The place was very cool and had all that we needed for our stay. This tent was very cute and had more than enough room for both of us and the dogs! Aside from it being cold at night(my fault should have picked a better time of year) it was a fantastic trip!

This is a great spot for feeling privacy but near civilization. Beautiful views, great tent, really nice fire pit. Grayson has just about everything we could have needed for a one night stay. Would recommend longer visits given the bath house and location.

We loved our stayed in Graydon’s property in Florissant! Very private but not isolated. Walking distance playground and convenience store with all needs covered. We would love to be back to this spot

Oh goodness, YOU MUST STAY HERE! It was the perfect little getaway. The views were great, the tent was cozy, the area was absolutely fantastic. The bathroom was bigger than expected! Which was a plus. We barely went exploring because we just wanted to hangout at our site the entire time! Sooooo worth staying here. And Grayson was an absolute pleasure to book with.

This was an awesome place to stay. The tent was nice and cozy with a very comfortable bed. All very clean. The views were beautiful, just a great place to relax. The bathroom with shower was also a grwat added bonus to the experience.
The host was very responsive and gracious.
We will definitely repeat

We loved the tent and location. The bathroom has everything you need. The tent is behind Grayson's home but up a hill and you can not see the house so it is still a private experience. The tent on the hill also overlooks beautiful scenery and surrounded by the beautiful Colorado trees. I would stay here again for sure.

We had a nice weekend in the bell tent. Pretty spot close to Iron Tree restaurant and Costello Coffee House. Grayson was friendly & quick to respond. The bed was comfy & heaters kept us warm during CO Spring weather, coffee pot & grill were much appreciated!

We had a great quick trip to Grayson's yurt! Everything was in perfect order, views were great, stars were incredible at night and Grayson was very communicative during the whole process! Will be back again during the weather months!

We had such a great time camping at Grayson’s. The tent was so cute and the full bathroom was amazing to have. The views and sunsets were beautiful!

The property was beautiful. The tent had everything you could ever need. Bathroom was clean and such an added perk to our camping experience. Our host was very nice and checked in with us. The best part of all was all the humming birds that came to visit the camp site. We will be back and I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family.

Grayson’s tent had everything we could’ve needed and more! Gorgeous spot & the tent itself was so spacious! Our trip was just an overnight but perfect for a staycation from the Springs. Me and my friends will be back for sure!

Great tent in a really nice spot!
We have been exploring the Florrisant/Divide/Woodland Park area of the state more the last few years. This is certainly a really great spot, nice hikes and reservoirs nearby. The tent was really nice, big enough to feel spacious and It was also nice to sleep with an outdoor feeling but on a comfy bed! The radiant heater was nice to have cozy nights while staying dry from the rains.
Having the bathhouse 30 yards away was great, a proper indoor shower and toilet is clutch. Had we the time, we would have stayed for much, much longer. Will be back!

This was an amazing campsite! Stunning views, a very clean bathroom, and a really cute dog! There were quite a few spiders in the tent, but it’s outside, so that’s expected. Overall, it’s great!

Our stay here was short but we loved it and would love to come back! The tent was equipped with everything needed for a wonderful Glamping trip, just bring your own food and clothes! The bed was comfy and the views were fantastic.

My husband and I had such a great time! I was comfortable in the tent, and I appreciated all the small things Grayson had provided that we may not have thought of to bring. Everything was organized and neat. He even came by to say hello and give us some recommendations on things to do close by. I will definitely recommend to everyone who wants to be close enough to nature but still have a clean bathroom and comfy bed to sleep in. Haha. Thanks Grayson!

The property was beautiful, private, and quiet. We felt very comfortable staying in the tent and making the short walk down to the bathroom was no problem. Our two pups had a great stay as well

Great little spot with amazing views.. close to town (1 mile) . Awesome little trails right on the property. Full bathroom was right down the hill in a separate building near the main house (which you can only see the roof from the tent spot) we used the stove provided and the French press on both days of our stay.. easy 20-30 min drive to amazing hiking trails. Would definitely recommend.. Greyson was easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was perfect.

Excellent view! We caught the sunset and it was breathtaking! The host prepared a lot essentials and it definitely feels warm and comfy to take a shower near the tent. Plus, grocery store is only two minutes away…

Had a great stay-everything was so clean and well thought out. Communicative host which I appreciated, and the site was close to town and easy to find. He left lots of water for us to use, and the fact that there is a full bathroom/shower just down the driveway was amazing.

Great weekend getaway spot. There is a grill with propane available for cooking. The sunset over the mountains was gorgeous. There is a restroom available that includes a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
