We had a wonderful time at Susan's land. It was easy to find, and she was very helpful in getting us situated in a great shady spot. Lots of bunnies running around and chickens next door added to the charm of this beautiful Front Range spot.

Amazing host. Great place right outside of Boulder. Very peaceful, lots of rabbits playing in the prairie. The host was nice enough to let us use their power to charge our sprinter van. Thank you again.

Susan and Bruce were incredibly helpful in making sure that I was happy with my stay here. Bruce even helped me back up and unhitch my fifth wheel since I am a newby. They are extremely friendly and personable. I highly recommend staying here. Sandy

We had a great time staying at Susan's property - they are such friendly people and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable there. We were able to park under a slightly shaded area which helped with the heat of the summer in the area and also were plugged in to power and were able to fill up water. It was an easy drive into Boulder and Lafayette or Louisville. They also have adorable dogs :) Thanks again Susan!

Susan and Bruce are just amazing!!! They met us when we arrived and made sure we got parked and settled in properly. The property is perfect and we had no issues whatsoever…… and if we had I know they would have been handled it immediately…. That’s just how Bruce and Susan are !! They always go that extra bit to be accommodating . Susan even texted us from her hospital bed making sure we were ok…. Wow!!! And last but not least they helped us find a short term rental through a friend of theirs as we need to stay in Denver for several more months. I have a feeling this is not the end of our relationship but the beginning of a long friendship. Thanks so much !!!

Susan’s place is GREAT - so quiet, peaceful, private and shady. Nice little setup. My little dog was really happy there in our camper, too! Plenty of space and a great, safe neighborhood for walking.

It was nice to be able to stay close to town. Susan is a welcoming host. The campsite was clean and quiet. I enjoyed hearing the owl at night and watching the rabbits and squirrels run around.

Great area set up to be like a private campground as they had a fire pit area, outdoor seating and picnic area and even a swimg set. Susan and her husband were kind and helped show my husband where to set up camp and were available if we needed them, but weren't intrusive. The location was nice in an established neighborhood just minutes from 287 so easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc, but it still very much felt like you were out in nature. Great place and hosts and would for sure stay again.

Susan was absolutely wonderful! I reached out with an odd request to host a group of local high school students, and she and Bruce were so kind and accommodating. They had the fire pit ready and even had space heaters and tables for our team potluck! What a kind and lovely couple of people, and a great space away from the city. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Susan and Bruce's property was perfect for us. We had headed to Boulder for an Ironman race our choice to stay with then didn't disappoint. It was convenient, vwry private with the best hosts. They were very communicative, helpful, generious and great folks to chat with. We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Their Norwich terriers were the cutest too. We'd stay again for sure and highly recommend their property.

They have a pretty large open area behind their house with some nice camping amenities in one area where you camp. Super friendly and helpful folks. Susan really seems to enjoy getting to know her campers. We have family in the area and have been here a couple of times and I'm sure we'll be back.

This is a simple, quiet campsite in the owner’s backyard (big backyard). Susan makes you feel very welcome and the site is nicely appointed with a patio set, chairs and fire ring. We used, and paid extra, for 50 amp electricity and we very safe and comfortable in their site.

Wonderful hosts and a nice little spot, relatively private. Rate was a little high considering no hook ups but you’re paying for proximity to town. Definitely recommend.

My parents stayed here and really appreciated the warm welcome and quiet spot to park their RV. Susan was very sweet and informative. Susan was very responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet and they have a nice fire pit in addition to a partly shaded spot.

This was a nice, quiet house in a country neighborhood. Susan and her husband were so welcoming and friendly. The location was perfectly situated between Denver and Boulder so it was very convenient to visit friends in each town. I would definitely recommend this site to a friend and I hope to stay there again when I come to visit.

This spot is so cozy and the land is perfect for our pup. We are tucked away from the road, and it’s very quiet. This neighborhood is the cutest also, gives you the “small home town” feel. We are very blessed to have found this great spot. Thank you Susan and Bruce!
