Our property is .3 acres. It is on a semi rural street, private property in the midst of nature. The little cabin sits above a creek which flows and roars like a river in the winter. In the spring enjoy the beauty of the wild flowers and blossoming trees. The deer come in and out- it is difficult to maintain a vegetable garden! We are ten minutes from the Samuel P Taylor camp ground and 30 to 40 minutes from the coastal trails in the Point Reyes National sea shore. Our property is home to a small grove of redwoods, one very large redwood, many fir trees and old ivy covered trees that line the creek. The cottage itself is unheated although there is a premium electric mattress pad with separate controls on the California King bed. That and the hot tub make for cozy sleeping on chilly winter nights

We have four lovely Glamping sites at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park and 25 miles of hiking trails, nestled in the glorious chaparral of the Mayacama Mountain Range and Sonoma Hills, deep in the heart of wine country. The cost is $150 per night on weekends (Fri and Sat) and $125 per night on weekdays (Sun-Thurs). There is a 2-night minimum stay required between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
In our family-friendly campground, our tents are 16-Foot Canvas and come with one queen-size bed, two futon lounge chairs (May be converted to twin beds), rugs, tables, lighting, and complementary firewood the first night. At no additional cost, we can add up to two twin beds to each tent upon request to sleep up to 6 people. 8 people max allowed at the campsite.
The glamping sites include a picnic table, fire ring, outdoor seating, and room for additional tents if desired. All sites are easy walking distance to flush toilets and a bathhouse, with large, clean, coin operated hot shower rooms. There is no cell service in the park, but free WiFi is available at the Visitor Center.
PLEASE NOTE that Bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets) IS NOT included in a standard rental, but is available as an add-on. Guests are encouraged to bring their own bedding whenever possible. If no bedding is added, we will assume a one-queen setup with mattress covers only. We kindly ask guests to provide at least 48-hour notice if bedding will be required. We will always try to accommodate last-minute requests, but we cannot guarantee this.
PETS and SMOKING ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE our glamping tents! This is strictly enforced, and you WILL be charged a $150 cleaning fee for any violation of this policy.
Parking: Your reservation includes parking for one vehicle. There is an additional $10 per night per vehicle charge for more than one vehicle, which you can pay for at the Visitor's Center upon check-in.
Please note that a $25 setup/cleaning fee is charged per reservation, plus a booking fee.

quiet dead-end road located on a cul-de-sac make for extremely peaceful parking and relaxing with near zero noise except for the occasional neighbors dog barking. our back yard hill butts up to back diamond regional mines park which is 50 square miles california state park that offers hiking and mine tours from California's coal mining and gold searching days. I recommend the mine tours especially on hot days. The mines are a nice place to escape the heat. tours are about $5 per person. here is a link to the mine tours website.

Boating is available on the San Joaquin River delta that is the headwaters of the San Francisco Bay. the marina and waterfront are about 3 Miles away by the way the crow flies and visible from the top of our backyard hillside.
Also downtown San Francisco can be accessed from the property via the Bart train that has two stations nearby. One is 6 miles away and another is 3 miles away. I bike/ train to San Francisco almost daily from this property.
EV parking or charging coud be accessed also. we have a nacs or tesla charger at two locations that are sloped down in grade. one slow charger (3 mph and one faster one about 13mph)

Also, the loft is 34 1/2 inches from the peak to the top of the mattress—if you are claustrophobic or plus-sized or both, it might feel tight.
She features a full-size shower, a dry toilet, a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes/utensils, AC/heater & a cozy sitting area with Moroccan poufs. Healthy snacks, tea, coffee, creamers, sweeteners & filtered water are provided.
Jenny is a private space separate from the main house.

We have four lovely Glamping sites at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park and 25 miles of hiking trails, nestled in the glorious chaparral of the Mayacama Mountain Range and Sonoma Hills, deep in the heart of wine country. The cost is $150 per night on weekends (Fri and Sat) and $125 per night on weekdays (Sun-Thurs). There is a 2-night minimum stay required between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
In our family-friendly campground, our tents are 16-Foot Canvas and come with one queen-size bed, two futon lounge chairs (May be converted to twin beds), rugs, tables, lighting, and complementary firewood the first night. At no additional cost, we can add up to two twin beds to each tent upon request to sleep up to 6 people. 8 people max allowed at the campsite.
The glamping sites include a picnic table, fire ring, outdoor seating, and room for additional tents if desired. All sites are easy walking distance to flush toilets and a bathhouse, with large, clean, coin operated hot shower rooms. There is no cell service in the park, but free WiFi is available at the Visitor Center.
PLEASE NOTE that Bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets) IS NOT included in a standard rental, but is available as an add-on. Guests are encouraged to bring their own bedding whenever possible. If no bedding is added, we will assume a one-queen setup with mattress covers only. We kindly ask guests to provide at least 48-hour notice if bedding will be required. We will always try to accommodate last-minute requests, but we cannot guarantee this.
PETS and SMOKING ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE our glamping tents! This is strictly enforced, and you WILL be charged a $150 cleaning fee for any violation of this policy.
Parking: Your reservation includes parking for one vehicle. There is an additional $10 per night per vehicle charge for more than one vehicle, which you can pay for at the Visitor's Center upon check-in.

quiet dead-end road located on a cul-de-sac make for extremely peaceful parking and relaxing with near zero noise except for the occasional neighbors dog barking. our back yard hill butts up to back diamond regional mines park which is 50 square miles california state park that offers hiking and mine tours from California's coal mining and gold searching days. Boating is available on the San Joaquin River delta that is the headwaters of the San Francisco Bay. the marina and waterfront are about 3 Miles away by the way the crow flies and visible from the top of our backyard hillside.
Also downtown San Francisco can be accessed from the property via the Bart train that has two stations nearby. One is 6 miles away and another is 3 miles away. I bike/ train to San Francisco almost daily from this property.
EV parking or charging coud be accessed also. we have a nacs or tesla charger at two locations that are sloped down in grade. one slow charger (3 mph and one faster one about 13mph)

She features a full-size shower, a dry toilet, a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes/utensils, AC/heater & a cozy sitting area with Moroccan poufs. Healthy snacks, tea, coffee, creamers, sweeteners & filtered water are provided.

I had a great time in the little cottage on Sherman Island. For being so close to the bay, it feels like you are in a different world. The cottage was cute and I could tell there had been a lot of attention paid to details. The bathtub was fabulous and after long walks out looking at birds, this was just the place I wanted to be.

Love the airstream and location. Mark’s communication is prompt and very helpful. Though the President’s Day long weekend rained a lot and super windy for us to chill on the outside, we love to stay in the cozy and comfortable airstream. Shower and toilet work well. I had a lovely time with my sister. We will be back for sure :)

Weekend Trip to Kings Mountain Camp w/ ocean views
Fantastic stay. It feels completely tucked away in the redwoods, yet it’s only about 30 minutes from SFO and Silicon Valley. Tent 01 was very private, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The bed was cozy, the wood stove kept everything warm, and the deck overlooking the forest was the perfect place for morning coffee.
Loved all the thoughtful touches like fresh eggs, coffee, and firewood. The bathhouse was clean and close, and the whole property has a peaceful, special feel. Seeing the goats wandering around was a fun bonus.
If you’re looking for a quiet escape in nature without going far, this is an amazing spot. Would definitely come back.

Weekend Trip to Dreamy California Coast Airstreams
Great for a romantic weekend on the coast! The views were INSANE, and it was so nice having a pizza oven, grill, and firepit. Everything was set up ahead of our arrival, and the host was very responsive. The camper was perfect for two people and very comfortable, as well. My partner and I spent Valentine's Day grilling and watching the sunset over the ocean--would highly recommend that experience!

Weekend Trip to May's Luxury Farmstays
My daughter and I had a lovely time for my birthday getaway weekend. I tried to book this place for my husband’s birthday in July but it was booked and every time I check it is usually filled with. We decided to check because it is the off season and there was one spot left for a Yurt. We showed up and it was already dark but we were able to navigate to our area with the instructions. Jeremy the maintenance manager was there within a few minutes to assist us with heaters and give us the lay of the land. We had great conversations with Jon and he introduced us to the chickens and geese. My daughter enjoyed talking with Jon’s wife as well. Fresh eggs, fresh air and beautiful skies all around. We definitely will be back. If you’re on the fence about this place don’t be where else can you take a hot bath under the stars. Pull the trigger and live a little bit. You won’t regret it and if you do well you don’t belong in our circle. ❤️

Absolutely beautiful spot. Amazing view, all four spots are far enough apart that you forget about any potential neighbors, and your own private Flushing toilet and raindrop shower. The host was very friendly and helpful. Literally everything you need is there. Walk to my cabin was senic with a winding trail made out of rock steps and cut path. I do caution future campers that when packing remember you will need to watch your steps the whole way to the cabin. I recommend backpack coolers and such especially when so much is already provided for you. It took about 10-15 min when carrying items and going slower. My kiddo had a blast exploring with the goats and swing.

I had such a beautiful, restful stay at Ceci and Steve’s cabin on Sherman Island. I came for a solo writing retreat and left feeling deeply reset. The cabin is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up, and the clawfoot bathtub was an absolute dream after long, quiet days of resting and writing.
The land itself is really special. Waking up to birdsong, spending time birdwatching during the day, and then stepping outside at night to see a sky full of stars felt like a gift. Even with the winter wind rolling through, there was something grounding and powerful about being out there between the rivers, surrounded by open land and wildlife.
Ceci and Steve are wonderful hosts, and you can feel the care they put into the space and the animals around them. This is a perfect place if you’re looking for solitude, nature, and a true pause from city life. I’m so grateful for the time I spent here and would absolutely return.
