A RV resort that is located on the NW side of Steinhatchee on the Beach Road. Approximately 1.5 miles NW from Roy's Restaurant Food Truck. There are unbelievable sunsets, restaurants, marinas, public boat ramp, and Management Areas for hunting all within a short distance. This is a golf cart community that you can bring your own golf cart or rent a golf cart in town. Steinhatchee is known for the Fiddler Crab Festival each February on President's Day weekend. It is also known for scalloping from 6/15 - Labor Day. Fishing is always good inshore and offshore. There are guides that you can hire to guide you, rent a boat, or bring your own boat to catch your fish or scallop. Frank Page purchased the Suwannee River Rendezvous Resort & Campground in 2008 which included the original seven acres of the lower portion of the Rendezvous. At that time there were only a few buildings and the primitive campground area. Frank started cleaning the area and stabilizing all the buildings. In 2009 another 20 acres was purchased, which is now considered the upper area of the Rendezvous. In 2010, another seven acres were added to the property. Frank planned and constructed the Upper Rendezvous area which was completed in 2012 and added 136 RV sites as well as the dog park, barn and pigeon coop. The dog park has five sections, for both small and large dogs, with ample room to run.

Frank began raising pigeons in 2012. The first pigeons purchased were homing pigeons, which started the Pigeon Races that are still a fun, family favorite event on Saturday afternoons. Frank also bought and started raising other pigeons, the Birmingham Roller. Birmingham Rollers are a very popular breed of domesticated pigeons that originated in Birmingham, England, where they were developed via selective breeding for their ability to do rapid backward somersaults while flying. You can often see them flying around the Upper Rendezvous in the mornings and afternoons. These pigeons are used for our weekly Pigeon Races.

Boaters – Private boat ramp is 200 yards up the road on the Santa Fe, public boat ramps within 10 miles on the Santa Fe and Suwannee rivers.
Tubers – Tube the private section of the crystal-clear Ichetucknee river accessible only by the homeowners via our 3 waterfront parks. Both get-out parks are within walking distance to the campsite for your convenience.
Paddlers – Paddle the Santa Fe or Ichetucknee rivers from within the neighborhood, or if the time of year is right, venture up to the Ichetucknee State Park to paddle the head waters and north entrance. This is limited in season and numbers to keep the impact on the river to a minimum.
Swimmers – Swim the Santa Fe or Ichetucknee rivers from within the neighborhood via our 9 waterfront parks (6 Santa Fe, 3 Ichetucknee) or venture to either entrance of the Ichetucknee River State Park just a few miles away.
Nature lovers – Explore the unspoiled conservation areas within the neighborhood that can be hiked and explored. Setup a hammock and sit by the river and watch all your worries wash away, you may get to see the occasional manatee.
Whatever your passion, this campsite accommodates it with electric (50/30/15), water, picnic table, concrete firepit, clothesline and plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood is golf-cart and UTV friendly and has lots of dirt roads to explore. The deer can be found quite easily every morning and evening while riding around and rarely run away from the vehicles.

This is a golf cart community that you can bring your own golf cart or rent a golf cart in town. Steinhatchee is known for the Fiddler Crab Festival each February on President's Day weekend. Frank Page purchased the Suwannee River Rendezvous Resort & Campground in 2008 which included the original seven acres of the lower portion of the Rendezvous. At that time there were only a few buildings and the primitive campground area. Frank started cleaning the area and stabilizing all the buildings. In 2009 another 20 acres was purchased, which is now considered the upper area of the Rendezvous. In 2010, another seven acres were added to the property. Frank planned and constructed the Upper Rendezvous area which was completed in 2012 and added 136 RV sites as well as the dog park, barn and pigeon coop. The dog park has five sections, for both small and large dogs, with ample room to run.

Frank began raising pigeons in 2012. The first pigeons purchased were homing pigeons, which started the Pigeon Races that are still a fun, family favorite event on Saturday afternoons. Frank also bought and started raising other pigeons, the Birmingham Roller. Birmingham Rollers are a very popular breed of domesticated pigeons that originated in Birmingham, England, where they were developed via selective breeding for their ability to do rapid backward somersaults while flying. You can often see them flying around the Upper Rendezvous in the mornings and afternoons. These pigeons are used for our weekly Pigeon Races.

Boaters – Private boat ramp is 200 yards up the road on the Santa Fe, public boat ramps within 10 miles on the Santa Fe and Suwannee rivers.
Tubers – Tube the private section of the crystal-clear Ichetucknee river accessible only by the homeowners via our 3 waterfront parks. Both get-out parks are within walking distance to the campsite for your convenience.
Paddlers – Paddle the Santa Fe or Ichetucknee rivers from within the neighborhood, or if the time of year is right, venture up to the Ichetucknee State Park to paddle the head waters and north entrance. This is limited in season and numbers to keep the impact on the river to a minimum.
Swimmers – Swim the Santa Fe or Ichetucknee rivers from within the neighborhood via our 9 waterfront parks (6 Santa Fe, 3 Ichetucknee) or venture to either entrance of the Ichetucknee River State Park just a few miles away.
Nature lovers – Explore the unspoiled conservation areas within the neighborhood that can be hiked and explored. Setup a hammock and sit by the river and watch all your worries wash away, you may get to see the occasional manatee.
Whatever your passion, this campsite accommodates it with electric (50/30/15), water, picnic table, concrete firepit, clothesline and plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood is golf-cart and UTV friendly and has lots of dirt roads to explore. The deer can be found quite easily every morning and evening while riding around and rarely run away from the vehicles.

Allie and her family are absolutely wonderful. They were considerate and respectful of our space. They were kind and accommodating. They have a beautiful space that is cute and homey, enough trees for privacy on various sites, but still easy to find and simple enough to maneuver.

Group trip
Just returned from tent camping along the Sante Fe River in December. It was yet another absolutely wonderful experience. The crisp winter air, combined with water made for a peaceful and refreshing getaway. You've just gotta see the morning fog over the river. I went with a small group of friends and brought along our dog, who had the time of her life exploring the yard, playing fetch, and basking in the sun.
The Hipcamp location itself is well-maintained with tons of space, and a beautiful view on the water. Even though it was December, we stayed warm with a campfire, hot drinks, and plenty of layers. Great nighttime stargazing, too.
What really stood out, though, was our host. Michael is incredibly friendly and helpful. His hospitality truly enhanced the experience and made us feel welcomed and cared for.
I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a winter tent camping spot by the river.

This site is absolutely beautiful! Quiet, peaceful, and the locals are welcoming. The site is level and well kept. We mostly had the entire area to ourselves the whole week. We will undoubtedly be back! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!

We loved camping on this property for New Years Eve! There were so many trails to explore, the river was beautiful, the luxury shower and toilet were clean and the hosts were friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this HipCamp!

2 nights at Wildflower Pond and Woodlands
Firstly NESTLE sucks and is ruining local agriculture and access to water. That being said the family was wonderful, we had a very kind note and some great tea left by Allie and had the pleasure of meeting her father who was just a ray of sunshine. The campsite is def more of a summer camp but it was BEAUTIFUL every second! Thanks again yall!!

Sharon was so accommodating and her campsite had the perfect amount of amenities to unplug. We loved the outdoor bathhouse (water always at 72 degrees, even in freezing conditions!!) and laying under the stars. Wonderful campsite!

We loved our camping experience! It was quiet, peaceful, and the view was spectacular. Having the use of Kayak’s was an added bonus. Our Mikcy (dog) loved hanging out in the deck with us. just a couple I'd things Id like to point out. Bring food and beverage. Restaurants and groceries are limited and about a half hour away. As others also mentioned an extended sewer hose would come in handy based upon the hookup location. But overall, we really enjoyed and plan to return!

This place is so cool! We rented the RV spot 9 and really enjoyed the vibe out there. The property is beautiful and peaceful, plus very close to springs. Loved relaxing down by the river with our friends that also joined. Will be back for sure sometime. Thanks!
