The home has had major remodels done on it.
The lake is an old gravel pit to make road base for local road construction.
The buoys in the lake are scuba projects from the local college CMU, and hold lots of fish. Other nesting platforms are for our local Geese and they hatch out in April-June.
We airbnb 2 rooms in our home as a shared facility and have airbnbs in Northern Ca and Baja.
Our home is off limits for campers as we need to respect the space for our other airbnb guests.
But in an emergence please call, cell service works fine.
port-a potty is gone for the winter November-April.
port-a potty is clean and works great, May- Oct. If you are here in the winter you may use the trees or Mavericks gas station in 1.5 miles away.
The first two pets are included at no additional cost. For any additional pets beyond the first two, there is a fee of $10 per pet, per night. Please make sure to add the Pet fee extra accordingly.

Welcome to Serenity in the Foothills. Located an hour west of Denver, this 3600 acre ranch features 12 spaced out campsites that offer quite a bit of privacy. There are tons of trails/ roads to hike and bike around on, as well as many amazing views. Resort Valley Ranch was combined from around 15 homesteads by the Corbin family. You will see lots of relics and evidence related to those homesteads across our property! Please do not disturb any artifacts or relics on our property. Come enjoy this hidden private jewel in the pines of Jefferson County, Colorado!

A-Lodge Boulder is a 30 room lodge just 2 miles above downtown Boulder, Colorado. We are located in a wilderness area of Boulder Canyon, right at the junction with Fourmile Canyon. We have three #vanlife sites and four tentsites for offer on Hipcamp.
We have a BRAND NEW barrel sauna, hot tub, grills, seasonal pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), meeting space, outdoor beer garden, bathrooms and showers for campers and a wonderful trail to Betasso Preserve right from your campsite. The Fourmile Creek runs through our property along our large lawn area. Great views and you might see bear, deer, elk, moose, foxes, or even a mountain lion!
Walk-in sites are just a short hike, about 100 feet, on an unmanicured trail to our platforms. We provide the platform for your tent as well as access to all of our lodge's amenities; front desk, lobby, bar & beer garden, fire pits, grills, bathrooms, shower, outdoor common areas, free wifi, etc.
A-Lodge has a 7-day non-refundable cancellation policy. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, 50% of the total is non-refundable.

This is the perfect environment to relax and be immersed in nature but not so perfect to be fully connected like you are at home as there is no Cell Service provided by any of the large carriers, (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc…). We do provide free WIFI that will help send a text, make a call or check an email, but that is about it. The free WIFI works best near the camp store and some of the closer RV sites. It does not work at all at the tent sites. We highly suggest you bring your own internet (Your personal Starlink will work great here) if you are wanting stay fully connected, work remotely or do other heavy internet tasks. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible so please do not come here and have the unrealistic expectation that our free WIFI will meet your streaming, remote working or internet heavy needs.

“Red Rocks Paradise” is unique and unlike anything else you'll find in the area. As soon as you park your car, a beautiful pathway lit with solar torches will lead you toward the guest sites. The sites are set back at the far end of our 3-acre property, next to a small creek bordering open space.
Colorado has a high-desert climate, so the landscape changes with the seasons. Expect lush green surroundings in spring and more golden and brown tones later in summer, especially during dry years. Photos on our listing represent different seasons.
Just a few steps from the guest sites, you'll find our shared bathhouse with a clean portable toilet, hot shower, hand sink, and shared refrigerator where you can keep food and refreshments cool. The bathhouse is made almost entirely from reclaimed materials, adding a unique touch to your camping or glamping experience. To minimize our environmental impact, we also use a greywater system.
We, Sabin & Randy, are artists and artisans who live and work on-site, and we're excited to share this special property with you!
Our 3-acre property is both our home and our working creative space. It is an evolving property, and you may pass working, storage, landscaping, or project areas on your way to the guest sites. These areas are separate from the camping and glamping spaces.
The guest areas are located toward the back of the property, next to the creek and open space, where we've created peaceful, comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and Hogback views.
We're continually landscaping, improving, and transforming the property into the sustainable retreat we envision. Our property isn't a traditional commercial campground. Our stay was excellent, and we really enjoyed our time here. The campsite is very well equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and we didn’t even get cold since the room had a portable heater. We loved meeting Dot and Byron! Dot welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and kindly explained how everything worked. When we left, Byron came out to say goodbye and chatted with us for a little while. The best part was being able to take a hot shower—it was such a pleasant experience! We highly recommend staying here.

Online presentation through HipCamp doesn't give an accurate feeling of what it's really like there. Hipcamp really underestimates how cool it actually is. It's a total college kid attraction and clientele (it SEEMS) but it's still cooler than the online presentation made it feel. It feels like a magical Ewok village for adults combined with a 1960s/70s summer camp, and the main lodge itself is a really well designed, modern-cozy-lodgy, kind of romantic feeling. We had NO idea based on the hip camp photos that it was more than a basic main house to go pee in, with some lodging SOMEwhere on the property, and some kind of dismal dislocated tent sites. It is however too expensive for the tent sites though. Considering there's no maintenance required for clean up. Their pricing should be more like $28 a night, not 40-50. We felt even Hipcamp's price was too high for the tent sites for what they are.

Beautiful location and wasn't as hard to get to as I thought. I didn't meet the host but had no issues finding the camping site. The site was nestled in a neighborhood and did have occasional dog barking and cars driving by the road, but other than that very quiet with only one other couple that was staying in the cabin. Setting up camp was fairly easy and the Lakeview site did have its own little campfire built and not just the communal one which was nice. Unfortunately however, there was a sign when we got there that we couldn't do campfires which we'd been hoping for so that was a little disappointing. The toilet is directly next to the cabin but luckily we brought our own so we didn't disturb the other couple. Lake was pretty but as someone said in another review definitely wouldn't be good for swimming and was too low for other activities. There was a few wildlife sightings of some deer and beautiful birds which we enjoyed. Cell service for Verizon was nonexistent in parts of the drive so we couldn't send any messages or use maps, so be prepared for that. Overall was a nice weekend camping trip, and I would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet night out of the city. However, I'd say definitely not a good spot for large noisy groups or families with kids because the noise does travel between camps and there are neighbors somewhat close by.
