There are several campsites as well as a cozy bed in a cabin that you can stay in. The property used to be an orchard, until most was sold and converted to housing developments. My one acre and a few old cherry trees remains.
Both the camping areas and the cabin are in sight of my house. But, there are plenty of areas to choose from. I can supply a fire ring and logs to burn if you are interested. Dogs allowed, as long as they get along with and don’t chase other animals. You must be animal friendly! I have a dog, two indoor/outdoor cats, and chickens.

You can explore the property by foot and observe the wildlife or bike on the local roads. We are rural-suburban in nature. Webster is 10 minutes away, and Rochester is 20 minutes away.
We do have 2 dogs who may patrol the entire property from time to time. If you are arrive prior to 8 or 9 pm or are staying more than one night, we prefer to introduce them to you so they understand you are not intruders.

If you ever experienced, as a kid, going to the country to visit grandparents/aunt or uncles - this is an adventure just like that with dirt (mud puddles and all) driveway (approx. 1100 ft. long).
This is a private property of 10 acres of lightly wooded, sloping areas with a pond and a private residence of 2300 sq. ft. which have guest rooms available as a BnB - Book rooms on AirBnB or Booking.com. It is NOT a manicured estate but rather land with mowed rustic trails with a old pond with water critters, bullfrogs, fishes, water spiders, tiny snails. To enhance the privacy and experience for our campers, we’ve installed a privacy fence and planted trees along the gap in the tree line at the back corner of the property (see pictures). While there is still a partial view of the house through this area, the fencing and landscaping significantly reduce visibility and help create a more secluded and peaceful camping space. We’re continually working to improve the natural screening for your comfort and privacy.

Mission Conesus, originally built by Franciscan Catholics. These lands were likely chosen for many reasons. Suffice it to say there is something special here. Come discover for yourself.
Lose yourself here, or maybe find yourself, among the Hemlocks. First, a bit about the terrain. There is much in the way of forest, very mature, and a broad array of plant species.
Elevation differences are vast, land to the west is uphill for quite a ways, and downhill to the east, to Hemlock lake below, so the world here can feel a bit tilted.
We adjoin 150 acres of nature conservancy lands that nobody seems to know about. These lands are for respectful public daytime use. We also adjoin 6600 acres of NY state forest which is public property. Exploring all that is here would take a very long time! Want to get away? Welcome to our little slice of heaven.

We have a small, 4 acre spot in the country, surrounded by farmland and woodland, and it adjoins hundreds of acres of state land and private property that both allow for hiking, nature walks, bird spotting, biking, and quiet. We're close to Letchworth State Park, quaint country villages, Darien Lake, and we're 40 minutes from Buffalo and Rochester. We have a large tent available, and space for RVs and campers.
We've made some small upgrades - an air mattress, new woodstove, and an outhouse. We'll be updating pictures soon. If you have questions, let us know.

Towns of Perry and Warsaw are both within 10 minutes for all your coffee and ice cream shop, restaurant, gas station, and grocery needs.
You'll park in the designated parking area and then there's a short walk back to the campsite. We provide a wagon to transport your luggage.

Our full hook-up camp is in the middle of a small Amish community near the Finger Lakes. Amish buggies pass by occasionally especially on the Sunday where they meet at a neighbors for church fellowship. Our Amish are very friendly and will wave to let you know. There are Amish shops and baked good stands throughout the countryside that are fun to visit. A map of the shops is available to help you. Their shops are not open on Sunday however. The camp is close to the road where it is an easy in and out. We have full hookups...electric, water, and sewer (I have an extra 10 sewer hose if you need it). We are close to Stony Brook State Park, Conesus Lake, Deer Run Winery, Letchworth State Park, Livingston County Murals, Harriet Hollister Spencer State Park (overlook!), and Geneseo State College.

Enjoy peace, nature, and agriculture while overlooking your own private lake. 500 contiguous acres to explore on this working farm that has been in the family since 1797. We are a small family farm that has a hidden lake and 100 year old orchard at which camping provides privacy and freedom while still being a short walk or drive to amenities. Someone will always be at the main house about 3/4 of a mile away for any of your needs. Most of the time cars or r.v.s can manage the gravel and dirt road back to the campsite, assistance or a truck will be provided if a large rain storm might occur during your stay. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails.

There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like. Beautiful property and so convenient to not have to put up my own tent. The tent is wonderful equipped with a wood burning stove. I camped on a reeeealllly cold & windy night so it was nice to have my Mr. Buddy heater to supplement in the middle of the night when I didn’t feel like tending to the fire. I didn’t have time to explore the other paths and I’m so bummed because it looked like an amazing place to frolick! If you are a star gazer, this is your place! The hosts were so amazing and very accommodating. I appreciated the fire!

Weekend Trip to Overgrown Ridge Camp By Letchworth
The site is tucked back in hidden from everything but a field. The tent is great and the wood stove worked wonderfully once we remembered how vents work. The bed was quite comfortable but pick your side wisely if you are over 6 ft.
The outhouse seems brand new and the short trails around the property are a nice morning walk.
We were comfortably warm in the 30s, except for when I let the fire go out. Will definitely be stopping by again when it warms back up.

Beautiful site and host very communicative. The only “set back” is that once you’re on the property, the grass road to get to the site is a bit narrow so some of the branches from the growth to the sides of us scratched our cars a bit. Outside of that, it was just what we needed to get a way for a little bit. Great view of the stars on a clear night if you walk a little up from the site to the small open area.

It made for setting up the fastest fire :) can't wait to come back and spend more time up in the area. Growing up on a farm, some gust of winds carried a familiar scent my way. 😂

The views all around are spectacular, it is close to many great state park hikes, and so very peaceful… i don’t think I’ve ever been in a quieter location when camping. We shared some good stories with Randy and Bob around a campfire; they are both so very friendly and just joyful to be around. So grateful for their hospitality and without a doubt worried stay here again!!
