The campground is situated on the southern edge of the Mojave Desert and boasts some of the best stargazing opportunities in the region. With clear, unpolluted skies, you can enjoy the magnificent night skies and immerse yourself in the beauty of the stars.
We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so please take note of the following guidelines: Swimming is not permitted in the lake and there is no swimming pool available. Fishing is currently closed. Pet owners will be pleased to know that their furry friends are welcome, but there will be an additional fee added to the reservation. Wi-Fi is provided by a third-party company and a separate service fee applies. Please note that we cannot guarantee the speed, rate, or troubleshooting of the Wi-Fi service. For your convenience, a wash station for dishes is available on-site, and the Joshua Tree Laundromat is located 9 miles away in downtown Joshua Tree. For campfires, it is important to keep them contained inside the designated burn barrels and never leave them unattended. In the event of high winds, campfire, and BBQ use may be suspended for safety reasons.

It is also conveniently located between the towns of Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley, with access to off-road recreation areas such as Johnson Valley OHV.
The land is home to native Joshua trees, cactus, and seasonal wildflowers, with views of rocky foothills to the south and open desert valleys to the north and east. Wildlife sightings may include jackrabbits, quail, hawks, kangaroo rats, snakes, and coyotes.

I have a very private campsite that is off grid. No power. No water. Bare bones minimal just a spot to pop a tent with wind and sun protection and a view. There’s an outhouse but the camping toilet that is provided is NOT maintained. Bring your own TP, camping bags and please leave clean for the next person. There’s a large deck to lounge and watch the sun rise or set. You can pitch a tent on the deck or on several cleared spots on the ground. JT national park is a 15 minute drive and there’s a corner mart nearby. You can use the trampoline, there’s a fire pit (bring your own firewood), and please bring your own camping chairs, water, toilet paper/wipes and you must dispose of your waste. Guests must bring their own water, use a self-contained toilet system (pack out all waste), and pack out all trash. Desert conditions change rapidly — wind, heat, and cold are all possible. Four-wheel drive is recommended, though many standard vehicles and RVs have accessed the property by driving slowly and carefully. If a vehicle becomes stuck, guests are responsible for arranging their own towing.
This is unfenced private land bordering public Bureau of Land Management (BLM) areas. On rare occasions, someone may mistakenly pass through assuming the land is public. This has always been resolved easily by letting them know they are on private property.
Located at the base of Copper Mountain, the property offers wildlife sightings, panoramic views, and generally good cell service despite the remote feel.

Beautiful 5 acres of nothing but views. It's named "The Slab" simply because that's what my family has always called it. I am currently testing this as a place for campers, so please leave feedback so it can be improved. Eventually, there will be a picnic table setup for campers, and designated open spots for more vehicles to park/ flat spots for more tents. There is running water available on the slab but I am in the middle of figuring something out how campers can utilize it. Stay tuned!

We are located 10 minutes from The Integratron, 25 minutes from Giant Rock, Joshua Tree National Park, and 40 minutes from Johnson Valley. Halliday's liquor store is 10 minutes, with $5 pizza place (delicious!) / gas station 15 minutes away. There is even a nearby Landers thrift store and La Copine restaurant. Shooting area about 15 minutes away. I can list SO much more, but I'll let you come explore the hidden gems Landers has to offer. There is a firepit set up onsite for your convenience. We loved camping on Amanda and Mario’s land. It was off the edge of the dry lake bed and very secluded from other campers but only a few minutes from the park. My partner and I had a great time. Loved the seclusion, the view, the amenities. Charming, quirky decor. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. Hot water flowed nicely. The hot tub was great, we used it at night in ~55° weather and it was so soothing especially after hiking in Joshua Tree. AC was efficient too.
There is a bit of a distance between the amenities though. The sink, hot tub, and fire pit were all separate from the room. It made cooking and cleaning difficult for us. I recommend preparing only simple meals here, as the stove top is small and space is limited.
Overall, I recommend this place. The owner is friendly and fast-responding. If you’re looking for a private, relaxing getaway just a few minutes from Joshua Tree, this is the spot. The view of the desert is vast and unforgettable.

Beautiful camp spot, remote, quiet, well maintained with access to really good 4x4 areas although I'm not sure what is public vs private so I did not venture too far off the lot. Highly reccomend the Spot!

This property was so beautiful and serene. As you drive in there is a little hill and on the other side is just the cabins and land as far as the eye can see. My daughters had fun exploring the property and my dog was in heaven! My family loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars. The host Serina was SO responsive and answered all questions right away. I would love to take my family back! We explored Joshua Tree during the day and loved the beauty of the desert.

Very nice and communicative hosts with a great little area for camping. The lights over the picnic table and the fire pit were great. Very close to Joshua Tree park, so this was the perfect option with all of the sites in the park already taken
