Treehouse Magic is built around PAL an over 80+-year-old Ponderosa Pine.
This wonderful space is magical in every way! Only 300 sq. feet with an almost 1100 sq. foot deck, including the covered gnome room. The upstairs bedroom is a full mattress (14" gel mattress). There is also a fold-out couch to sleep 1. The main level couch will fold down and become another bed platform. We provide a CordaRoys transformable chair, that unzips and becomes the bed topper (plus extra sheets, blankets and pillows). Some of the kid guests like to sleep in the Gnome room in the "pop-up" tent and cots (during the Summer months). We provide a "smart movie projector" with built-in ROKU, for a movie night...The outdoor kitchen includes a PitBoss pellet smoker/grill, and propane griddle. The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a Nature's Head composting toilet... (a little tutorial is needed) a sink and a trough step-in tub/shower with rain head. Wifi- Roku on inside TV as well or just the calm of beautiful nature!

Just a few steps away from your campsite you will find our bath house with a clean portable toilet, hot shower and hand sink. You also will find a fridge inside, where you can keep your refreshments and your food fresh and cool. It is entirely made from reclaimed materials and it adds glamor and luxury to your glamping experience! To minimize our environmental impact, we use a greywater system. The liquid soap provided is a diluted, biodegradable formula that nourishes our garden as it drains. While it may feel lighter than conventional soap, rest assured it's gentle on both your skin and the environment.
We do our best to provide many of the comforts of a home for your "glamping" experience but make sure you are prepared to stay in the great outdoors which includes bugs and it is still camping. If you are afraid of bugs or occasional spiders this might not be for you. We cannot control the changes that both weather and the surrounding environment may cause. Although we provided an extra blanket and the tent has mosquito nets, we encourage bringing bug spray, warm clothes, flash lights, extra drinking water and other items you might need to make your stay pleasant. We all enjoyed the treehouse so much! There were activities for everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, so no one was ever bored. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable, and the treehouse décor was absolutely adorable and thoughtfully designed.
The hosts had everything set up perfectly for movie nights, and we ended up having two during our stay—which the kids absolutely loved! The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed.
If you’re looking for a fun, unique, and memorable treehouse experience, I highly recommend checking this place out. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the location and ease for coming and going. The location is amazing, close to a lot of attractions and only 20 minutes from Red Rocks. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and it was perfect. Lauryn and Ian left a pamphlet of things to do, and places to eat. . The neighborhood was really quiet and there is a nice river walk right behind the camper. Definitely recommending to all my friends/family who need a place to stay while visiting Denver.

Sabin was so accommodating — we arrived late due to being delayed on a hike & they left the string lights on for us so we could see our way through. The place was very comfortable & so beautifully & thoughtfully designed. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Little Rest Ranch. The setting is peaceful, the RV is in great condition (kind of a cool older model). Everything we might have needed was right where we thought it might be. We were not disappointed in any of our stay and would love to do it again!

We had a great few nights in the tent. Grayson has everything you need and the sunset views are perfect. The mercantile in Florissant is super convenient and the location is a great jumping off point for lots of nice hikes and visits to different towns. Don’t skip a visit to the national monument to see the redwood fossils!

Weekend Trip to Sunrise View Retreat
It was incredible. The views. The outdoor cooking. The sunrise. The little a frame & the cute designs. The cool solar-powered lanterns that flicker like real lights! I was delighted to see I could make tea (which I did) and we thoroughly enjoyed our smores by the fire. Would definitely stay again, and would definitely recommend (already have 😉)

This cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway! The view is unparalleled and it's far enough away from other structures that it felt so secluded. It had enough amenities to make the stay really comfortable and was close to Staunton State Park for hiking and Conifer for groceries. We're already talking about coming back!

We had a really lovely time staying here. My husband and I booked a one night stay with our two dogs to get out of the city and unwind. We are big animal lovers and it was such a special experience to see all the happy horses, mules, and donkeys on the farm. Many came over to say hello when we walked by! We also saw a group of cows across the way that were very cute, and many types of birds, deer, wild turkeys, and even an elk! We kept our distance of course, but it felt like every time we looked around there was a new critter to watch. The tent was very nice and had wonderful amenities that made the experience stress-free. We especially liked the electric cooler. And it was nice to be able to have a fan at night. We felt very welcome and would definitely like to return.

Weekend Trip to Private 120-Acre Horse Sanctuary
I spent three June nights in this comfortable, well-appointed glamping tent with a wonderful tea selection. Candice and George are lovely hosts who thought of everything and brought me so many delightful treats. I didn't do much cooking but I could have, the site was so well equipped. I was too busy visiting animals to cook. I tacked an hour long donkey experience onto my stay and made the rounds each night, meeting dozens of horses and mules and donkeys. Heavenly, the donks are my favorites. I also saw a few pronghorn including a baby, a vole, reptiles, and a flock of wild turkeys roosting in the trees nearby (surprisingly not very noisy at night). I counted at least ten bird species. On a full moon night, I heard coyotes and great horned owl (the tent had earplugs, plenty of blankets and pillows and a nice bed so I still slept well). And I met some wonderful volunteers and their dogs.
There's lots to do within an hour's drive, especially if you like food and physical activity. I caught a free outdoor yoga class, farmer's market, zipline adventure park, lots of good food in Castle Rock and Parker, a serene forested hike in Larkspur. I also spent a lot of time at the campsite in the hammock, catching up on my reading. Don't miss this spot, it's such a gem with kind people, incredible animals and beautiful nature.

Weekend Trip to Sanctuary in the Sky
We had a good stay at this unique location. It was very windy when we arrived but the view was wonderful. There are windows all around, and a skylight. I didn't think to look at the stars, though. We went to a concert at Red Rocks so didn't spend as much time enjoying the location as we otherwise might have. It was nice to get to meet the special needs cats that LuAnn and Chris graciously take care of. I wish them all the best!

The rig was super comfortable and the amenities were great! We were so grateful to have wifi access since we didn’t have cell service. The stove and microwave, made cooking super easy. It was great waking up to the sunrise everyday. It’s a nice, quiet area in the mountains. It was awesome sitting outside and watching the birds.
