Clean and quaint amazing space. Very friendly and communicative host. It was perfect for a quick trip to the retreat center and park. The space isnt far from the main road so you do hear that slightly at night.

We loved our stay at Rancho de Marvin! The fenced in area was great for our dog to roam free for the weekend and the included fire pit was so helpful! The hosts were so wonderful, they gave our big dog some space from their little dogs so there was never a problem between them! They even tossed two sweet dog toys over the fence for our guy to take home with us <3
We can't wait to come back and stay again soon!

The site itself was great, offering plenty of space to park our van and conveniently located near the west entrance. The host provided a nice fire pit and a picnic table with lights, which added a lovely touch. I highly recommend this spot if you’re running out of options.
However, one issue to note was the dog from the house across the street, which was very vocal and wouldn’t stop barking at our dog. Additionally, another dog from a different house managed to get outside and spent the entire time outside our locked gate barking as well. We eventually decided to keep our dog inside the van to stop the commotion. I’m not sure if this is a common occurrence or if it was just their reaction to our dog specifically.

Noheh's land made us feel safe. It was fenced in and there was a nice lattice with lights and they even gave us a remote to use for the lights. There was also a fire pit. Noheh and his family were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to sleep if you’re not sure where you’re sleeping for the night.the hosts are amazing definitely would recommend if you’re in a pickle and arriving late to the Joshua tree area.10/10

Rancho de Marvin is as advertised, a simple space, with no amenities other than two fire pits. Having said that it suited our purposes very well, an inexpensive, no frills site that felt safe.
I have no hesitation in recommending both the site and the owner, Noheh, who was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Noheh’s land. It was very easy to get in communication with him. Very pet friendly. Our puppers had a great time running around in the fenced site. Very close to amenities just in case you forget items. Truly would recommend this place!

Great hosts willing to accommodate us last minute on our way through town. Fenced in area for our puo to run around which is huge plus while traveling all day in the truck. And right off the highway for easy access. Could heat the traffic, but nothing to wake us. We would stay there again.

This was a perfect spot for us passing through, it was right off the main highway but still a good distance that you don't feel you’re right next to the road. We felt safe, and liked there was a gate around us. The host was friendly and communicated quickly, he brought us more firewood when we ran out. And the location was good too, not too far from the national park and very close to local stores for any needs. Overall would recommend.

Noheh’s property is very accommodating for camping. He has two fire pits that he provides wood for, which was unexpected but a good plus. Noheh was friendly and understanding when I had to make a last minute booking. If you’re looking for an inexpensive camping spot before heading into Joshua Tree, give Noheh a try. I recommend him!

Patricia was a great host! The campsite was exactly what we needed: close to the highway, but not in a busy area and it was private there. The lot was gated and level. There are Joshua trees around and the stargazing is excellent for in town. The fire pit is a nice touch.
