What a great spot with plenty of room to park and close to everything. 5 min walk to beautiful lake powell for fishing . Best beach in PCB is laguna beach and your 5 minute drive away. Brian the host is very nice and always available for any questions. The site is very nice and safe. Don't hesitate book it... you will love sand between your toes!!

Beautiful spot on the Suwannee river. Our kids really enjoyed the stay and an easy paddle to Royal Springs. Royals springs is very stunning and just a lot of fun. Caught some cat fish off the dock. Plenty of space of the kids and dog to run around. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely plan another trip back!

This was our second stay and for good reason. The site has everything you need. We appreciated the cover over the site with the heat wave coming through Florida at the time of our visit. We loved having our morning coffee sitting by the river and afternoon's at the nearby springs. My son still isn't giving up on trying to catch something in the river, but nothing yet. We will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for a convenient spot to park your camper near the Laguna Beach end of Front Beach Road, this location is a good choice! The hosts live on-site in their own camper while building a tiny home, and they couldn’t be more helpful. When we discovered a wasp nest in the fire pit, the host ran to the store and took care of it within 10 minutes. We also had an issue with power to our outdoor kitchen area, and he generously lent us his personal extension cord to make sure we were all set. The property is fully enclosed with a private gate that wraps around the entire lot. You get your own key to the gate each time you come and go, which made it feel extra safe—even though the area itself already felt safe. There’s more than enough space to park a large camper (ours is 38 ft with 3 slides) plus an additional vehicle or two. There are sand spurs, which is pretty common near the beach, so just be mindful not to walk around barefoot—and for your pups too!

Our second stay at Royal Springs and it was great. Had our canoe and it was difficult to get it in and out because the water was so low, but enjoyed floating down river and trolling up river. Spent some time at the springs and that was lovely. This is a special spot!

Private campsite in the middle of the city! My family and I were lucky enough to find a four acre urban forest less than two miles from FSU, the Florida Capitol and downtown Tallahassee. And just a mile from midtown! We are welcoming tent campers to come experience camping in an urban forest. The camping area has a hot water shower and sink, and the main site (#76), is fully outfitted with fire ring, tent pad, fresh water, a picnic table and plenty of hammock trees! The camp area has space for up to 6 tent campers and 2 cars. All sites share the shower and sink areas and a port-o-potty that is professionally cleaned weekly. Sprinter style vans (UPDATE) - We successfully had a Sprinter Van on the site and have now started accepting booking for that style van. Due to limitations on space and clearance, we can only allow vans with a max of around 10 1/2' tall and 23' long. This is equivalent to a Sprinter 170. We can not fit RVs or extended wide bodies conversions. Pets: Pets on leashes are allowed on the property. Guests with aggressive animals will be asked to leave.

We are a military veteran family who enjoys the land as a place for family and friends to explore, camp, and relax at the 250+ feet of the East Bay beach. We do not have WiFi, but we do have 5g service throughout the 11 acre property. Our camping sites DO NOT have electricity These are hike-in only campsites ☺️ Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water). We have two primitive campsites these campsites are first come first serve, they are not assigned when booking. Plesea see pictures. Our Glamper tent is a 10x12 canvas furnished full size bed with bedding, pillows and enough floor space for two sleeping bags. The tens are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent. Closed toed shoes are highly suggested as well as plenty of lighting with batteries or solar charging capability. This is a rugged, fun and serene camping experience. It’s ideal for guests who want a simple stay near the beach while still enjoying basic comforts. Nearby Adams Beach is only a few minutes away on foot. Keaton Beach is a short drive, offering fishing, boat ramps, kayaking areas, calm water, local seafood, and a true old-Florida atmosphere. The location is especially popular during scallop season. We keep everything friendly, clean, and easy. Guests have privacy but we are always available if needed. Seashell Hideaway is a peaceful place to slow down, walk to the water, enjoy quiet nights, and experience the coast in a simple, relaxing way.

You can also expect to experience a wide variety of agricultural activities, outside of quiet hours of course. Born out of a dream that started 10 years ago when I acquired 40 acres of forgotten and unmanaged rural woods. Having dug right in with the help of the Florida Forestry Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS and a very knowledgeable private forester; we developed a conservation management plan to restore it to its native state. The neighboring land became available and happily added another 40, I've learned so much on this amazing journey. 25K pines and a great deal of sweat equity later, it is time to share and encourage others to join in on the conservation efforts and make sure it's around for future generations.

We are a military veteran family who enjoys the land as a place for family and friends to explore, camp, and relax at the 250+ feet of the East Bay beach. We do not have WiFi, but we do have 5g service throughout the 11 acre property. Our camping sites DO NOT have electricity These are hike-in only campsites ☺️ Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water). We have two primitive campsites these campsites are first come first serve, they are not assigned when booking. Plesea see pictures. Our Glamper tent is a 10x12 canvas furnished full size bed with bedding, pillows and enough floor space for two sleeping bags. The tens are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent. Closed toed shoes are highly suggested as well as plenty of lighting with batteries or solar charging capability. This is a rugged, fun and serene camping experience. The farm you’re camping on is one of the last family farms remaining in Columbia County and is named Glenn Farm after DV Glenn who married Hettie Lou Niblack in the 1930’s. Over the last 150 years it has been farmed by some of the county’s oldest families such as the Niblack and Ellis families. When DV Glenn came to Florida from his farm in Cairo, GA he took over the portion of the Niblack farm that was inherited by his wife Hettie Lou. At that time he was running native Florida cattle on over 6000 acres. Unfortunately, In 1951 he was killed in a hunting accident leaving his wife with the farm and 4 children (ages 4-11). In order to survive, Hettie Lou Niblack Glenn was forced to sell 5000 acres at $25 an acre. Holding a bachelors degree from Florida State College for Women, she was able to secure a job at the University of Florida as a secretary and with the money from the land sale she was able to raise her four children. Of the original farm, 600 acres remain intact and the Glenn family is trying to keep the farm as an agricultural operation. Your campsite is 1 of 4 spots (Arrowhead Sink, Dunagan’s Meadow, North Hall Pasture or Magnolia Sink). We also have a 1 bedroom Tiny home that used to be the farm office. Dunagan’s meadow is a pasture behind the old farmhouse (built in 1824), Magnolia sink and The North Hall Pasture are also on the main farm while Arrowhead Sink is on the edge of a hayfield about a mile down a dirt road. Glenn Farm is a place to come relax and experience a world that is rapidly disappearing. It is not a commercial campground.

Established in the 1950s by a member of the local Lynn family, Mr. Bo Lynn, the camp originally served as both a fishing haven and a duck hunting retreat. Following Mr. Lynn's tragic passing in a boating accident, the camp was sold to Rufus Bullock, who managed it for a brief period. The camp was later acquired by Alex and Gazzie Hobbs from Georgia, who significantly contributed to its development. They built many of the structures that visitors enjoy today. The legacy continued with their son, Mr. Alan Hobbs, who, along with his wife Ruthie, operated the camp for several years.
