Dee, was lovely. Plenty of kayaks (tandem) and paddle boards for guests. The river is very nice, mellow and slow moving. Overall a great site.

1 night at SWFL Everglades Camping

My wife and I were there for a few hours, unfortunately there was a brush fire that was a bit too close for comfort (wife is from Fire country out west). Amanda was very helpful getting info about the fire. Richard is onsite and is a hell of a nice guy, gave us some fruit and fishing advice about the pond on site. It’s remote and very quiet with some good fishing. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Healing Tree very much!!! Ashley was a great host. And what a wonderful family working hard on their homestead. Sheep, ducks, chickens, and of course “Sky” the protector of the flock….. such a nice dog. This was perfectly located in SW Florida and provided everything we needed. Thanks Ashley!!!! SnJ.
