My 3 kids (10-16) and I had such a lovely time. They loved the zip line and the net tunnel thing and made obstacle courses and had such a blast having it all to themselves. I loved all the details that made it comfortable!

We were extremely thrilled to revisit Will and Jake and their campsite. As always the campsite was clean, inviting, and well maintained. Jake cooked for us again and the gourmet burgers did not disappoint. As the last campers of the season, we were pleased to relax in a pine tree haven. So glad to make new friends and we will be back next year! Highly recommended-10/10! Thank you!

Camp Kan-Ne-Ga was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better site than this one for our anniversary. Will was incredibly kind and made sure we found our way to the site after dark.

1 night at Candyland Camper
We had such a wonderful stay! The host, Marni, was incredibly kind and welcoming which made us feel right at home.
The camper was clean, comfortable, and really adorable. It is whimsical with bright colors and a happy mood. I really love that the camper has running water, a bathroom with shower, fridge, and heat! The nights were getting cool during our stay and the heat made us so comfortable.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful. With pretty views, and the added joy of seeing horses, goats, and alpacas right on site. It was peaceful, fun, and such a unique experience to be surrounded by the animals. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a special camping trip!

Doggie and I loved camping with the Jansmas. They were there to greet us coming in, and the tent and equipment were perfection. Extra bedding, lotion, candles, a solar shower and privvy, all were luxury. The dog so enjoyed being off leash all weekend. The highlight of our stay was the birthday dinner that Jake cooked on the final night, with a special creme brulee for dessert complete with candle. The coyotes (and the highway traffic) were a bit closer than I had realized they would be at times, but the rest of the time was quiet and beautiful. If you come, make sure to stop at Costello's Coffee House. We will be back!

We had a great stay in the RV at Tina's! Would recommend.
Gorgeous spot, easy to find even in the dark. She had the heater on for us before we arrived so it was nice and cozy.
We loved the bench swing next to the propane fire ring. Bonus that you can use a propane fire ring even if there's a fire ban.
The horses were polite and calm. It was a sweet and special experience stargazing with them right there next to us, just chilling in the moonlight on the other side of the fence. Whether they were keeping us company or maybe just enjoying the beautiful night, it was an unexpected highlight.
Beds & pillows were comfy, we slept soundly.
I LOVE vintage RVs, though sometimes they trigger my allergies. This one was great, no sniffles or sneezes for me.
Everything was clean including the extra linens, blankets, pillows.
The price felt fair, especially compared to an airbnb (plus - yay, no chore list!). And obviously it was so much better than a motel room - way more privacy and fun.
We were glad we chose this spot and would recommend, thank you!

Tent was so clean and everything provided was just as clean and useful. Thanks for providing such an easy way for us city folk to escape to nature for a night! Can’t wait to return

What a wonderful experience. We spent my partner’s birthday out in nature after an exhausting summer and Will went above and beyond with this site.
It comes with all your camping basics (chairs, kitchen supplies, towels, extra blankets etc) so you don’t have to worry about packing too much. Will was there to greet us with Carrie, and we’re both so kind.
Will made us feel welcome at the campsite, showing us our amenities and a few walking paths. He was always within reach to answer any of our questions.
We decided since it was a special occasion, to have Jake cook for us- and I am GLAD we did! The best burger I’ve had in a long time, and it’s at our campsite. He even went and made a special dessert for us, and brought out a birthday candle and everything.
The stars are abundant, the views are amazing (even from the outhouse), and the energy of Camp Ka-Ne-Ga is everything we could have wanted for a peaceful mountain getaway.
We’re all excited to return soon.

We loved our stay. Will was a gracious host and the campsite had everything we needed. We stayed with our 2 kids (6 and 4) and there was plenty of room for 2 cots. Even with some rain, we had a blast hiking and visiting the wolf sanctuary. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed staying in Will’s beautiful tent. So many cute and special details were present, not to mention every need as a camper. All you need to bring is food and drinks. Everything else is perfectly arranged. And if you do not want to cool his son will cook for you! Even in the rain we had a lovely time. The spot is well positioned for local trails, fly fishing, and the newly reopened coffee shop less than a mile away.

We had SO MUCH FUN at Buckaroo Bunkhouse! It was perfect for the weekend for me, my kiddo, and our dog. The trailer was clean, cozy, and very thoughtfully equipped. The trailer had everything we could ask for or imagine: a grill, a firepit, a stovetop, coffee maker, fridge, a space heater, wifi, and plenty of blankets and towels. There's even AIR CONDITIONING. Seriously, if you're looking for a glamping experience elsewhere, see if they have AC and then come back to this listing. Extra bonus was how sweet and friendly the dogs on the property were--my dog became instant besties with one of them and she was completely pooped playing chase. Extra extra bonus--there was an exterior 120v so we were able to charge my EV overnight.
As amazing as the space was, it was David who really made it 11/10. He was there to greet our arrival, walked us through the quirks of the camper, and was incredibly warm and generous and kind. He had the perfect balance of giving us space and privacy while also checking in to make sure we were okay. We felt safe and cared for the entire time we were there.
We will absolutely be back to Buckaroo Bunkhouse!

We decided to spend our 16th anniversary on Will’s glamping spot and it didn’t disappoint. Surrounded by pine trees in a remote location we couldn’t ask for better and privacy. Will was a gracious host and most accommodating with the amenities. The site was built and designed with care for anyone looking to relax in a tranquil setting. We saw tons of birds, squirrels, and even deer. Also, we were delighted to have Jake cook for us on our anniversary day-he even accommodated us with surprise dessert. The food and service was spectacular! Overall, this was a great and relaxing experience and a highly recommended glamping spot. We will be back! Thank you!

Will’s not-so-little piece of land is incredible! A wonderful spot for our family and two dogs to unwind, soak up nature, stargaze, chop wood, explore, and enjoy life. We were impressed by all the amenities and it was clear no detail was left unconsidered. Will is a delightful human who is a joy to chat with. Jake’s dinner was delicious and I’d recommend that add on if it’s available for your trip here! I highly recommend this spot and I’m sure we will be back!

The hosts were so accommodating and the location is in a scenic, but rather rural neighborhood. My daughter loved watching the horses from the window. It was the perfect size for us - two adults and a child. I would recommend! Bonus? It’s super close to great hikes and a BLM swimming hole!

We loved this camping spot. We have 5 boys under 12 and it was the perfect spot to let them be boys and play! Every little detail was so thought out. Mollie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend!
