3 nights at Queen's Cabin

The cabin had plenty of windows to soak in the morning sunshine. The best part is absolutely the silence that I’ve enjoyed the most. Can only hear the birds singing and the wind with the trees dancing. There’s a grill with propane so grilling can really spice up dinner. Theres a toilet and shower super comfy queen bed and a full sized refrigerator and freezer so if your thinking about just staying in and cooking you can definitely do that here if you plan to have a longer stay. A coffee machine for actual coffee beans, an espresso machine and a tea diffusing pitcher is also there for your convenience. There is no microwave but I bought one at Walmart which is 19 min from the cabin just to heat up my toddlers milk bottle and I returned it back no problem. It’s super dog friendly with the ample wood area that is fenced around the cabin. I don’t have a dog but I do have a 2 yr old toddler and everything is practically baby proofed inside. She enjoyed running in circles inside and playing with her playdoh toy set on the kitchen table that can seat 6. There is no tv but that’s the point just simply enjoy each others company. There’s is a Bluetooth speaker and boy we were jamming and dancing it was so much fun. I definitely recommend staying at the Queens Cabin and the host Sara was so kind and explained everything there is to know about your stay and she responds quickly should anything arise or for questions. Thanks so much we will be back and with a baby that’s due this May!!!!!

This was exactly what I was looking for, a relaxing weekend away. The place had the amenities I wanted and the seclusion I desired. I didnt want to camp in a tent or be to outdoorsie. Chose this location for the fenced in yard to let our dog run free. He loved running around and playing off leash. Would love to come back for another visit and bring the family.

Weekend Trip to Magic Forest Farm

So, the place is BEYOND beautiful I mean just breath taking so spacious and relaxing me and my friends had a beautiful relaxing time and really enjoyed our stay the only reason i would question staying again if i have to leave an honest review would be the fact that this property has tenants below its made clear with signs in the house not to be loud due to prior complaints and in the description when booking but when paying $400 a night and driving 2-3 hours depending where you are from for a get away then you want to enjoy your weekend and not have to tip toe around also this place is huge and can easily accommodate 10 people but i think max is 4 due to that reason possibly? Seems like a waste of such a beautiful huge space essentially. Otherwise i mean its very nice place clean and well kept.

Weekend Trip to Love Shack

We had such a great time at the cabin. It had everything we needed and more. The natural light in the morning is so nice. Our dog Peter had the time of his life running around the yard. A perfect getaway from the city for a few days. Thank you, we can’t wait to come back!

This little shack was exactly what we needed to escape the NYC buzz for a couple days. It toes the line beautifully between camping and glamping—definitely not roughing it, but not luxe either (no potable water, and the bathroom, while clean and charming, is detached). It’s quiet, cozy, and surrounded by nature—frog calls at night, a crackling fire, and just… stillness. The space itself is small but thoughtfully set up. We brought our own pillows and blankets which made it extra comfy, and I’d recommend bringing a dish bin, soap, and sponge for washing up. The mini fridge was perfect for a short stay, and the toaster oven was great for simple meals. If you’re looking for a peaceful reset with just the right amount of comfort, this place delivers. Would 100% come back.

Such a cute spot! Definitely bigger than I expected. My dogs loved exploring all weekend. It was in a nice quiet area and easy to find. I would definitely go again!!!

1 night at Wyomanock Farm

We are totally obsessed with this cabin! Really beautiful, totally toasty, and super comfy! The mattress is very nice, the shower heats up quickly and has great water pressure. It’s really cool that you can have your dog gated in on the porch, as well as so much area for our sweet Beatrice to run and smell all the things in the woods! We came here for our 5th anniversary and it did not disappoint! We can’t wait to come again! Next time we will bring nespresso pods because there is even a Nespresso machine already there! The perfect mix of luxury and nature. The whole street lost power overnight on our second night and we still are elated with our entire stay— that’s how good of a cabin it is!!

Had a great stay at Wyo! Thomas is a fantastic host and I had a wonderful night here. Highly recommend to anyone considering staying here!

4 nights at Queen's Cabin

Wow, what a treasure this cabin is! We booked this trip to escape to the woods and unwind, and it was the perfect setting! If you have a dog, this is the BEST place to bring them! The entire lot is fenced in once you close the entrance gate, and we were at ease knowing our dog could roam freely. I can’t tell you who enjoyed our stay at the cabin more, us or our dog! The kitchen is modern and well stocked with essentials for cooking. We ended up making all our meals at the cabin because we didn’t want to leave. The bed & couch were cozy & comfy. It snowed our first night, which was magical with the fireplace going while we watched the snowfall. And there’s plenty of firewood, which is such a nice touch so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying any. There was a shovel and broom as well as pet friendly salt for those icy/snowy mornings which came in handy. And there were dog bowls, dog beds and plenty of blankets to keep our pup warm after romping around in the snow. I can see why this Hipcamp books up so quickly! The price is great and we felt it was worth every penny. I could rave about the Queen’s cabin forever, but for now I’ll just say: BOOK IT!

This rental has been one of, if not our favorite to date. The space was so cozy, so clean, and had everything you could possibly need to just relax and get away from the bustle of life for a bit! We booked a trip up here to do some wedding planning/check out venues. Our pup had her very own vacation with this spectacular back yard, and the cabin was so homey we actually opted to stay in a bit more than we anticipated just to thoroughly enjoy the space. Sara was also extremely responsive to any questions we had and kind. We will certainly be back and cannot encourage you to book with Sara enough! *I always like to note too, our pup is reactive and this space was extremely reactive dog friendly! Tucked away without any triggers whether it be people dogs or otherwise.

Super easy to find, GPS takes you right to the house. Our dog loved running around and having the entire couch to himself. It had everything we needed to cook, relax and play with our dog! It's very close to the Ukrainian Dance Center with shows open to the public and tons of trails to hike all around. Less than 30 minutes from anything you will need while you are there and beautiful views with windows all around.

Came here with my 2 dogs and they LOVED the stay. My wife and I also enjoyed the stay - mainly because of how thoughtful everything was set up. From the kitchen, the mattress, desks, table, bathroom, the lighting, etc, you can easily tell that they really put in a lot of thoughts and love into creating this place. My wife would stop telling me how she wanted to come back soon.

3 nights at Queen's Cabin

Sara and Ben's cabin made for a terrific base for our 8-year-old's birthday weekend adventures in upstate NY. It's a beautifully maintained little mountain house, with plenty of room for our family of four. The cabin came stocked with plenty of firewood to keep the woodstove running whenever we were inside (and there's a split unit to maintain temps when the stove isn't in use). We cooked one dinner, two lunches, and two breakfasts in the (very well equipped) kitchen, and we're able to shower and wash clothes after a day spent out in the snow. The cabin itself is beautiful, with plenty of light thanks to its many big windows and skylights. The location felt private, but we were very close to everything we needed. We would happily stay here again (and our kids never wanted to leave). Thanks Sara and Ben for a great weekend stay!

Great clamping cabin, loved it was pet friendly and well stocked. Great area for hiking and very private. Cabin was very clean. Easy access in and out of property and highly recommend for a trip where you want the comforts of home yet still a very rustic feel. Seen deer every morning behind cabin.

This land was the homestead of the very first non native settler of the area, John Wiley, in 1787. Before that, it was the land of the Mahican native Americans. They named it "valley of the butternut trees", or Wyomanock. The Wyomanock Creek is the backbone of this little valley. Beaver have dammed the creek at several points to create ponds and other wetland features that support a diversity of wildlife including otter, moose and a myriad of birds, from osprey to herons. This sanctuary is host to many uncommon native plants and plant communities. We would love to share it with you! Your host, Thom, invites you to property to explore 75 acres of meadows, woods and water. Choose one of several sites either in the woods or open areas. You are also free to use our outdoor solar shower or take a dip in the cold pond or artesian spring fed pool. Our location is convenient to the Berkshire Mountains, state parks, hiking and other attractions, including Ramble Wild tree to tree adventures and Jiminy Peak. Dog Friendly and Fully Fenced!! This rustic 600 square-foot cabin with a semi-private bedroom and a fold-out couch can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. The bathroom and kitchen both have modern amenities. There's a wood stove but also electric heat and AC and hot water. Huge sliding glass doors open up to a wrap-around porch. No TV, but Wifi. There is an electric coffee pot, a French Press and a Nespresso. It sits on 5 wooded acres and nearly a full acre of cleared land is fenced, making it safe for dogs to run off leash. The house sits within the fenced in acre so you can conveniently open the doors and let your dogs run free. There is one visible house across the street from the front of the cabin but it feels very private in the back of the house. There is a firepit. There are two outbuildings onsite that are not available for rent at this time. The cabin is 20 mins from Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Mountain House, and 35 mins from Kingston, New Paltz, Gardiner, Phonecia and Woodstock. Local restaurants of note include Mill and Main, Roughcut Brewing, Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Farms, and Harana.
