A great pitstop on your way to or from the mountains - or base camp for the adventures in Front Range. We aren't fancy, but we are convenient, cozy and safe. The grounds are a bit sloped but we've got leveling boards (please leave them behind). We've got the world's best eggs, a few walking paths through tall wild grasses, a campfire ring, solar shower, wading pool, gas grill, a table and a lovely porta-jon. We can handle RVs up to 45 feet - truck and trailer. It’s a big field, but a narrow, winding and steep gravel ramp to get in and out. We have a community fire pit with free burn wood, though the big logs are few and far between; your own firewood is recommended - as well as an ax or saw. If it's windy, please skip the fire... the BFD is very strict about this!! We have well water feeding a solar shower (only hot when the sun shines) and sink (non potable unless you have a filter). - CLOSED FOR THE WINTER We have a wading / dog pool continually refreshed from the creek. I just built a new filter!! It’s a saving grace in the summertime. - CLOSED FOR THE WINTER We have a community gas grill - please donate to the propane fund. We were able to check in last minute and early to this wonderful place. Patrick was an excellent communicator and everything was great. Loved to hear the chickens in the morning. We will definitely be back next time we need to stay in the Boulder Area.

Byron and Dot were incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts — you can tell they truly enjoy sharing their space. They made me feel right at home and had some great recommendations for local trails and scenic spots that really made my stay even better. The property was peaceful, well-kept, and a perfect base to explore the area. Would definitely stay again!

We had a blast at Glen Isle. Everything from camping to fishing to disc golf everything was fantastic. Hosts were amazing and the campsite was private and riverside. A great close getaway and a few days in paradise. Cute horses and donkeys as well. Best campsite we have been to all year. It’s the total package!

Awesome place at the end of a fairly rough dirt road. Original lodge with pool table. Dark sky, lots of stars. Definitely going back. Probably stay in in one of the tent “cabins” facing the pond with showers!

I loved tent camping on Olliander’s land! It was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful and unique home. The drive there and the drive out was a scenic experience through the mountains, which was a great addition. The chickens and rooster may wake you up in the morning, which was a benefit for me! They were cute and pretty friendly, Would highly recommend!
