We bought this 1 Acre property surrounded by crops in 2013. The original farm house was built in 1952. It was a local hang out for all the kids on this road, of which most still currently reside. Our journey started here with a simple little cute house surrounded by dirt... We have worked non stop to make it our home. We've added a shop, built a master suite and put in trees, gains and pool. We built a poolhouse for guests and have added it to the airbnb community. We later built a pig barn and expanded our chicken coop. We enjoy gardening, growing pumpkins for our grandkids. We have multiple fruit trees in hopes to have lots of fruit to share . We love be outside 99% of the time. BBQ & sports, are always enjoyed, especially if it's football!

Pull in and relax on our little farm. We have gorgeous sunsets and bright stars. We're located amongst farm land, almond and walnut orchards. Our 1 acre has rotating crops behind it throughout the year. Our Rv site sits in the back of our property as seen in the pictures. It has power and water hookups only. The pool and laundry can be used by appointment. Please note, as of now we don't have a bathroom or shower option. Trailers must be self contained.
We have tiny rooster, Little John, 17 hens and a mini schnauzer. Fresh eggs are always available during your stay. We’re 2.5 miles from city limits. Close enough to stores and restaurants but far enough away for a quiet stay. We have lots of local winery’s within 20 minutes, hot air ballooning and an abundance of lakes within a few hours. Come visit us!

Additional note....Life on the farm is calm, peaceful and easy... operating with the natural rhythm of the
sun cycle. What few clocks we do have, are stuck on twenty minutes past four.

Those of you who have experienced camping before know that these are all normal things when out in nature but for those of you who have no camping experience I ask you to come with an open mind and a positive attitude towards a new experience. If you think you may have problems with any of these things PLEASE DON'T COME!!!

also have a dog named Sara that loves people. Most campers that come are very happy to have her around. She is polite and good with children. Some of you may not like dogs, if that is the case this will not be a fun experience for you.

We have four lovely Glamping sites at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park and 25 miles of hiking trails, nestled in the glorious chaparral of the Mayacama Mountain Range and Sonoma Hills, deep in the heart of wine country. The cost is $150 per night on weekends (Fri and Sat) and $125 per night on weekdays (Sun-Thurs). There is a 2-night minimum stay required between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
In our family-friendly campground, our tents are 16-Foot Canvas and come with one queen-size bed, two futon lounge chairs (May be converted to twin beds), rugs, tables, lighting, and complementary firewood the first night. At no additional cost, we can add up to two twin beds to each tent upon request to sleep up to 6 people. 8 people max allowed at the campsite.
The glamping sites include a picnic table, fire ring, outdoor seating, and room for additional tents if desired. All sites are easy walking distance to flush toilets and a bathhouse, with large, clean, coin operated hot shower rooms. There is no cell service in the park, but free WiFi is available at the Visitor Center.
PLEASE NOTE that Bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets) IS NOT included in a standard rental, but is available as an add-on. Guests are encouraged to bring their own bedding whenever possible. If no bedding is added, we will assume a one-queen setup with mattress covers only. We kindly ask guests to provide at least 48-hour notice if bedding will be required. We will always try to accommodate last-minute requests, but we cannot guarantee this.
PETS and SMOKING ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE our glamping tents! This is strictly enforced, and you WILL be charged a $150 cleaning fee for any violation of this policy.
Parking: Your reservation includes parking for one vehicle. There is an additional $10 per night per vehicle charge for more than one vehicle, which you can pay for at the Visitor's Center upon check-in.
Please note that a $25 setup/cleaning fee is charged per reservation, plus a booking fee.

For cyclists, there is a 32-mile long bicycle path at Beals Point that connects Folsom Lake with many Sacramento County parks before reaching Old Sacramento. The park also includes Lake Natoma, downstream from Folsom Lake, which is popular for crew races, sailing, kayaking and other aquatic sports.
At both locations, you will stay in 16ft deluxe tents. Each tent has 2 full beds in them.
At Beals Point we offer "Luxury" Glamping with real furniture, cozy bedding, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing and fun filled stay for up to 8 people (AT BEALS POINT ONLY!).
At both Beals Point and Peninsula, we also offer "Basic" Glamping, where we bring the tent and mattresses, and you bring the rest. This means that you need to bring your own sheets, pillows, sleeping bags, blankets and other camping essentials. You'll have access to filtered drinking water from a hose and spigot, along with breathtaking mountain views and almost complete privacy, as vehicle traffic is minimal, limited to ours and our neighbors', which is set back from the pasture but partially visible. This space can accommodate a maximum of 15 vehicles, with an option for overflow parking for larger parties.
This is the perfect spot to host a private group camp where you can enjoy nature while being close to town. This is NOT the place to throw your alcohol fueled party or bring any sort of guns. We are about 7 minutes South of Middletown proper. We do have neighbors so noise is acceptable until 9pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.
We provide compost, recycling, and trash options, and it's ESSENTIAL to use the correct receptacle. Please note that our portion of the property is home to horses, dogs, and chickens, which you will briefly pass through before entering your fully fenced pasture. However, your rented pasture is not fully fenced from our neighbor's property.

13 of us camped at Brenda's permaculture farm. I stayed in the artist studio and LOVED it. The view of the valley was gorgeous and stargazing was wonderful. We had 5 campervans, two tents, and me in the studio. The campervans were successfully parked and Brenda's partner helped us make them even so that there was no tilting. The tent platforms were big and provided a stable place for the tents. We used the kitchen which was set up nicely for groups and the compostable toilets were great. We had a pizza night using her beautiful outdoor pizza oven. Brenda and her team made the dough (gluten and gluten-free) and gave us all kinds of beautiful toppings plus veggies from the garden for big salads. We particularly loved hanging out all day long (for 3 days!) under the mulberry tree near the kitchen. We just moved our chairs around to stay shaded. We had a wonderful, lazy, joyful time together. We played music and made crafts and felt very at ease in her space. She, her partner, and her intern were all delightful and we all appreciated her hospitality very much. Thank you!!!

Peter’s camp was amazing! We loved the private and peaceful location. The piping hot outdoor shower was really lovely. Water and electricity hook ups made it easy and convenient. Just a mile from downtown Calistoga. We will definitely request to book again.

This was my 4th time camping at Sugarloaf but my first glamping. Simply put, my wife and I were wowed from the moment we arrived. The site was perfectly situated and the yurt included two small chairs, nightstands and small table, two foldout sleeping pads, a queen bed that was as comfortable as our mattress at home, charged wireless lantern and lamp, and…electricity! I have never been as cozy and warm camping…this was a game changer for me as an outdoorsy person. My wife, always a good sport about camping, was actually comfortable and so so happy to be able to blow dry her hair after a shower. Outside were two loungers, a picnic table and two Adirondack chairs next to the fire pit. 10 out of 10, I can’t wait to go back!

Hot tub was hot, outdoor shower was also hot, the site was very cute and a short walk to the barn with hot tub and shower. Campsite 1 had a little table, water, and a power plug in. Outhouse could use a little freshening up.

We had an amazing stay here-one of our best family experiences. The setup strikes the perfect balance between comfort and being outdoors. The tents with real beds and electric blankets made it cozy at night, and the firepit setup was perfect for relaxing evenings.
What really stood out was the layout of the space-it feels like a small community rather than being isolated. There's a shared open area where kids can run around and play freely, which made it ideal for families. Our kids had an incredible time.
We also loved the simplicity-no internet meant everyone was more present, which added to the experience. Everything felt thoughtfully set up and easy to enjoy without stress.
If you're looking for a comfortable, family-friendly glamping experience with a great atmosphere, this place is a gem.

Weekend Trip to Glamping Experiences Napa Valley
The Airstream was great. Very clean and had all the needed amenities. The site has a private patio with beautiful redwood trees right on Napa Creek. I would highly recommend the outdoor shower. David and Guy are great hosts.

2 nights at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park Glamping
This was my second stay at this particular glamping tent. It's a very nice campground with lots of nice trails. We had some serious wind our last night, we were sure a tree was going to fall on our tent, but it didn't. So thankful for that. We didn't let it ruin our trip. Love the wild life sounds, turkeys, owls, doves, coyote or woves. Great time!

Clean facilities, lush grass for tent camping (April), a short walk across the levee to the boat dock for launching kayaks etc. For rainy days there is a communal games room with a pool table, TV & table football.

Weekend Trip to Glamping Experiences Napa Valley
I loved staying at David’s Lucy Rv camper! Guy and David were so hospitable and made me and my girlfriend’s first stay at Napa so enjoyable and lovely. We would definitely be coming back not just for this rv but for these two guys !! They’re amazing!
