The tents are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent. Closed toed shoes are highly suggested as well as plenty of lighting with batteries or solar charging capability. This is a rugged, fun and serene camping experience. Come camp in the woods right off the Perdido River. There is a short walk to the cabin, either along boardwalks or via a trail, and we provide carts to make it easy. Across the floating bridge is a sandbar where you can hang out with other river rats and enjoy a cold one. The Perdido River is known for great tubing and kayaking. We have tubes available to loan. A float from Fillingim’s Landing to our sandbar takes about four hours with stops. If you’re looking for an all-day adventure, you can put in at Barrineau Park Bridge. We are 420-friendly, and if you want to enjoy a beer, we’ll probably join you. There is a large outdoor fire pit and grills available for use. I also have camping hammocks that can be set up for extra guests, as well as a camping toilet. All I ask is that you clean up after yourselves, bring all trash up front to the garbage cans, and keep the volume down by 10:00 p.m.

Use of a private vehicle is required. The property is on a natural 46000 acre lake that is connected to The Atlantic Ocean by The St Johns River. This location offers abundant wildlife refuge. This can be exciting, but dangerous. Please do not feed or approach the wildlife. You may see alligators, snakes, otters, manatees, as well as several species of fish and birds, including, but not limited to, american bald eagles, egret, heron, seagulls, bass, mullet, crappie, bluegill and more. Fully stocked with clean and comfy bedding, bath and swim towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dish towels, dish soap, hand soap, toiletries, a kuerig with quality coffee, seasonings/olive oil, blue ray player w/ tons of DVDs, board games/playing cards, and even corn hole boards and bags (available by request)-basically everything is in there ready for you to enjoy this Floridian Paradise! The shower is nice and big and the bathroom has its own door to the outside. We are located 3 minutes from Sarasota Bay and 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island! There are over 20 amazing state parks within 35 miles of our location so you can explore your heart out! St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach (and countless more), the Manatee Viewing Center and the Skyway Fishing Pier (longest fishing pier in the world) are about 30-45 mins away! Venice and Casperson Beach- the shark tooth capital of the world- is less than a hour drive from us! Come and go as you please! Safe and welcoming neighborhood. Park your vehicle in the driveway just feet from the RV. Our heated in ground pool, and backyard with charcoal BBQ, a blackstone grill and covered “tiki bar” area are available to use as well (ask about additional fee). Hope to see you soon! This campsite has everything I could ask for: courteous owners, easy to follow instructions, wonderful set up at the campsite and easy access to a beach. Cute neighborhood-we biked and walked at sunset. 10 minute drive from the beach. 5 min from stores and restaurants. I loved the A-frame cabin, it was cute and cozy. it had everything you need for a good stay like plates, cups, and ice maker, a roku tv, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom and outdoor shower were so nicely decorated. The plants all around the porch are a nice touch too. the only down side i can think of is the huge cockroaches i saw in the morning, but outside of those it was lovely

Weekend Trip to East Bay Family Retreat

What a beautiful property within a short drive of where we live. I really enjoyed spending the day out by their bay front. Having access to kayaks was a special treat, because I’ve never kayaked before. The glamper tent was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also plenty of space between the 2 glamper sites to give some privacy. It was also a special treat to enjoy the wildlife. We enjoyed watching the Royal Terns diving into the water for fish, and the mullet jumping out of the water. I had the special privilege of seeing a rabbit stop on the trail and stand in front of me for a solid 30 seconds. At night, fireflies flashed around the tree line. We heard a whippoorwill off in the distance, another amazing treat. Definitely saving this campsite as a go-to weekend getaway. What you get vs the low cost of their glamper sites is unbeatable. The Florida panhandle is so full of beauty in its nature. It’s amazing that there’s still a chunk of natural Florida left in Navarre, and the hosts are so willing to share it with others.

The Wandering Path is an amazing and peaceful getaway. The yurts offer the perfect setup for any season and eliminates a lot of packing. Amanda’s property has everything you need…the cleanest bathhouse I have yet to see and an awesome communal outdoor kitchen. There are primitive sites as well. The creek that runs along the property is crystal clear water with white sand banks throughout. It is deep enough to kayak or shallow enough to walk in and enjoy. The Wandering Path is the ultimate getaway location!

2 nights at Serene Forested Blueberry Farm

It was a very comfortable and pleasant cabin. Everything needed for a short or long term stay. Bring only clothes and groceries. The cabin was quaint, decorated nicely. I sat by the fire with my morning coffee. It was great.

Sweet little spot that feels very private even though there were other campers around. The layout of the campground is very intentional and thoughtful. Fresh eggs, outdoor shower, and pre-built fire were excellent touches, as others have said. I was worried their might be competition for the toilet or shower, but it was never an issue.
