47mi from Oakland · 2 sites · RVs · Stockton, CADiscover peace, privacy, and wide-open skies on our Central Valley farm. Nestled on Roberts Island between Stockton and Tracy, this unique RV camping property sits in the heart of Northern California’s agricultural region. With views of Mt. Diablo, lush pastures, and the shimmering Delta waterway, the land offers a scenic and serene setting for RV travelers seeking nature, space, and simplicity.
This is not a crowded RV park—it’s a private, rural escape. Set on a working family farm, the property is surrounded by grazing cattle, seasonal almond blossoms, tomato and hay fields, and open skies perfect for sunsets and stargazing.
The RV pad is built on clay tiles and provides two camper spots, with hookups for each:
• One 30-amp electrical hookup
• One 50-amp electrical hookup
• On-site sewer dump
• Potable water
No tent camping is allowed, and all RVs must be self-contained. We allow up to two RVs total on-site at one time, ensuring privacy and a peaceful environment.
As guests, you’re invited to enjoy the land at your own pace. Sit outside and enjoy the quiet. Walk the perimeter to see cows in the pasture. Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, request a guided farm tour where you can explore the almond orchards, or hay fields.
You’re also just minutes from some of the best outdoor activities in the Central Valley:
• Hike Mt. Diablo for stunning 360° views
• Explore Lodi wine country for local tastings
• Fish or paddle along the Delta
• Bike scenic country roads
• Off-road at Carnegie SVRA (OHV park)
We’re also pet-friendly—well-behaved dogs are welcome, as long as they’re leashed and respectful of the land and livestock.
Whether you’re on a road trip, traveling for work, or seeking a longer farm stay retreat, our Roberts Island property offers a rare blend of comfort, quiet, and connection to the land. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace.
