Description

It’s no surprise that Wilgus State Park, set alongside the Connecticut River, attracts canoers and kayakers to its shores. What might be surprising is that there isn’t a bad campsite in the park. Almost all of them—tent/trailer sites, cabins, and lean-tos—overlook the water. When you aren’t frolicking in the river, play a game of horseshoes or volleyball, both offered on-site.
