Great spot for camping in the primitive sites around two ponds, or anywhere around the property. There was a cabin with hot water, shower, flush toilet, and electricity which was nice when needed, otherwise we stuck to our little spot most of the time. My AWD vehicle was fine for cruising around the property as long as the soft spots were avoided, although we could have brought a side by side/4-wheeler/utv, etc which would have been fun. We spotted an alligator, an otter, and fish in the ponds which was a fun surprise. There are lots of trees, which was perfect for shade, and we had an awesome view of the stars when closer to the ponds since the site is far enough away from light pollution. Also, it was nice that there was a gas station within five minutes should something be forgotten.
We definitely would camp here again, and could even do so with a larger group. Paul was a wonderful host, very friendly and communicative.

The camp host was so nice! Beautiful property with lots of space. Lots of firewood to use, Didn’t use the cabin much at all as there was a lot of trash bags, open food items etc. other than that was a fine time!

Paul was awesome and made me feel at home. Just encouraged me to relax and enjoy myself. Enjoyed sitting out by the campfire 🔥 star gazing with the other camper. The pup had a great time playing and running around.

I really enjoyed my short stay on Mr Paul’s land. I set up camp right by the pond in some oaks
In the morning I was having coffee and a bunch of deer ran by on the other side of pond.
Super quiet, highly recommend

We had an amazing time at Paul's property! We were there during the Suwannee Spring Reunion - the music park is literally right around the corner - and spent one day at the festival and the rest of the time fishing and exploring the beautiful property.
There is very little traffic noise, so it's a very peaceful spot. However you will definitely hear the music if there is an event going on at the music park, so check their schedule before you book your stay if the music would bother you.
Paul was a great host and is super friendly. He told us not to worry about bringing firewood, and offered us all we needed for free. A small bathroom in the cabin was available for us to use. It was dated, but clean, and the tub had some iron stains from the well water, but there was plenty of hot water for a long shower. We were also able to get fresh water from the cabin any time we needed it. On the days that Paul was not at the property, he had a neighbor check in with us to see if we needed more firewood or anything else.
We will definitely be returning for another stay!

Excellent old Florida woods, Paul is very friendly and accommodating. I cannot speak to the accomodations available in the cabin as we primitive camped and did not use them.

Paul was a very nice host, good friendly conversation.
But the logging operation next lot over starts at 5ish in the morning. There was no sleeping after that started. Wasn't expecting much but the bathroom was pretty gross. Showering was out of question.

My Family loved Tent Camping on Paul’s land. It is beautiful and spacious. Paul went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The stocked fishing ponds are the real deal. My kids and I caught 20 largemouth bass in a couple hours. If you enjoy the woodlands as much as our family this is Heaven on earth.

Paul is an outstanding upscale kind of guy. Expect the possible best from your stay here. His property is quite interesting and quite large. Little cabin in the middle has a working shower and toilet and water on tap. No heat at the cabin quite yet but Paul is getting that finished. I had a fire ring and a table and he supplied me with a bunch of free wood. I found a lion's mane walking his property that I cooked for dinner that night. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to any updates.

We had a wonderful time at Paul's property. The place is beautiful. So many old oaks trees. We are in love and will definitely be back. We took a quick trip with family, husband, son (15 months old) and uncle. We arrived late at sunset, I highly recommend that you arrive early, and get to know the property, meet Paul before dark. The night was beautiful, so many stars, it was a new moon. Paul brought us more firewood to keep us warm and we had a great conversation, a great time. Definitely Paul is the heart of the place. He is a great host, friendly guy! If you like beautiful places and are used to camping, you should definitely stay and enjoy the ponds, the old trees, the peace. I'm glad Pauls is opening up his property for camping!

AMAZING! Absolutely the best time I have had all year. My only regret is not arriving sooner. I camped almost directly in front of the main pond (there are 7) and left with no mosquito bites…and I didn’t use any mosquito spray! Paul and Mr. H really made the visit exceptional. I can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my night at Springhill Farms. Paul has an interesting property-so much to see! His campground is quiet and private. The ponds are beautiful but bring bug spray.

This site is best for primitive campers.
Paul, the host is very colorful and entertaining and has approximately 160 acres of fields, woods and ponds. There are 7 ponds on the property. You can camp at a variety of unimproved sites on the property. I set up next to the pond near the cabins because it offered a table, 2 chairs and a fire ring under the oaks.
While the toilet is functional, the shower is cold water only the bathroom sink is a cold trickle. It’s not clean.
