Built in 1922, "Millville Mansion"—a quaint cottage named by my mother’s family—offers 2 cozy RV spaces, one on a concrete pad, replacing the garage lost to Hurricane Michael; and the second on a large gravel parking area. While the area is still recovering from the hurricane, the property is fully functional, and its charm remains intact.

Great location for enjoying Cape San Blas, just a walk or ride to beaches, restaurants, and really good donuts! The host’s recommendations and information were spot on. It is right off the main road and walking/biking path, but the noise was negligible.
The location cannot be beat for an RV on Cape San Blas.

Great spot- just as described. Easy access to trash, easy hook up, very maneuverable spot to back into. The closest public beach access (which is walkable) is not currently open except by using a very difficult path. The Rush Recreation Area that is a very short drive was amazing and had a pool, too! Would definitely recommend and book again.

We had a wonderful time camping at Sugar Sands Beach. The set up is fairly private, it is in a backyard but there is a fence separating the campsite from the garage. It’s very quiet and the campsite faces the woods. We loved the outdoor shower and foot shower. Would be even better if someday Wayne decides to make it enclosed. But very useful for keeping the sand down. It was an easy 3 block walk to the beach and the beach access is right there. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded at all. It was a fantastic vacation. Wayne was very quick to respond with questions and advice for places to go in the areas.

Absolutely loved our time at Wayne's. It's private, backed up to a beautiful yard and woods. Just blocks from the beach, and not right next to other campers in a campground. Absolutely would stay here again! Wayne was fast with the only question we had, and a great guy.

My friends and I booked the wrong site and thought we were going to Destin. We were pretty upset but this camping spot made up for it majorly. It’s absolutely amazing, well taken care of and a lot of beautiful space and privacy. The dock is very nice and the views of the night sky are incredible there. He had a ton of fire wood already there for us and 4 chairs around the fire pit. I highly recommend. So much fun

I enjoyed Magnolias by the Bay so much that I extended for a third night. If you like privacy after a day on St. George Island, this this that spot. There is some traffic noise, but you're also a stones throw from the waters edge and the breeze was almost endless. The grounds are beautifully laid out with space to string a hammock under the magnolias and take a breath.

This was the perfect camping spot! Lots of space to set up hammocks, cook, pitch a tent, and sit around a fire. It's close to gas stations and a corner store for when we needed last-minute supplies, and the drive to pristine, quiet, dog-friendly beaches on St. George Island was only 15 minutes or so. Recommending this campsite to friends!

We had a great time! This was only our second trip in our class A motor home and set up was a breeze. All of the plugs and hookups worked great. The driveway was just fine for us, we had no issues entering or exiting the site. The location was wonderful. Short drive or bike ride to the beach and the area was quiet and peaceful. We’ll be back!
