Both pads have high speed internet. Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 32' in length. Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length. We accept small Class A Motorhomes (32' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers. Sorry, no tent camping is allowed. The monarch farm was everything that Rick described it to be and so much more! The sites are huge. We easily fit three tents and had plenty of room left over. The large pond is absolutely beautiful. We fished every day and finally caught some elusive large mouth bass and one huge tilapia. My grandchildren fished from Sun up till sundown. The bath facilities were exactly as described and very comfortable to use. The property was very quiet with only an occasional sound of a truck and of course, our early morning wake up with the rooster. Our two dogs loved, running around and being free. I don’t know if there can be a better host than Rick! He checked on us every day and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved talking to him. This location is only 25 minutes from Gainesville yet very secluded. I think my only recommendation would be to put a different lock on the front gate, perhaps one with a combination but that’s it. I wouldn’t change a single thing. I truly loved being with my family in this location. This is definitely a five star location.

The land has remained largely untouched and natural, which is rare, in a state that is rapidly loosing its natural land to development.
