We renovated our cabin fully in the summer of 2024, knocking out lots of closed in walls and gutting the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms completely changing a dated 80’s style cabin into a modern contemporary home. The renovation took us 6 months in total to complete, from the time we knocked out our first wall til the last appliance was installed. Great spot for van camping. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked and camp site was not crowded for our Yosemite trip. There’s a neighborhood dog that was adorable! The campground is part of a permanent neighborhood with folks who live in homes surrounding the campsite. If you’re looking for something private and secluded this may not be your spot; it was good experience for us!

My partner and I loved staying at Cole’s Ranch! Barry is extremely hospitable and organized. All of the amenities he provides were also super clean; we really appreciated the clean bathroom and kitchen area. Highly recommend the tour he provides as well! We ended up booking the hay ride and cow/calf experience and all of their cows were friendly and loved being pet. We’re definitely going to come back again next time!

The RV sites are well laid out, spacious, and flat, next to a lovely pomegranate orchard and near a pleasant river. Barry was extremely friendly and helpful, greeting us when we got there and showing us around the amenities. The boats available for use were great, and the kitchen area provided a place with hot water on demand to do dishes so we didn’t have to heat it up on our stove. My only regret was not bringing fishing gear along; maybe next time, since we will definitely keep this on our list of places to come back to.

Clean showers and lots of space to enjoy relaxing with views of wild turkeys and deer in the mornings and evenings.
Wife had one suggestions that the small step-up in the shower on floor have a marker ( maybe paint step yellow ) to prevent trip hazard. Men's side were fine...

We stayed two nights at this location. Mac and uncle John are great! bathrooms and showers are awesome and super clean. I would recommend this place 110%!!! W used our ground tent, even though we had rooftop tent. You can find new Friends in camping area! Th location is just 30 min away from West gate of NP and 1:20 min to Yosemite village with a tea;;y great scenic drive.

The amenities were great for campervan experience. They had 240v and 120v outlets with fresh water and waste water systems on each camping site. The site's bathrooms were nice and open 24 hours. The campsite was also walking distance from food and entertainment which was great for ease of logistics. The employees were also very friendly and helpful!

The location is excellent—just about 30 minutes from the South Entrance of Yosemite National Park. We came with our 30ft RV and had a full hookup site, which was very clean and well-maintained. The campground has nice amenities, including clean toilets and a pool area that’s great for children. Check-in was very easy, even though we arrived late—the staff had prepared our documents on the pinned wall, making the process quick and smooth. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Yosemite.
