This lodge has a great view of the lakes! The Vega Lodge offers plenty of great amenities including a restaurant, convenient store,boat rentals, horseshoes and volleyball. Super queit place. No direct access to the water from the campground, but an awesome boat ramp accross the street. Definitely recommend!
We can't wait to come back when the aspens are fully green and then again in the fall. The RV site was wonderful with full hookups, and you can't beat the view. I am excited to visit the lodge for HH drinks and dinner. Cheers.

Loved my stay here - Kristy was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was easy to find and a short drive or walk from the campsite to the “island” of the lake where you can put in a boat or kayak, or just hang out. The camp spot itself was quiet. I happened to be there during the week so was by myself but I can imagine when it gets packed, spots can be a bit tight. That said, if i come back I’d try to book spot 7 because it’s closest to the fire pit and has the best views :) I fully plan on coming back!

Very nice sense we were with our family. Getting our spots according to what we registered for was very confusing but everything turned out great. One thing that was strange is there was no where to take our trash to but the State Oark. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🥴

This place was by far my favorite place on hipcamp I've been to yet!! Amazing, incredibly gorgeous location. Kristi and family that run the place are so very kind and hospitable. Everything was very clean (bathrooms, campsites, trails) and a short walk down to the lake where fishing was awesome and views even better. Could rent boats from the lodge and eat at the restaurant, oh and breakfast burritos are INSANE so don't miss that! I can't rave about this place enough.
